I was really wanting to move here, but seems there is a lot of crime in this complex over the past couple of years. And especially last 6 months. I am surprised no one else mentions that in their reviews. Assaults, theft, burglary, etc. Not good. This looks like a lovely place so I was disappointed. I thought Fishers was supposed to be safe?

Excellent staff all around. They really care and treat you like a person not a number. My apartments is like a hotel. It's wonderful and the amenities are great! Every morning when I wake up it feels like I'm at my vacation home. You will love living here.

If you are looking for a quiet place for you and your family, or self... this is not the place. The walls are so thin you can literally hear people's full on conversations, not to mention the bar that sits in the plaza in front of the location that has bands play Thur-Sun and you can hear the entire set of each song being played. As for maintenance of the grounds during Indiana's winter mix, well if you thought paying your 1400 in rent should cover those costs, well think again... they do not shovel the walks, they are not proactive when it comes to laying salt. I physically watched a lady come out and shovel her walk for the elderly couple that lived in the building across from us. YOU PAY FOR THEM TO TAKE ALL THIS RESPONSIBILITY OFF YOUR HANDS!! When my husband reached out, they explained to us that the supervisor didn't feel it was necessary to shovel and lay salt. This was a winter storm that called for 8-15 inches, but no need to be proactive? My honest opinion about the place, is that that make you feel as if you are valuable but a lot of things that go on in this neighborhood made me begin to question are the really in the business for the best of their residents? Lastly, its frustrating when the first week we moved in 4-cars were broken into along with all their tires and rims. When you come home from a day at work and your intention is to park you car near your building, think again there is not enough parking for the residents in their own buildings so you will find yourself parking extremely far away taking from other residents buildings, but not worries right? NOPE other residents in other buildings with leave crappy notes on your car telling you not to park there and park at your own building and the staff allows this type of nonsense to go on. Ultimately, do not live here find another community that is driven on their residents and not masked by the beauty of the buildings and amenities.

It is Spring again and it is time to talk about how clean the Woods of Britton is. From keeping up with the little bit of litter we have, to making sure the outside of the apartments are well kept and not used as additional storage on the balconies I think they do a great job. Unfortunately for me, in times past I have lived at complexes that this was not done in an acceptable manner. Especially where one takes ones garbage to the dumpster facility. The Woods of Britton has gone above and beyond in keeping the dumpster area clear of garbage by whom I call the dumpster dumpers. You know the ones I mean! 12 midnight and all is quiet except for lone trucks and cars that take that time to relieve themselves of mattresses, couches, bags of whatever, so that when you go to responsibly put your garbage in the receptacles before work in the morning, you are greeted by someone's midnight dumping of their entire apartment. And it AIN'T the good stuff. JUNK. Left for others to clean up. This does not happen at the Woods of Britton or if it does (I have yet to see it) the management is right on it. I am very grateful for that. Thank you Woods of Britton for keeping this property so very clean and well maintained.

My wife and I have lived this in this community for two years and just moved to a bigger unit for our third. It's been a wonderful place to live. The office staff are great and the maintenance guys are top notch. The few times we've required maintenance the response is quick and courteous. The grounds and pool area is beautiful and well taken care of. The fitness center is huge with a pretty varied amount of cardio and strength machines as well as free weights. And while not necessarily reflective of the apartments as a whole, in our experience most of our neighbors were friendly and passerby's would say hello to you. Traffic can get backed up sometimes outside the entrance making exiting the complex difficult.

My experience at the Woods of Britton has been wonderful. The office and maintenance staff have always been extremely helpful and pleasant and the community is always immaculate. The apartments are nicely updated and very clean. I know that I will be here for a long time.

As many knows, Fishers is one of the safest towns in US and it has great education system. Despite that I did not have kids, but I really enjoy the proximity to many great outdoors and sightseeing such as Conner Prairie (7 min) Morse park and beach, (17 min) Saxony Beach (12), and Summit lake (50 min) and Hoosier Park Racing & Casino (28 min). Aside from plenty of restaurants and hangout places, there are many grocery and department stores scattered around the area such as Walmart neighborhood (5 min, walking distance), Kroger (8 min), Target (8 min) Meijer (10 min), Sam's club (10 min). Finally, there are two LA fitness, (Both less than 10 min) 24-hour fitness (3 min, walking distance), 9 Round (2 min, walking distance). Aside from the location, the community is friendly, I believe I met plenty of the residence due my daily morning running (there is a sidewalk that extends few miles, I do 4 miles though). The apartments have decent fitness center if you want to enjoy watching Pacers game on a treadmill (Nothing sophisticated, few cardio's some free weight, about 6-7 devices for shoulder, abdomen, chest, legs, biceps, back). It also has a swimming pool than usual open until the weather gets cold (usually few weeks after labor's day.) Lastly, the management of this community is so lovely. I kept in touch with them over the past five years. As an international student, they helped me a lot to discover so many places which I believe I wouldn't know about them without their recommendation. Work orders get turned around in literally less than 48 hours at the max. They have changed most of the equipment that initially came with the apartment by the time I finished my fifth year (lights, kitchen floor, washer, microwave, washed the building). I am thankful for five great years I spent in these apartments where I had a lot of great memories in a comfy and quiet neighborhood.

Office staff is not efficient. They lack personality and not pleasant once they've lured you in to sign a lease. Never in my life have I seen a bunch of stuffy females in one place. The carpet in the apartment I moved into needed replaced but they never did so. For the price of these apartments it's not worth it. Look elsewhere.

So far my experience has been awesome. The staff is always there to answer and very friendly. The move-in process was a breeze and extremely welcoming. I even had an issue with a leak in the kitchen my first day and within 5 minutes of me calling the office someone was there to fix it. 10/10

We just moved in and we love it, its very pretty, everything seems to be working great, it was very clean when we moved in, the staff is very nice, they do well keeping everything maintained. The only issue i would have is the standard stove is outdated, however you can pay for the updated appliance for 75 dollars more. Also the bugs. I know its around a green area with lots of trees and we did buy bug spray which seems to work but only time will tell, i'm just terrified of spiders and ive seen 5 inside in 2 the two days we have been there. We will spray more inside and outside and see how well it works.

The Staff at the Wood of Britton are incredibly friendly, thoughtful, thorough, and helpful. They do various events each month to keep the residents busy and active. If there are any issues, they are very quick to resolve them. The Woods of Britton residents together maintain a beautiful, green community.
