Loving Plainview!

Moving in to Plainview was the best decision! I am loving the area and how convenient it is to the highway, restaurants, and the grocery store! Getting to and from work is quick and easy. Couldn’t recommend Plainview more!

Amazing!

I've had nothing but a positive experience at Plainview! The location is perfect and amenities like the pool, gym, and tennis/pickleball courts are just the icing on the cake. The staff is friendly and quick to address maintenance issues. Overall, it's a solid place to live and I'd recommend it to anyone moving to Louisville!

Beautiful Property!

I had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful property and was truly impressed. The grounds are beautifully maintained, creating a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. The newly renovated clubhouse is a standout, complete with a coffee and wine station for a relaxing experience. The amenities are fantastic, including well-kept tennis courts, a pool, and a fully equipped fitness center. The leasing staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it's a stunning property that offers both comfort and convenience. Highly recommend!

The best community ever!!

If you are looking for a beautiful, cozy, safe, and extremely well taken care of apartment, then look no further because Plainview apartments is where it’s at! Not only are the apartments and amenities top tier but the leasing office and maintenance crew are TOP notch! The maintenance team helps with all your needs and gets everything done in a timely manner. The office staff are very accommodating and pleasant to work with. One of my favorite things about this community are its pickleball courts! You can’t beat this community. Highly recommend this community!!

Plainview Delightful Community

I had a very pleasant full experience at Plainview apartments. This is my 5th year living in this community. All the maintenance needs were addressed immediately, not even once I had any dispute with their services. I appreciate all the staff & maintenance team for keeping the residents happy & fuilfillled. Plainview community offers a lot of amenities in the club house with indoor and outdoor play area for childrens and adults. Everything is so near to this place like Kroger, Aldi, Norton, Baptist, school etc. It’s a great place for anyone who choose to reside in Louisville, KY.

Amazing place to live!

The apartments are great. The stuffs and management are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is very prompt whenever I needed anything fixed. Plenty of parking and space in general. Great 24/7 gym too, has all I need. They keep the place clean and well groomed. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to live! It's an amazing place to live!

I moved to Plainview Apartments two years ago. It's a wonderful place to live, the amenities are great and the staff is amazing. I have event and activities for us every month. They care about their residents and their quick response to any situation is why I lo e it here

Quality apartments and staff

Plainview Apartments has impressed me since the first time I toured. The ladies at the leasing office went out of their way to be accommodating and they genuinely cared about helping me find a home. After the tour, they helped me through my entire application process and answered every question I had. This has not ceased since I have moved in. Every time I enter the clubhouse they greet me and take care of each of my requests within a timely manner!

Lovely experience!

If you’re a women of color don’t apply

Literally applied Friday got denied Friday have great rental history and all I honestly think they don’t like women of color because the lady I spoke to on the phone made it seem as if I Qualify then she told me to send a picture of my license but he is the tricky part even when you send your license they still make you take a selfie to see what color you are I applied and got denied the same day do not waste your 100$ if your a women of color they stereotype you.

NTS Plainview Apartments are the best apartments in Louisville, I have been staying here since 2022 with my wife and son. Everything is good over here, the leasing staff, very well-maintained apartments, good neighbors, good neighborhood, good amenities - with gym, pool, play area, amazon lockers, open kitchen, easy connectivity for prime areas of the city. Any issue with maintenance will be addressed with in no time this makes me feel about the sense of responsibility from maintenance staff and NTS's commitment. Leasing office is very lively with pool board game, coffee vending machine, sit area for guests. The leasing staff at office are very efficient to guide you through all the process of leasing with patience and transparency. Samantha Heady from leasing associates has helped and guided me in their leasing process which was very smooth. Keep up the good work, commitment and sustain the position as a good Apartment complex in Louisville.
