Good experience recomendable this condominium, good staff, ubication very nice, security very good ( lo recomiendo como un lugar para vivir excelente, areas, ubicacion, personal de trabajo y muy comodos los apartamentos). Overall 5 start.

The Woods of Britton are a very nice place to call home. If you care about cleanliness and well maintained grounds I suggest taking a tour. All of the staff are friendly and genuine with their attitude and demeanor. The units will be hard to beat...good luck!!

It's a beautifully maintained property with awesome staff. Conveniently located to shopping, dining, activities. Maintenance is quick to respond and do the repairs properly and efficiently. The apartments are nice.

The office staff are always willing to help, and keep us informed by text and emails. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The maintenance requests are completed the same or next day and completed accurately.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Very helpful. Ready for me at move in. Beautiful grounds and upkeep. Lovely clubhouse, pool and public areas. Nice location with shopping convenient as well as other opportunities.

I have had very quick responses to any maintenance requests. They have come within 24 hours. The Employees are very friendly and helpful. The buildings and grounds are maintained very well. Snow and ice removal was very timely. The buildings are very attractive and arranged nicely on the property; not all lined up in a row. Pool is attractive and exercise equipment available!

I have had nothing but a great experience living here. Any time I had a maintenance issue, they were extremely timely and helpful. Any time I interacted with the office staff, they were always welcoming and kind and helped with whatever I needed if that were the case. I absolutely love my neighbors, and this community!

We were down to two apartment complexes and Woods of Britton was the one we chose. It is a homey feel and the views are Amazing. Tami and Krista have been wonderful through out our move in process. We are so glad we decided to go with Woods of Britton.

Excellent wooded community with large apartments. Very bright and extremely well maintained. Even though the buildings have been around for a long while, they are not dated in any way. The layout is optimal, open, comfortable and extremely well maintained. Management is very responsive and professional. Overall, maybe the best value in the area, and one of the best places to rent in Indianapolis

Great affordable community. Can't beat the location. Staff and maintenance has always helped when needed and I would recommend to a friend. Woods of Britton served its purpose for us, moving soon for a new house.

Beautifully landscaped, quiet, serene & an absolute wonderful place to live. Pool and all amenities are pristine. As apartment living goes, this is the place to be. These are homes, not apartments! Wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

Just recently moved less than 2 weeks and no issues. Apartment was spotless and everything plus more so roomy, closets, bedrooms, open concept living area and love how much light we get during day. Quite and nice neighbors, grounds very well kept. Live that 1 area for trash and not throughout community. I think we will love living here, read previous reviews on Woods of Britton never seen so many positive reviews that really sold us and we looked at a bunch of apartments.

Great office staff that were very helpful. They followed up on everything that they needed to and more. I really like the mature, welcoming, environment. Nice size apartments with good appliances. Spacious bathrooms.

I love my community, it's safe and full of fun. Children friendly and pet friendly. Well kept property every Tuesday of the week... Maintenance is fast to get things done.. I love that I am surrounded by everything I want and need.

I am really happy To live in this Community It's quiet, clean, secure and people are kind and respectful. Am near everything: shops, highway, gas station, airport... Am living in a 1 bed and actually am looking for a 3 beds, but only in woods of britton

As a single female moving from one state to another my immediate concern was safety. This community rated high as one of the safest communities to live; it is up and coming with lots of eateries, local stores, nearby malls and easy access to interstates. Everywhere I turn people are friendly and courteous (even on the road). Plenty of F-R-E-E and ample parking spaces!! The roads/highways are smooth and no huge pot holes like the bigger cities. You dollar goes a long way without losing the value of purchasing/renting homes; services are professional, friendly, you are not treated as just another customer in a hurried/fast way, everyone treats you like you are their only customer!! You will absolutely fall in love living here.

From the beginning I was welcomed with a warmth and there is a great sense of pride from everyone who is on staff in this lovely community that I am blessed to call home. My daughter as well as my fur babies have had nothing but wonderful experiences so far.

I have only been here for a very short time. (5 days). So far, I am happy with my move. It is quiet here, I walk with the aid of a walker & they provided a reserve parking space for me close to my front door. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Its a peaceful place, warm staff and good restaurants nearby. There is swimming pool, gym, tennis and basket ball courts. Apartments are very spacious for a 1 bedroom as well. Ample parking space available.

I'm still in the process of moving into my new apartment and I really love all the help and great attitude from the office and maintenance staff. Love my apartment. Everything looks like new, very nice and clean!

A patient of mine recommended Woods of Britton when I told him about moving. He had nothing but high regards about it. When we checked it out he was exactly right so we signed immediately! This place actually takes care of their residents which is hard to find.

The apartments are very spacious and the appliances are all very new. For the price, the value really can't be beaten here. Everyone that sees pictures think I purchased a home because of how spacious and high quality it looks. The only drawback is that the parking situation is pretty tight.

Every time I move, I always consider the move in phase as being one of the most intense and stressful events, if not THE most. Within our first week, we encountered several surprises that started with a leaking air conditioning unit that lead to minor(very minor) flooding and the replacement of some other appliances and a section of carpeting. Naturally, I was a bit nervous when this all happened but these wonderful people, both maintenance and management staff, were absolutely on point with everything that came up. I understand that things go wrong. So too do I understand that things can go even MORE wrong than one initially thought but the folks at Woods of Britton stepped up to the challenge as if it were a simple task. Their professionalism and work ethic were consistently on display and every interaction I had with members of the staff was nothing short of delightful. Some would look at this as a reason to stay away or otherwise look elsewhere for a rental, but if anything, this adventure showed me that I'll be able to rely on them down the line for the next two years (I signed a two year lease) and that kind of peace of mind is worth it's weight in gold.
