NOT EVEN CLEAN WHEN I WALKED IN. OFFICE NEVER DID CLEAN IT. HAD MICE TWICE AND MY BEDROOM CLOSET IS WHERE THEY LIVED. OFFICE REFUSED TO LET ME EVEN BORROW A VACUUM TO CLEAN UP MOUSE DROPPINGS IN CLOSET. WON'T FIX THINGS THAT YOU REPORT. UNCARING STAFF! I AM HANDICAPPED AND FOUR MONTHS BEFORE MY MOVE OUT DATE I STILL AM NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE A HANDICAPPED SPACE. I WENT TO THE DEPT OF CIVIL RIGHTS AND THIS PLACE LIED TO THEM SO I LOST MY CASE. I AM CONSIDERING SUING THIS COMPLEX FOR MANY THINGS INCLUDING THAT. I DESPERATELY NEED TWO SPOTS AS I ALWAYS PARK IN A HANDICAPPED SPOTS AT ALL STORERS. DIRTY, NON CARING STAFF, MAINTENACE MEN DON'T KNOW HOW TO FIX FURNACE AND I HAVE HAD $350 PER MONTH IN WINTER HEATING BILLS. $250 - $350 IN SUMMER FOR AIR SINCE THE FURNACE DOES NOT WORK. AGAIN, MICE, BUGS, ANTS (100'S) THAT TAKE OVER THE ENTIRE KITCHEN. I BARELY COOK HERE DUE TO THE BUGS AND MICE. ALSO THE WATER TURNS YOUR DISHES, PANS, SINKS WHITE IT IS SO BAD. I BUY BOTTLED WATER FOR MY CATS AND MYSELF TO DRINK AS ITS SO BAD AND I USE CHEAP DISHES I BOUGHT AFTER I MOVED HERE AND I USE ALUMINUM PANS TO COOK IN OVEN AS I HAVE EXPENSIVE PANS AND I DON'T WANT THEM RUINED BY THE WATER HERE. OFFICE STAFF NICE TO YOUR FACE BUT I HAD ONE CALL ME A LIAR AND I HEARD IT WHEN MAINTENACE MAN WAS TALING WITH HER ON CELL PHONE. SHE SAID I NEVER HAD ANYONE HERE TO LOOK AT FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONER. I JUST HAD SOMEONE OUT AND I HAD THE WORK ODER TO PROVE IT. DID I GET AN APOLOGY FROM TAMMY THE OFFICE WORKER OF COURSE NOT. THEY ACT NICE TO YOUR FACE AND GOSSIP ABOUT YOU WHEN YOU LEAVE THE OFFICE. IT HURTS AND NOONE SHOULD HAVE TO LIVE THAT WAY.

The people are very friendly, the neighbors are quiet, the landscaping is very well done. I was immediately attracted to the apartments due to all of the mature trees, and well-landscaped areas. The apartment is very roomy and has all of the amenities I was looking for: complete kitchen, great bathrooms, fireplace, lots of storage. I highly recommend Woods of Britton to everyone.

I love this community. I have secured residence and a garage each year I've lived here and have had no problems with upkeep or any other help along the way by staff. Grounds are well kept each season. I highly recommend this community to all!!!

My boyfriend and I did a lot of searching in the area for our first apartment together. This was all together a great experience from the staff to the gorgeous tour of their model apartment. It is a beautiful apartment complex with amazing staff members to help better your experience. The Poplar layout is the best layout ever!

Everyone has been extremely friendly and responsive! The grounds are beautifully maintained. The apartments are in very good repair. My only complaint would be that there could be more parking spaces! All in all, I am very happy with this community.

We have enjoyed the quiet of the complex and all the beautiful trees in the area. Yet there are still plenty of amenities nearby that we do not have to go to far when something is needed. It has been a comfortable 14 months at are current location.

