Woods of Britton is the best apartment I've ever lived in. The entrance is not your typical apartment entrance. Very private, love the area & close to everything you need. If you haven't looked at them you definitely need to! Great office staff & maintenance!

This apartment complex went above and beyond to make sure we were well-served in our needs. We love our space; it's got a great kitchen and our second bedroom doubles as an office. At many of the other places we scouted, that wasn't possible. All of the appliances in our apartment were new, they replaced the carpeting, and we had new tile in our bathrooms. Also, if we have music blaring in the 2nd bedroom, you can't even hear it from the kitchen, let alone the master. That isolation is great.

Woods of Britton offers a friendly office and maintenance staff. It is conveniently located to the highway for travel or to walk to stores, food, or pubs. Numerous amenities are available to both adults and adolescents. It's quaint, quiet, and pretty with all of the trees.

The community has been great as our kids have grown over the years. The office staff is very personal. Changes over the years that have not been great have been the business center shortening the hours; and, not being able to rent the clubhouse for events.

I have had a great experience living in the Woods of Britton. I love my neighbors and everyone is friendly. I really enjoy the pool and fitness facility and would love to be able to use the sauna when I want to. The office staff is very nice and helpful, I just wish the maintenance staff were quicker with getting things done.

Absolutely fantastic experience all around. Great staff and beautiful apartment. From the minute I walked in, the staff was very helpful. The apartment is great looking. I love all of the windows and natural light. The pool area and gym are perfect too.

I have loved living here. It is a beautiful community and I feel safe living here. The rent is reasonable and I love the layout of my one bedroom apartment. There are plenty of attractions nearby and easy access to the interstate. They allow pets for a reasonable deposit and monthly pet fee.

My husband and I love this apartment complex. The complex is family friendly and feel right at home. The people in apartment office is super nice and awesome people. They are so friendly right the moment you walk into the office and help you all they can. We are moving at the end of our lease but only because I got a new job. Fishers is also an area to raise a family.

The staff (Kathy) bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. We looked at a lot of apartment complexes before settling on this one. The facility is well maintained & we love that were so close to everything we need for shopping. We're glad we chose The Woods of Britton

We really enjoyed our one bedroom apartment while we lived in Fishers. We would have likely stayed longer if we weren't moving for work reasons. This is one of the nicer apartment communities in Fishers, and it was worth the cost to us. Recommended.

Excellent staff and maintenance. Spacious apartments. Wildlife sometimes causes an issue. People in the community are friendly. Police living on site gives a greater sense of security. Have had few issues with other tenants but they were resolved quickly.

I really like it here, but if the rent goes up too much, I will have to move. I dont like loud neighbors. I DONT LIKE being able to hear everything they do and i mean everything, its kind of gross!!! All the staff have been very nice to me and I think they did a great job on the roads this winter!!

These apartments are fantastic! Not only is the staff incredibly friendly but they are extremely fast and efficient when it comes to getting things done. Every time there was a major snow, the roads were completely plowed and the sidewalks were shoveled. The grounds are kept up very nicely and maintenance responds to your requests within a day. I would definitely recommend this place to live.

Woods of Britton is a very nice community with excellent staff and maintenance workers. It is a mostly quiet neighborhood with lots of active lifestyles. The water features and wood area make it a more peaceful apartment complex than most in the Fishers/Noblesville/Carmel area

Very pleasant place to live. Esthetically pleasing to look at as far as the community as a whole. Very quiet neighborhood. Some of the units need updating such as doors, windows, and carpet. Maintenance and staff are wonderful. Any issues get resolved very quickly.

I moved to Woods Of Britton from out of country. The office staff was very helpful in organizing this rental apartment - reservation was done remotely. The apartments are descent, maybe the appliances could be upgraded. It has great location: banks, groceries, pharmacy, gas station are in walking distance (some require crossing 141st). The community has beautiful nature - old trees really make the mood - and encourage to take a short walk. The community has a quite big swimming pool & well equipped gym. After upgrading IN-37/I-69 merge the commute improved a lot.

It is very quiet and safe during the day and night, except for the coyotes on the south side of the complex. The office staff is excellent, friendly, and responsive. The maintenance crew are very friendly, and have often given tips Thank you.

Extremely quiet community nestled amongst hundreds of mature trees; private entrance to every apartment provides a true "home" atmosphere. Expansive grounds are carefully landscaped and maintained, and the maintenance and office staff have always been prompt, friendly and professional.

The Staff here at Woods of Britton provide superb customer service. Moving from a home to apartment I expected to hear some sounds from neighbors but was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is. I'm very happy with my choice to live here. I recommend this apartment community.

My husband and I moved here right after we got married and loved it! It was a great first place to live. Very friendly staff, maintenance would come out same day or next day and always very nice. I had a problem with bees on my balcony once and I called the front office and the property manager herself emailed me personally about it. We moved out to be closer to our jobs, but regretted moving out and were looking into moving back. However, their pet policy does not work with our new dog. They only allow dogs under 35 pounds which I think is very conservative and a bit absurd. Our dog is not a big dog by any means. Very unfortunate that this is the reason we couldn't move back.

My boyfriend and I lived here for a year and just moved out at the end of August due to job relocation. I have nothing but good things to say about this place! The apartments are nice and the property is well taken care of. Mainetence was always quick to respond for any problems. The ladies in the office really made me feel welcome and were so helpful with everything. We are getting all of our deposit back (they only required $100 which was great) so they are fair with the move out inspection. There's a pool and a little gym that I used quite a bit and both were pretty quiet except on the weekends. Overall a great place to live. Ask for Tami, she's the best!

My girlfriend and I just signed a lease and moved in 2 days ago. Woods of Britton does not specify smoking or non smoking apartments and my girlfriend and I made the mistake of not asking if our apartment had been smoked in. Even though our apartment has new carpet, new paint, pretty much new everything, and despite the fact that they used an ionizer prior to us moving in, we still smell smoke.We've since learned that this apartment was trashed by a 7 year renter who chain smoked and was quite filthy. While we could have inquires we also feel the Woods of Britton should have disclosed that the apartment had previously been smoked in. We were in a hurry and liked what we saw and completely overlooked this detail and I'm writing this review to help others not make the same mistake.

I've lived at the Woods for 8 months now, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The staff is nice, maintenance is friendly and fixes non-emergency problems almost always within 24 hours. There are lots of kids here, and neighbors are all really nice. It's definitely a safe place; I've gone running at night within the complex many times and have never felt the least bit threatened. The place is well lit and clean, my apartment is spacious and there really isn't much of a noise problem. The only time I ever hear my neighbors is when the dog downstairs barks, but I don't mind, and if that bothers you, you can opt for one of the buildings that doesn't allow pets. My only real complaint is that the Britton Tavern around the corner plays loud music at night on the weekends, and sometimes when I'm trying to sleep, I can hear the bass and it keeps me awake. Also, the kitchen appliances are a little mediocre for my taste, but for rented apartments, they're rather high quality. Overall, this is a great place to live, and easy to call home.
