This complex is very beautiful and gardens are always kept up. Maintenance is on time and great. You can call on call person in the middle of the night for an emergency. Office staff are fast to answer any problems.

Beautiful community with lots of trees and pond. Friendly office staff. Maintenance requests typically completed in 24 hrs. Nice pool, tennis courts, workout facilities, car wash station, and basketball court. Wood burning fireplace is awesome in winter. Carports and garages available. Definitely more bang for your buck including excellent customer service

What you see is exactly what you get. Love it here. It's a great community with great amenities. Everything right in the community and never have to leave. Easy process on getting a lease. Would definitely recommend.

Community has very nice amenities and an amazing location. Multiple shopping options are available in a short distance, which is very nice to have. The main road is close by, but the buildings are well built and you have no road noise. The area around the buildings are well-maintained and the old growth is beautiful. Walking paths within the community are a great way to get out and about if you want some quick exercise. The pet-friendliness of the community is better than any other community in the area.

Very much enjoy living here. Love the staff, Maintanence is quick and it's a great place to live. Any issues i have had were resolved promptly. Staff knows me and my kids. Very personable. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything.

Having just moved in I can only share the experience I've had this initial week. The entire staff has been very helpful and friendly addressing all of our needs, The amenities are great and well kept, the location is clean and looks great with all of the old trees and lakes, and the overall environment of the place is welcoming.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. THe apartment was clean and ready to move in! The applicances work amazing! THe look and the layout of the apartment is well worth the money. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a safe clean, an quiet place to live, and if you are willing to do the same then move here!!!

My husband and I previously lived here but relocated out of state. Very happy they had an available unit and we are happy to be back! Loved that I recognized most of the office staff upon returning. Great community!

Everything has been great! The service is always perfect on maintenance. There's not much I can say besides praise for the staff. They're always on top of salting before snow and fixing lights. The amenities are all wonderful

Our expectations of The Woods of Britton have been exceeded in every way! The community is beautiful and well kept. The staff makes us feel as if we're part of a family and are so courteous and always so nice. We are so thankful to have found such a wonderful place to live! A five star community from us! We love it here!

Experience was amazing when I first came to view the apartment home. The office staff was exceptional. The apartment space for just myself is great and it's very clean. Quiet neighborhood in a great area that I'm used too.

The community itself is clean and quiet for the most part. The staff is quick to address any issues you may experience; this isn't the sort of place where they only act like they care until you sign a lease. The overall condition of the unit is decent upon move-in. Close to pharmacy, grocery, gas stations, dentists, chiropractors, dry cleaning, UPS store, and some restaurants (mostly fast food). Also close to music venues. It's about a 30 min drive to Carmel or the north side of Indy; plenty of shopping, theatres, restaurants, and other things to do there.

I couldn't be happier with the Woods of Britton Apartments. The office and maintenance staff are both fantastic. The apartments are kept in excellent condition as well as the grounds. If there is an issue with anything in the apartment they are right there, no matter how small it is, they take care of it promptly. I highly recommend this community!

We love it here! We looked at at least 15 other apartments in the area, for example: Flats at 146, Prairie Lakes, Greystone at 146th, Pebble Brook, North Lake Village etc. and none of them have what we have and receive here by a very wide margin. Tranquility above all. Good value. Excellent floor plans with lots of space for the money. For what we pay a lot of other places will cut your square footage drastically. We have a 920 sq ft 1 bedroom with vaulted ceilings and it is awesome. Huge balcony. Electric bill is very tame here too. The neighbors are quiet we think... that or the walls are just very well insulated from noise. We've never heard them except for maybe one time. We're avid book readers and definitely appreciate these attributes. In addition it is further off of HWY 37 than most apartments or houses even so traffic noise is minimal. Plus there are so many trees here compared to these other dreary parking lot-esque layouts. The office staff is tremendous here. Extremely competent and friendly unlike so many other office staff we encountered last year on our search. Kathy, is especially awesome and sets the customer service bar high. We love her. They along with their very competent maintenance staff, make us feel very well taken care of here at the Woods of Britton. Not to mention several of our community's leaders live here as well including our chief of police. Very safe and welcoming neighborhood. Good schools too if you have children. Highly recommend Woods of Britton for like minded people looking for a great location to call their home. We eagerly renewed our lease last week as well. Glad we found this place for sure.

Front office management were very thorough and helpful. The apartment was spotless and having appliances was wonderful My refigerator ice maker was fixed immediately on moving in. The carpeting was brand new as well as the paint. I have plenty of storage space which is so helpful. Very pleased I chose this complex

Nice neighborhood. Close to everything!. Nice neighbors! Pet friendly neighborhood. Perfect location. The most professional staff. Great swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court and fitness center!

I love the green of the community in the summer. Lots of trees and squirrels around. Easy access to SR37 & I69 along with Hamilton Town Center down the road. Not having a shared hallway to the apartment means I don't have to listen to neighbors coming and going. Overall quiet with lots of amenities.

So far so good. I've so far really liked the location and convenience of the stores and restaurants near me. The price, too, is incredible for the square footage--no other competitors even came close to price and size. Plus the staff has been helpful and quick to getting me set up.

Great quality and amenities for your money. Mature landscaping. All staff were wonderful and friendly. Leasing process was simple and efficient. I'd recommend Woods of Britton to anyone looking for a place to live.

BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDINGS AND STAFF MEMBERS ARE SUPER. REPAIRS ALWAYS DONE IN FASHIONABLE TIME FRAME. RENT HIGHER THAN WHAT I CAN REALLY AFFORD BUT COMPARABLE. HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING COSTS ARE HIGHER THAN I WOULD LIKE

The apartment community is very inviting and attractive. The landscaping is well maintained and parking area is tidy and well lit. The inside of my unit is up to date and freshly painted. I enjoy walking the grounds with my small dog and feel quite safe in this community.

I was hoping if I can get my $150 deposit refund back , I made a call to cancel my move in and instead they said that they are going to hold the $150 for me, I mean why hold it if you can just hand it back to me I don't mind the $50 application fee but at list give me back my $150. It's a rip off.

My experience at this apartment has been nothing but pleasant. I am currently renting a one bedroom apartment and it is very spacious. I have an upstairs apartment with vaulted ceilings so it feels even larger. The apartment complex itself is kept very tidy, and the front office does a good job of providing any services I may need.

Overall, I have had a great experience at Woods of Britton. My maintenance requests have usually been addressed within 24 hours. The only complaint I would have is the smoke smell I have at the base of my stairs (due to the individual living below me). It has been sealed for smoke before, but I may need to have it done again. I also still have water collecting in my sink when I run the faucet in the main bathroom. I have asked for this to be corrected at least twice, and each time, it is not corrected.
