Woods of Britton apartments is like an oasis in the suburbs. It was built on an old farm so there are hundreds of old, large trees and shade. The maintenance staff is super nice and does a great job. I lived there for 4 years and never had a major maintenance problem and any work order I put in was completed within 24 hours. They are larger apartments because they are older, but don't let the age deter you, they have been upgrading apartments and the whole community is kept up beautifully. I left because I bought a house for aging parents, otherwise, I would have stayed there.

I have never lived in an apartment with such friendly staff and maintenance workers. If you ever need maintenance they respond promptly and are always friendly. The grounds are kept clean, the gym is up to date as well. Nice pool. Best apartment I have lived in! Very welcoming and clean!

I've noticed some buildings with a exterior blue/white light instead of the yellow light. The blue/white bulbs allow for more light spread, for clearer viewing. I appreciate how the grounds are well kept. Snow removal is done in a timely manner. The office staff are a wonderful, friendly, courteous group. Maintenance staff are a helpful group, the work is done professionally and timely.

Great community, nice larger apartments. It is an older community, but is maintained so well that you'd really not know it. There are beautiful large trees all over the complex that add to the hominess. I am very pleased with everything!

We like the well maintained surroundings, the distances between buildings,openness of entrances and walkways. The small playard for small children ,nice size pool,tennis & basketball courts easily accessible to residences. Friendliness of Staff including Maintenance service. Fast removal of snow on walkways and parking spaces, icy walkways promptly taken care of with salt, landscape always on the update and clean environment.

All good. No real complaints. One strange neighbor, but nothing to get too concerned about. I have had a few minor maintenance issues to address, but they were always done quickly. Office and maintenance staff is great and the common areas are fantastic.

Woods of Britton has been a great experience! The staff is extremely helpful. The grounds are kept clean and in good condition. The only problem is it's location. The complex is located right off of SR 37 which is very busy and congested. The Town of Fishers seems to be growing too fast, and the infrastructure can't handle it. It's a shame because the Woods of Britton is a very nice complex in a bad location. If you value peace and quiet look somewhere else preferably away from Fishers.

We have always enjoy living here. The apartment is nice, ground is beautiful, friendly office and maintenance staff which the help have been so graceful in timing manners. You always appreciate your residence clients by doing activities for us every year. It is very appreciated and it is nice to know that you care. We thank you so much to be their for us. Serene community nestled in a grove of old-growth trees. Attentive maintenance staff and a happy office. Strategic location makes for quick drives to culture(Connor Prairie), commerce(the best SuperTarget in the metro area is at 116th and I-69), or recreation (just 25-30 minute drive to downtown Indy). Get ready to acquaint yourself with squirrel grunts, bird songs, and scurrying chipmunks; this community shares its home with plenty of little wildlife. The only real complaint is what some may consider a plus; there are plenty of streetlights to provide a sense of security. If you live on a street-facing side of a building, light-blocking curtains are recommended; these things blaze like the sun when you are trying to sleep. Again, a minor annoyance personally but may actually be a selling point to those who may currently worry about what may be lurking in shadowy entrances and parking lots. The staff is wonderful to work with and are attentive to any need. Work orders are completed within the week for non-critical items and are very responsive to emergencies. Air filters are checked semi-annually and other quick maintenance checks occur regularly. They show genuine concern for comfortable living. A great place to check into!

It doesn't feel like an apartment, but rather a home. We love the trees and atmosphere. Enjoy using the exercise rooms and chatting with the office staff. In the winter after a snow storm, the sidewalks are quickly cleared and safe.

This apartment complex is friendly very picturesque. You can easily see the high level of dedication of both the maintenance and management staff have in making this a truly great community to call home. I can honestly say this is one of the nicest communities in fisfers.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and very manageable for upkeep of the apartment. Need to install or build more carports for parking. The office staff was very courteous, pleasant and professional. The washer and dryer need to be replaced with more modern ones that make less noise.

So far I like the nice quiet environment. The only thing I have an issue with is that the area to pull in the garages seems to be a little tight but I can work around that. I like the size of the apartment I have rented and really do want to thank Mary in the office. She was a very large help to me.

This community is extremely clean, quiet and convenient. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. The garages are roomy and convenient as well. They have outlets within and shelving with plenty of room to work on your car and watch tv. The office and maintenance staff are just hands down incredible!

The Woods of Britton was the first apartment complex I visited. With all of my other visits I always came back to The Woods. My lease agent is wonderful. I am so surprised that everything (businesses and restaurants) is so close. And most importantly I am very close to my daughter and granddaughter.

There are many large trees on the Woods of Britton property, and it's like living in a park. I've lived here for almost 3 years, and really enjoy the quiet atmosphere. There are plenty of sidewalks in the area to walk, run, or ride bikes. I can't say enough about the excellent service I receive from the office and maintenance staff.
