The Woods of Britton office staff along with maintenance is top notch. When calling the office they always answer and are extremely friendly. My maintenance requests are always handled in a timely manner and they clean their work area up when finished.

It's a great community. Great staff and it's well maintained. Maintenance staff are really sweet. Everyone is nice and quick to solve any issues. They are always working on the lawn and saying hello. Very caring and put your comfort first.

The community grounds are beautiful! The apartment walls are a bit thin, I can hear clear discussions coming from the neighbors apartments in several rooms but the grounds are beautiful and well kept. Maintenance is quick to respond.

I absolutely love Woods of Britton. They have a great office staff and very helpful and kind. It's great to hear that they know you by name and actually remember who you are. Maintenance is quick to respond and usually handles any problem quickly and effectively!

Great place to live so far. Enjoy the residents and the staff. Clean grounds and apartments. Amenities are great. Staff is always eager to assist you. Great value for your money. Close to everything you need

This community is great! The folks in the office truly care about you and the maintenance staff is far from excellent...they do amazing work. They have wonderful activities for the tenants to Participate in.Thanks for making this our home!

Mostly pleasant experience for me. I'm planning on renewing. The neighborhood is quiet, people seem to mind their own business. I was happy that we got to choose the unit we wanted. What brought me to the neighborhood was the wooded section. I got to pick a unit in that area. They did charge an extra $10/month to face away from the parking lot. Maintenance has been very good. They've responded quickly to all of our requests. We've only had a couple minor things. My one complaint is parking, and it's solvable. They have far too much paid parking. It sits unused while most of us struggle to park near our buildings. Good luck after 5 or 6 pm... They should remove some of the covered parking or garages and convert them to regular parking.

We just moved in at the end of 2020. However, so far it's been a good experience. We got the layout we were looking for to meet our needs. The staff so far has lived up to its reputation as well. We look forward to staying here.

Pretty good living here. Nice that there's a dog park. Only thing is that living on the first floor you can hear every step of the people above you and even conversations they're having. The walls are paper thin which is unfortunate.

Overall a 4/5 experience. The community is solid, the apartments are nice, and there are decent amenities. The maintenance staff here are top tier and kick ---, they'll fix the problem the first time and correctly?you won't have to call again about the same issue. Only downside is that some of the models don't have much room to grow so you may outgrow this with a family or if you have lots of things, but they are nice.

excellent attention and disposition by the administrative staff especially Mrs. Terry, ease of renting without so many setbacks, quite large apartments, excellent schools nearby, beautiful green areas

Great community, not so great neighbors. The complex will contact them but not much they can do to enforce them being quiet and respectful. This is of course my own personal experience and may not be consistent with the entire community.

The apartment staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance is quick to respond and address issues in a timely manner, and the community is well kept. Neighbors are friendly and I have thoroughly enjoyed living here for almost 2 years and plan on living here for another year!

Good so far because I just moved in one week ago so is kind of new for me. I will let you know later maybe, but so far we like it. Only when we moved the door entrance to tight so I can't put inside my sofa so we need to use balcony

We love loving here! We previously lived in a no dog building and had to end up taking a family dog in. The staff worked with us to get us into a new apartment. So helpful and love working with those sweet ladies!

With a priority for convenience, safety, and life opportunities, Fishers seemed like a great area to move. I looked at tons of reviews and for the price range of Woods of Britton, I couldn't find anything better. Upon arrival, I am very pleased with the area. It's close to Indianapolis, and you can do many things just within Fishers itself. The community is excellent. My apartment home is very nice and spacious. The employees are also very nice. I have been more than satisfied with my experience here so far!

I have lived here for two years. Both the grounds and apartments are well maintained, and the management responsive to the needs of the tenants. The community is conveniently located with easy access to hwy 37 and I-69. I highly recommend it.

Great community with a terrific staff. Always responsive, competent and pleasant. The grounds and apartments are well kept. Very proactive at preventive maintenance. Great schools, shopping, and entertainment nearby.

After spending the day visiting apartment complexes, I knew almost immediately pulling into the Woods of Britton that I wanted to live there. I was greeted by friendly staff and immediately shown model units. After that, it wasn't a matter of if I wanted to live there, but which apartment I wanted. The layout is great, everything in the apartment is well maintained, and I have a great view of grass and trees. The appliances appear to be brand new and are high quality.

I have lived here for a few years. It has been a lovely experience overall, accept for a very rude staff member Ray who does not know how to interact and behave with residents. I hope the administration of Woods of Britton will train him a little better on how he must behave with residents. Other staff members and people at the club are very courteous, helpful, polite, and empathetic.

Moving to The Woods of Britton was the best choice for it had everything I was looking for in an apartment. The staff was very kind and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The move in experience was seamless.

Great looking neighborhood, very friendly staff and awesome apartment layouts. The apartment was very clean upon move in and the complex is very quiet and offers a nice woodsy scenery. Take a tour to see for yourself!

So far so good! Apt needs a few repairs but to be expected. The Staff and Community are very friendly. The only thing we don't care for is that we were placed right on 37 and next to a bar. Very noisy!