In a word: FANTASTIC! The staff went out of their way to help us relocate from a few states away. We were downsizing from a house into an apartment, so space was a key issue for us. And we love our new apartment! The spaciousness of the 3bed/2bath floor plans sealed the deal for us. The closet and storage space is incredible. The grounds are very well maintained and include a lot of great amenities like a fitness center, swimming pool, and playground area. Plus, the buildings are well lit with private entrances for each apartment which makes it feel like a house instead of an apartment. Maintenance requests are handled almost instantly. And the diversity of residents here is amazing! We have been very happy with our decision to choose The Woods of Britton. And we anticipate this will be our home for several years to come.

The Woods of Britton was a home to us for 3 years. I must mention that the only reason we moved was to buy a home for our baby on the way! We would have stayed another year more at least if we didn't need a little more room for our family. From the initial call to inquire about availability, to the last call after move-out our time there was exceptional. The staff is kind, appreciative and helpful. The grounds are gorgeous with the landscaping, massive oak trees, blooms in the Spring and Summer. What a beautiful place to live! And safe to walk the many sidewalks and pathways for leisure or exercise. The exercise facility is nice with several machines and weights, large TVs and nice bathrooms - also attached to the pool. This was just renovated in the past year or so and the water fountain overlooking the pool is SO NICE. We always felt safe in our home and in the neighborhood. The walk to the grocery store or custard stand is pleasant! Close to so much that when we moved we didn't go far! We only live 2 miles away! The maintenance crew was superb- quick to respond and nothing was ever a hassle. These guys are awesome. Now on to the apartment itself - we rented the Poplar floorplan and were so happy we did. This layout is award winning and for good reason. It is open, inviting and perfect for a single family. The loft upstairs was our office and that worked out perfectly. All of our visitors and family complimented on the layout of our apartment. We loved it so much we actually posted a youtube video on it before we moved in. It was initially meant for our family to see, but somehow Woods of Britton found out about it and now it has over 1,100 views! We paid extra for covered parking (loved it) and a garage (awesome) but yes it did cost extra. Totally worth it though, especially in the winter months. The only - I mean ONLY downside to this apartment were the older appliances, which is common with many complexes! We bought a new washer and dryer and were much happier with that. BUT maintenance was always there to fix any issues we encountered with the other appliances (these were always minor and really not even often enough to remember what!) My husband and I were thrilled with Woods of Britton. It was a great place to call home and we know you will feel the same!

We have not really had any issues. The apartment was clean and ready to move into and the staff was wonderful in helping with our move in date. The location of the apartment is perfect it located close to stores and the highway easy to get around. The grounds of the community is always clean and they are always doing something to improve the grounds.

Its just okay, there is definitely not enough parking. I have a one bedroom, with one car, and I usually have to park multiple buildings away. Also, my electric bill is higher than any apartment I have ever lived in, and this unit is the smallest.

The is a beauftiful community We feel the staff and maintenance are very responsive. The apartment layout for a one bedroom is wonderful. Some of the other apartments we have seen do not have as good a layout. Our view is so nice as we have trees and pool for a view.

When we were choosing a unit, I wish we were warned about ridiculously loud Britton Tavern, that can be heard on Friday and Saturday nights until 1am. However, we do enjoy the pool and tennis courts. I wish they could do something about the speeding cars in the community.

The apartment has been great. The area is quiet and the office staff has been very friendly. We only really had one issue on move in which is not having any access to hot water inside one of the bathrooms but other than that the experience has been great so far.

I have lived here a few months, but have lived in several different different complexes. Woods of Britton is the best apartment complex in the area. This counts starting from management all the way through all personel. The grounds are kept so nice, they have sidewalks to walk on. They sent out in formational emails all the time, and send out emails for the holidays. The apartments are kept very nice and I feel like it is my home not just an apartment.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost 2 years, and overall we have had a great experience. Maintenance is always on top of things and extremely friendly, and they do a fantastic job keeping the roads and sidewalks clear in the winter. The updated pool area/waterfall is fantastic. A lot of space for a one-bedroom compared to other one bedrooms in the area, and at a fair cost. Can't beat the walk in closet! We rarely hear our neighbors. Our only complaint would be some of the outdated fixtures and paint scheme. Hoping those will be updated soon, as we have noticed many other features have been updated throughout the community lately!
