My leasing agent Rachel was on top of the whole process making sure every step was covered along the way. When my move in day came all I had to do was pick up my keys and was welcomed by two other staff members I hadn't met yet. They made me feel very welcome in a new city. The grounds crew thus far is impressive as well. I like it here already!

I love this place I lived here for total 4 years now I love it,i have no issues here, The maintenance here is absolutely perfect,i have a clog dispenser that time,I called the maintenance guy showed after 15 minutes,fixed everything thing quickly and professionally, Tom (maintenance guy) Is really friendly,and did his job perfectly

Great people in the leasing office. So friendly and willing to help with issues. Maintenance is quick and timely. I have lived here for almost a year now and haven't had any issues at all. Plus the leasing office is always doing giveaways.

I am resident of Plainview apartments from 2017 and have enjoyed my stay with nice community sorry for giving 3 stars for safety but i have to as my car was broke couple of time at night but know a days management have keep a security peoples to watch so its good that it has not happening know. about the maintenance it great service went out of town for Christmas vacation and when i came back at mid night my apartment was flooded with water from my upstairs water leek have called to report this incident at midnight in just few min later i have receive a call from Tom ( Maintenance person) who help me at middle of the night as well all the way until it completely fixed i will give a 100 star to Tom for helping me at middle of the night and fixing the problem and followed up for the issue Thanks a lot to NTS Management Team to having a Tom in your Team as well a Manager Of Plainview Allen she is also very great person we loved to have them here for our service.

They are Johnny-On-The- Spot with any maintenance problems. They are super dog-friendly. The office staff is friendly and very responsive. I had a plumbing problem and called at 5:45 pm and they were at my apartment by 6pm.

I lived at Plainview for 6 years. The staff was friendly during the initial process and once I signed it was a struggle to ever get a call back for maintenance requests or general questions. Overall apartments are not worth the price you pay. The fixtures are cheap and I have yet to experience any "amenities". Increased crime and vandalism has been a regular occurrence and no safety precautions have been put in place. There is a "courteousy officier" but he/she is unresponsive and when you call the front office you can hear their eyes roll. Highly disappointed in where this community has gone the last few years.

The staff provided excellent customer service during the initial leasing process and has continued to be responsive to any issues that have arisen. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance staff is very professional. I have very much enjoyed my residence on the property thus far.

Do not waste your money here! I payed $1500 + another $200 a month in fees every month for an inadequate residence. Increased crime, no security cameras, no gate. Many vehicles were vandalized, both of my vehicles were vandalized weeks apart, no security cameras were installed to prevent further damage. Nothing is updated as far as AC, it is so hot upstairs in the town home, you can't even sleep up there. I asked that a mouse problem be eradicated, nothing was done. They gave me a garage to store my stuff, it was so full of water and mud, it ruined half my stuff. I finally left to protect my health, my safety, and my property, and was charged 4 months rent for leaving early. This is not a good place to be.

I'm very disappointed with plainview. I moved into an apartment with water damage on our ceiling and water was leaking into our apartment. Maintenance came out to "fix it" but all they did was patch the hole back up and guess what? A day later it rained and that hole opened back up. I lived there for a week and smoked a little pot and my neighbors called the police on me and they came to my apartment and searched it WITHOUT a warrant. The police told me I wouldn't get kicked out, but plainview thought otherwise. I lived there for a WEEK when I was told I was going to have to move out. Kate, the leasing agent also told me that water and trash would be included in the rent. That was NOT the case, you will actually be paying more money because water and trash are NOT included. I was ALSO told by Ellen and Kate that i would be receiving a check in the mail for my security deposit and the rest of rent. However, they lied again. When i got my check in the mail it was not even close to the amount that I paid for my security deposit. I had 2 weeks to move out and now they screwed me over by not paying me the check THEY SAID they WOULD. I am super disappointed and I'm so happy that the situation came to how it did bc all the employees at Plainview lie straight to your face.

Hi everyone, I have lived in these beautiful apartments for the last 2.5 years, and I can only say positive things about it. The apartments are spacious, community is awesome, location is great and the whole complex is really really nice. The management and staff are awesome, and any time I had even minor issue they were there for me. I really like the pool in the summer, and 24h gym is definitely something that comes handy when you work from 8-6 every day. As I said, if you are looking for apartment in J-town area, Plainview is something you should definitely check out. Also make sure you ask for the nicest manager Ellen, and she will happily present their beautiful apartment complex.

