Not worth the money. Large electrical bills and rude neighbors. Construction that has no end for 12 hours a day. A hazard to enter and leave complex. Rushed to occupy an apartment before it was ready, no concessions for all my lost time, money and inconveniences. Had over 30 service calls in a 7 month period.

Woods of Britton is a very pretty, well maintained apartment community. The office staff and maintenance staff go out of their way to assist residents with any needs they may have. The staff make it very easy to communicate any questions or needs that residence may have. They work very hard to make Woods of Britton feel like a community.

The community is really nice! The grounds are kept up, the neighbors (for the most part) seem friendly. The maintence staff takes good care of the property and buildings to make sure they always look good. Only complaint is I wish some of the neighbors would slow down a bit when driving thru the community, my car has been hit by a neighbor as he was pulling in carelessly and we've almost been hit a few times because of people speeding by but that's anywhere not just this property.

It's been great. First on a list to look at, did not need to look at any others as WOB met our needs in an apartment. Maintenance has been awesome, most requests satisfied in 24 hours. And Emergency situation in just a couple of hours. Great job guys! Thanks.

I love coming home to my apartment. It definitely feels like home and the staff is great. Only have had a few issues regarding pets, but figured it out in the end. Pool is great, no hot tub though but still worth living where I do. Close to everything I need.

The staff here are amazing are all prompt and courteous to my requests. The apartments are maintained very well. The management company is always improving the grounds. I'm surprised every year with the improvements that are being made to the grounds.

I have been very happy with my apartment. I love to drive through the complex and just take in the scenery. The grounds are extremely well maintained at all times. The maintence and office teams are fantastic! They take care of every request ASAP. They are always so friendly!! Moving here has been a wonderful experience and I continue to enjoy it everyday.

Staff are very courteous and maintenance are "Johnny on the spot". I called for a problem and they were in my apartment that same day! You couldn't ask for better service than that and it came with a smile! It is a beautiful place to live, the grounds are lush with beautiful flowers!!

Love it here! Staff is cheerful and helpful. The complex as a whole is kept in great condition, you can tell they take pride in their community. The maintenance staff is friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone.

I have lived here for almost 5 years. I am very satisfied with Woods of Britton. I have not had too many problems with noisy neighbors. The grounds look nice. I have always thought it is a safe place to live. The maintenance department does a great job.

I love it! Staff is very friendly. Any work that needs done is always done in a timely matter. We have recommended this complex to some friends. I love to walk and run and always feel very safe. The workout center is always nice and clean and the pool is awesome!

Being New to Indy the Staff has been outstanding and welcoming! Grounds are always clean and sidewalks are cleared after snow. The whole staff is always available to answer questions and to give suggestions. Very helpful with welcome folder with local information needed when moving to a new area.

This has been a great community in the short time that we have been here. The staff is extremely helpful and they were very nice in getting our move going smoothly. We were not able to come out and view the property so Kathy was very helpful in getting up information.

Woods of Britton is a family-friendly community and is located in a great school system. Office staff is friendly and attentive. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The neighborhood offers convenient access to restaurants and shopping.

Woods of Britton is a beautiful place to live. Beautiful grounds, great building designs, ponds with lighted fountains and all kinds of waterbirds. The Property owners keeps this property current on updates and technology. Staff is is approachable and ready to address any concerns. Even if it's just running out of Dog bags at the Dog station. I call it home.

So far I was please with the apartment it was clean and it really don't have to share any walls with my neighborhoods. The leasing staff is awesome and just really friendly. I especially love the closet space and balcony with extra storage. Along with a washer and dryer.

So far everything has been good. We have some issues with our floor having holes under the carpet and there is a hole in one of the closets. Other than those two problems I see nothing wrong with the apartment. I do like that I can install a ceiling fan.

Great quality, a lot of space and storage! Beautiful inside and outside! Staff members are very friendly and they will always help you when needed and if possible. They are open to foreigners like me and will help you with all the process of moving in.

Some buildings have very bad grass in front while others are great. Condition of the inside was not good at move in. Bad paint over spray on wood banister. Some windows are very cloudy. Kitchen floor has tears. Carpet was not cleaned after it was painted. Hard to believe there was any check list used before move in. Maint (or anyone else) does not follow through on problems to insure they have been fixed. Drain company left mess under sink and kitchen floor and left the front door open.

The Woods of Britton made the process easy. I now have a great apartment home in a very nice community. I love the convenience of the location. I would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone who wants to relocate to the north east side of Indianapolis.

The young ladies in the office are the most professional and kind young ladies you can ever meet. Always greeting with a smile and warm welcome. Ray the maintenance gentleman is the greatest. Very professional, timely and on time. The Best.
