Landscape, staff's response etc very good. I think that the location conditions are good and that you do not have any problems with your life. I think that I am the best choice for living alone or living with my family.

Love living here. Close to everything! I have always felt safe here. Staff is always helpful. Maintenance is always quick to respond to fix things. Always very quiet and the complex always looks nice and is kept up well.

Very accommodating. Maintenance personnel assisted with getting an oversized couch into my home. The property staff was very friendly each time I called or visited (and I called a lot.) The neighborhood's peaceful and the kids seem to get along very well. I read comments about The Woods of Britton before I moved in and they were accurate. This is a great place to live!

We have lived here for a little less than 2 years. For the most part we have enjoyed our stay. The office staff are friendly and helpful, the grounds are well kept, and maintenance responds to issues in a timely manner. Even so, the gym is a little outdated and the pet waste areas are not well lit. Overall, this is a nice place to live and we are really pleased with our experience.

Beautiful landscaping & grounds, great pool & gym, very well maintained property, quick response from maintenance & extremely friendly staff (office & maintenance). Great place to live! It's also very quiet.

The staff was very friendly and inviting. They have helped so much with transferring from a house to an apartment. They are very quick to respond with anything. The space in the apartment is huge for the price of rent.

This is a great place to live!! All the staff are nice people. If I need someone to come and look at something, they would come that day. I've never felt unsafe, living alone, that's very important to me!!

This is a nice community. Great staff, wonderful service, excellent repair and maintenance personnel. Very quiet, with close proximity to grocery, gas, and plenty of other stores. Highly recommended!

The Woods of Britton has been a wonderful place to start our marriage. The one bedroom apartment has a large living room and a great dining area and kitchen. We have enjoyed the value of the apartment for the price we pay. The office and maintenance staff have always been accommodating throughout my three years living in the community.

I love the look and feel of this community. It is within walking/biking distance to most necessities of apartment living (groceries, restaurants, etc). The staff was very friendly and answered any questions that we had about the complex.

Moving in was great experience. Thanks to Terry. I liked the landsape, open space and welcoming team. It will be fun to live in woods of britton in summer. Neigborhood is good, I have all shops I need in close porximity.

Woods of Britton made transitioning to a new city so easy. I was able to apply, sign the lease, and pay my deposit all online. The leasing staff was so helpful and answered my many questions patiently. On move-in day I was treated to a surprise bag of coupons and some necessities, it was such a lovely welcome! The apartments have so much storage space. They are not brand new, but everything looks and works great. I love driving home down the tree lined streets to my private entrance. I'm very happy with the entire experience of moving to and living in the Woods of Britton!

Absolutely amazing staff! They were extremely helpful and efficient. The move in process went quickly and smoothly. Everyone was sincere in their excitement to get us excited to live in this community as well!

My experience has been great so far. The office staff is very attentive and the maintenance team responds quickly to issues. My only concern was during the move-in when some miscommunication caused small issue regarding visiting pets. The issue was resolved very reasonably and things have been good since.

I previously lived in a nearby community that was brand new and looked nice, but the staff were not helpful and even deceitful. Coming to WOB has been a breathe of fresh air. Feels like home and the staff are amazing! I love them!! They are so welcoming and helpful.

I love Woods of Britton and am in my 2nd year and have no complaints at this time. The staff are amazing as well. I would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a new home. The maintenance guys do an amazing job.

We really enjoy living here for a variety of reasons. The office and maintenance staff do a wonderful job, and the area that the apartment complex is in is very homey. We enjoy the pool and workout area as both are kept very nice. By far my best apartment experience in Indy!

As this being our first apartment we looked around quite a bit to find the best one for us. Woods of Britton has been the perfect place for us in regards to affordable rent, great appliances, a nice fitness center and an amazing location. We are so happy with the decision we made to move to Woods of Britton.

Staff and maintenance are fantastic! Such a great community! When I moved in I was happy from the start with how everything looked in the Woods of Britton and with my move. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else because of the charm and feel of the community.