The apartments are mediocre. They are large and in a very good location. However, they are overpriced for what you get. They spray paint the tiles around the bathtub and the bathtub too. Large crack on patio that never got fixed. When we moved in, the linoleum in the kitchen was badly stained, but they did not replace it until a water line broke underneath our kitchen. The worst thing is they would not renew our lease. No reason given except "It's a business decision." Our rent was always paid on-time and we complied with all rules, and yet, we were kicked out (lease not renewed). That can happen to you too! From a nearby neighbor, I found out they raised the rent $100.00 after just one year. Not worth the money and not worth the hassle form the crazy manager Ellen.

The staff is super nice and very helpful. If you need anything they will help you get it quickly. Some of the older units have some minor cosmetic issues. Also have run into some issues with plumbing and HVAC but it is always fixed. Maintenance is always quick and accessible when needed.

My family love staying at Plainview Apartments. We've just renewed for a second year. The staff are all very friendly and helpful with any issues we might have. The amenities are excellent - we spend a lot of time at the pool and the gym whenever possible. Close to I-64, it's a short hop to anywhere we need to get to (15 minutes to Downtown). I don't have any negative or critical comments to add.

I moved to Plainview in August and I was also new to the Louisville area. With that being said, I would also like to mention how helpful the staff has been with helping me find my way around town and suggesting great restaurants. I always feel safe here and love all the accomodations that Plainview has to offer. These include but are not limited to the 24/7 fitness area, outside pool and pavilion with grills, and the clubhouse. I was very skeptical that I would be able to make Louisville feel like home. However, I think Plainview has done an excellent job of making me feel right at home since the day that I moved in. The maintenance staff is also very attentive and their services are very prompt should an issue ever arise. The clubhouse staff is always smiling and helpful. The location is also extremely convinient with easy access to the highway and the many restaurant of Hurstborne Parkway. I truly love it here and would recommend it to all!

I have lived at Plainview Apartment for 4 months and I absolutely love it here. The staff is SO friendly and always there to help if a problem arises. The staff always offers fun things to do for the residents of Plainview. For example, there was a Halloween party in the clubhouse for the children and they got to dress up and get free candy. There is also yoga at the clubhouse and mindfulness meditations as well. I was completely new to Louisville when I first moved here and the staff was so wonderful with helping me get settled in. They told me about great restaurants in the area and fun attractions to go to. Plainview is very safe and it feels like home! It is a hidden gem.

I've been a tenant for a little over 7 months now. The staff are extremely kind and courteous, helping my roommates and me with whatever problems come up. Any issues that arise in the apartment are normally fixed within the hour or later that day. The maintenance staff is on hand almost 24/7 and very approachable. All of our neighbors are pleasant and stick mainly to themselves.

I have been living here for over a year now and I find it a really comfortable relaxing environment for myself and my dog. From the office staff to the maintenance crew all have been extremely helpful in making my transition to Louisville a smooth one. The grounds are well maintained with plenty of trash facilities available, the pool area is fantastic with BBQs, ping pong tables and lounge chairs available for use.

I just moved to Plainview. I chose it for its location and "quality." I recently came home to a flooded apartment due to a sewage backup and an HVAC leak. The problem was fixed in a timely manner and most of the maintenance workers were awesome except the plumber. He was awful. I would speak to him and try to ask questions but got ignored in my own house. He also got disgusting waste water (from his snake) splattered all over my bathroom and didn't bother to clean it up. Then left without saying a word to me. So that was great. Again though, all of the other servicemen were great. A couple of my doors are coming apart at the henges. And my black countertops in the kitchen get water spots extremely easy. I cant sit a wet rag down for more than five seconds unless I want a permanent water spot. Another big problem is my noisey upstairs neighbors. I wake up pretty early for work so it gets annoying. There have been several week nights of me waking up to them stopping or blaring their TV at 3am. When I didn't get a call back from the noise complaint line, I complained to the office and nothing has been done. The next step will be a noise complaint to the police. I hope nothing else occurs because I really want to like Plainview but it's not looking promising.
