I just moved in so I don't have any comments at the moment I've only been here for a week so I can't give any detailed feedback on my experience at the complex it seems nice but I work a lot so I have not meet anyone yet

Perfect

I have been living at the Plainview apartment complex for over seven years now. I can honestly say that you won't find a better place to live, an apartment complex that you can truly call your home. It is situated in a highly convenient location. It is a beautiful complex, featuring charming buildings with apartments to suit every taste and preferences ranging from studios to townhouses. The landscaping is absolutely magnificent, boasting tall, majestic trees, firs, pines, and immaculately maintained shrubs and flowerbeds. You can relax in comfort in the cozy, home-like clubhouse where management frequently hosts various events for residents or enjoy a swim in the beautiful pool, work out in the gym, play tennis, or grill a barbecue on the inviting patio; everything here is designed to ensure your comfortable lifestyle. I would like to place special emphasis on the management and maintenance staff of this beautiful complex. Property Manager Leigh Ann is one of the most empathetic, responsive, and helpful managers you could ever hope to find; she truly takes the time to understand your needs and assists in resolving any issues that may arise. Leigh Ann is, quite simply, the best property manager, she knows her job inside out and manages the apartment complex as if it were her own home. I am deeply grateful to her for her personal involvement and assistance with my own residency-related matters. A big thank you to Sam for all her assistance regarding residency matters, and for the professionalism she brings to her work. She is an invaluable asset to a large apartment complex like Plainview. I would also like to give a special mention to Leasing Associate Jordan, a young professional who is a true asset to the service management team. She is knowledgeable, highly professional, respectful, and patient when addressing any inquiries or concerns raised by residents. Employees like Jordan are invaluable to any office or business. You can also rest assured that the maintenance team is always on standby to assist you with any maintenance needs, whether day or night. They are all highly professional and courteous individuals who provide high-quality technical services in the shortest possible time. A special thank you goes to Micah, Dale, Rick, Luke, and Jordan. I truly love living in this picturesque apartment complex, Plainview is a place that has become a true home for its residents, whether for a short stay or for many years. It is the finest complex, managed with true professionalism. I highly recommend Plainview to prospective residents; without a doubt, you will find your true home here.

Wonderful customer service!

Katelynn and the rest of the staff are exceptional! So professional, friendly and really genuine. You could tell they actually care about their jobs and the happiness of others. I'm trying to find a place to call home, well Katelynn made it feel like home from the moment I walked in for my tour! Thank you for caring.

A great place to live in Louisville, KY!

I have been a resident of Plainview Apartments for one year now and just want to state how pleased I have been for the past 12 months. The location of the property is great, as are the amenities, and the layout of my apartment nicely fits my needs. I want to give a special shout out to the Property Management, Service Management and Technician teams, plus the Leasing Associates, notably Jordan and Katelynn, both of whom most of my daily interaction is with; they are exceptional. Also big thanks to Leigh Ann, Sam, Micah, Dale, Jordan, Luke and Rick. The service technicians do a phenomenal job year-round whether it's a service call for any unexpected issue I may have with my apartment, maintaining the grounds (we have beautiful green spaces), and most recently keeping the roads and sidewalks clear and safe for residents with the barrage of snow and ice we have had. Five starts to all!

Plainview apartments are a good place to live given the location and the community. The Plainview leasing office staff are very kind and will make you feel considered in any situation. It's decently quiet too, so it's a good place for a variety of people.

I've lived at Plainview apartments for three years now. I've lived in both a second floor and first floor apartment, and both have been lovely. I really enjoy the renovated unit I recently moved into! There are touches that make it feel more like a home. The community is overall very peaceful, and the staff is absolutely wonderful. Maintenance is quick to respond, and the maintenance staff are always friendly!

Insanely Beautiful Apartments

My partner and I moved in earlier this year and have had such an incredible experience. From the Boo Bash, to Food Truck Tuesdays, every month there is something new and exciting happening here. Maintenance works extremely hard and fast, getting and issues resolved almost immediately. This is more than a community, it is a family.

This community is a very well maintained and located comfortably close to shopping and professional offices . Access to interstate is near by. The area is located in a safe area and I have always been happy with the maintenance staff who have always solve any problem I have had.

Highly recommend

I have lived here for over a year and its great! They have a lot of fun events where I have met some friends. The office staff is very kind and helpful. I bring in my dog every afternoon and they spoil him with treats. I would highly recommend it here!!

Amazing Staff and Apartments

The apartments at Plainview are absolutely amazing. Every update they have made is absolutely beautiful, and they seem to continuously make more improvements! The front office staff are super sweet and understanding, and the maintenance staff are quick and easy to work with! I would recommend Plainview to anyone looking in the Louisville area!

Nice and close to everything

Great experience have been here a year and just extended close to stores work and the freeway without the noise pool clean, equipment room well maintained the sidewalk is great to have and the staff is friendly courteous and kind Jordan and Gabby are very professional and helpful

Great Staff

Good value for rent, good maintenance crew, all staff is very responsive to concerns. Staff regularly communicate with tenants about office hours and maintenance needs. Great location with lots of restaurants nearby. In the office, Jordan Brown is super helpful.

Maintanence free life

My dad teased me that I like room service that's why I live at Plainview.. and he's right. Living here is nice bc they tend to your every need fast and efficient! I'm busy, travel and work a lot so knowing that my place is well maintained makes my life easier. If something goes out or needs attention, maintanence is quick to respond!

My next home!

I toured at Plainview years ago and they were amazing! Everyone I spoke with was helpful and friendly. I only went with a different complex because it was closer to work! Now Plainview is still amazing! The staff is just as great as I remembered and their new renovations are stunning! Might have to add a few minutes to my commute to work!

My boyfriend and I have lived here for nearly 2 years and we just love it here. We had the best leasing agent when we moved in and although she doesn't work here, Plainview really knows how to pick some great staff! We have always had great interactions with everyone who works here. They are kind, professional, and great at what they do. Sam has put up with my neuroticism and does it like a pro! Plainview is a great community, and we truly love living here!

Great location!
