Short Review: The folks in the office are an absolute delight and turned what was a potential move in disaster (entirely on my end of things) into an incredibly simple transition. I just moved in ten days ago and things got hectic on my side of things at the last minute. There was a lot of drama with the furniture company, that ended with them saying I had to either accept delivery at 9AM or wait a week. A week without a bed or anything to sit on wasn't going to cut it, but this was literally the day before I moved here from Chicago. So I called up, asked what we could do and arranged to get my walk through on that day (I was already going to drive down to crash at a friend's place) and have someone waiting for me at the office before they actually opened for the day. Throughout the whole process everyone I talked to was really nice and accommodating. I know they had to do a whole lot of work behind the scenes to get this done, but at no point did they act like anything they were doing for me was the slightest inconvenience. Other things: -The whole place is well maintained and looks nice. - A lot of trees, the space between my building and the next has a row a trees, which I enjoy. -It hasn't hit winter yet, but I've had a couple nights in the 40s, my heat didn't even start because my apartment didn't drop below 69 degrees the entire time, although I am in a 1 bedroom. - I have a good amount of storage space. My favorite is the coat closet by the door. Think Harry Potter's room when he was under the stairs, but actually being used for storage. Tossed all my stuff I don't need every day in there and then hid them behind coats and suit jackets. -Large bathroom w large countertop = lot of space to stow things guests don't need to see, like spare toilet paper and cleaning supplies, or that porcelain owl your grandmother gave you two years ago that you can't throw away. Whatever. -Low toilet. Mines 15 and 1/2 inches tall at the seat, give or take (i'm using a cloth tape measure). If you're short, have kids, or just prefer standard sized toilets, this is a definite plus. Alright, I've spent too much time on this already. Good luck on your apartment search!

I love this community! It's clean, quiet, and feels very safe. Everyone in staff have been extremely helpful. Also the community perks are nice! Pizza days.. discounts, etc. if you're looking, I recommend it! It also has plenty of mature trees that add to the charm.

Originally, my boyfriend and I were looking at multiple different apartments. When we first looked online, the Woods of Britton immediately became our favorite because of the amenities of the apartment, the neighborhood, and the condition of the apartments. After looking at many apartments, we finally scheduled a visit to tour the Woods of Britton. We immediately felt like we were at home the minute we drove into the community. As we toured the apartment, that 'at-home' feeling just kept getting better and better. We fell in love with the apartment, community, and are loving the city of Fishers as a whole. We know that we made the best decision by deciding to rent with the Woods of Britton.

Based on the reviews and ratings on various websites, I have considered these apartments for renting and I'm glad I made a good choice. My family had liked the house and the community. Need to put in a couple of service requests to have few things sorted out but overall I recommend this community.

Nice People are nice and the staff is helpful I like the landscaping and decorations. The mantance staff is professional and showed me the apartments functions and where everything was as far as the filters and switches that work certain appliances.

Best community in Indiana. Nothing to complain about, the appartments are in perfect condition. The service is pretty quick and effecient. The staff is friendly and professional. My appartment was a 2 bedroom, for a reasonable price compared to the service and quality. The spaces are vast, and we love that there is a lot of openings and windows allowing the light in all the time. Best experience at The Woods of Britton!

Office and maintenance staff quick to handle issues. Really good and respectful neighbors. Everyone in the complex watches out for each other. Personal property is safe. Outside contractors also respect the tenants

Community feels like a neighborhood. Grounds are kept up well. Maintenance always responds promptly and fixes the problem. The outside of the buildings are kept in good shape. Management care about residents.

The woods of Britton is a great place to live. It's location between Noblesville and Fishers makes it very nice. The staff does a great job keeping the exterior of the community looking good. I would suggest this community.

Nice residences, community facilities, and well kept grounds. This has been a nice community to live in. Lots of green space and entrances into the apartments are not street facing. Utilities have been reasonable and this is a great location.

It has a lot of facillites and a pool which keeps my family busy. The garages help with storage and the staff are very nice and informative. There is plenty of plazas surronding the apatments and its very beautiful.

Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Buildings well maintained. Office staff excellent. Maintenance workers are very good, efficient an prompt. The pool, the office, the mailboxes, exercise room and computer room are all easily accessible.

Community is quiet and friendly when actually approached by people. That being said we've had a few issues with fire safety and people speeding through the complex (my parked car got hit one night due to a reckless driver). Other than that it has quick access to a groceries and other locations. Just expect a 20-30 minute drive at least if you want to go out for actual entertainment. And occasional potholes.

Leasing experience was awesome. Apt walk through was great too! I love the wood floors. I feel very safe in the neighborhood. My daughter is having a nighmare in her new apt in another community. 3 days without air during 90 degree weather. I wish there was a way for her to get out of her lease and she move here!!

We love living in this community. The staff is very friendly. Maintenance are very good about getting the request done.This is a very quit place to live. If you go out of town the office will sign for your package .

Woods of Britton is a nice, quiet community in a convenient area of Fishers. It is extremely safe, very beautiful landscaping and the friendliest and most efficient staff I have encountered in my time living in apartments. I have loved my time here.

Friendly office staff. Maintenance responds quickly- I've never had to wait more than 48 hours for a fix, and it's usually within 24. Nice quality apartment, spacious, fairly quiet community in the evenings. Well lit at night and very safe. The gym is simple but usually quiet, the pool is beautiful though a little loud. Over the past 5 years I've had a great experience here and it really feels like home.

I is at good locality. Near to market place. Very good maintenance staff. Closer to I-69. Very good school district. My family really liked this place. It is safe and environment friendly. Privet entrance was plus.
