Great place to live!

I have had a great experience living here the past 6 months. The amenities are great and the staff are always friendly. Maintenance is quick and extremely respectful and helpful. They are always hosting fun events and trying to get the community involved. All of our neighbors are incredibly kind and respectful. My husband and I have loved living here - cannot recommend enough!

I cannot say enough great things about this property, and can't wait to move into my new apartment in May!!! The Overlook offers an unmatched living experience with modern, stylish units, with top-tier amenities (especially the pool & gym) that feel like a 5 star resort! The property is consistently clean, quiet, and well-maintained, making it a peaceful, upscale, and convenient place to call home. Hannah is my leasing consultant, and she has been awesome to work with! She is friendly, professional, responsive, and makes you truly feel like she cares about you as a resident!

Winter Weather Review

I am a resident of this community and am highly impressed with the service and care that has been provided during this difficult and snowy season. The sidewalks, cars, and roads were all cleared off and I am very happy that I get to live in this community! I am extremely impressed by the quick response and safety concerns that were address by the company without any personal requests from me directly. This is a wonderful place to live!

Another great community event!

The Overlook! staff hosted another great event. This time is was the annual Holiday Party. Great food, Great company, They constantly out -do themselves with each event. We’re going into our 15th year here & there’s nowhere else we’d ever want to live. Thanks, Overlook staff for another fun time!!

The Spot to Be!

The Overlook is truly one of a kind community. From the staff, to maintenance, to the grounds, to the resident events, to all the luxury amenities, The Overlook has it all. The staff is fabulous! Maintenance is sharp and attentive. The resident events are very thoughtful and bring the community together. The amenities are one of a kind!! The pool in the summer is a show stopper!! If you are looking for a community that makes you feel like you are at a luxury resort while also having top notch customer service this is the place for you!

Living at Overlook at St Thomas

I have been a resident of the Overlook starting my seventh year. It has been the best decision after checking out many complexes throughout the Louisville area. Even though many of the different apartments weren’t lovely & inviting; the difference was the size of these apartments in comparison to the Overlook. In addition to spacious living quarters the Overlook offers a beautiful campus of lovely trees, flowers, quiet streets, security, place to wash your car, an Olympic pool & many other amenities. The staff @ the Overlook are outstanding & make themselves available to assist in your request. One such staff member is Jennifer Langley. Jennifer goes that extra mile to make sure your request or concern is taken care of by making a call or emailing you that all was satisfactory. My experience has been you know you will be well taken care of by this staff member & her co-partners. Another outstanding feature you will find @ the Overlook is the maintenance department. All apartment complexes have a maintenance group but the Overlook has an experienced well oiled group of men who address your issue & if it isn’t taken care of the first visit you can bet their second visit is their final visit. Friendly bunch of staff. If you are looking for a lovely spacious apartment home don’t hesitate to check out the Overlook at St Thomas you will be glad you made the best decision. Moved in during September. Jennifer was a massive help for me. Anytime I needed something or had any questions she would go over and beyond. The Complex is always clean, fresh cut grass, no garbage. The amenities beat any other complex it’s not even close. If you are looking go and talk to Jennifer. You won’t meet someone better here

Such a Fun and Welcoming Community

Our apartment complex does such a great job building community! They hosted a chili cookoff last night, and it was such a fun event — they do something like this every month, often with an open bar, and it’s always a great time. The office staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and fun to be around. It really feels like they care about the residents and want everyone to enjoy living here. Couldn’t ask for a better team or a better place to live!

Well, it has been an extraordinary experience the entire time I have lived at the Overlook! Kaitlyn, Emma, Hannah and Jennifer have been so helpful in the three transitions here at the Overlook! The maintenance manager, Mark has always been attentive to the residents needs. The landscaping of the 53 acres is such a delight to drive home everyday! Terrific maintenance staff.

Mark and Sean are only the most recent maintenance crew that have so impressed us. The maintenance occurs on a timely, one could say quick basis. The workers are always polite and take great care in keeping their work space clean as well as making sure there is no collateral messiness. If things need a second touch they respond immediately to make it right.

I couldn’t have been happier living here. The property was always spotless and well-maintained, and the green space made it feel welcoming and peaceful. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly—usually within 24 hours—and the team genuinely cares about keeping the property in top shape. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. I love the open floor plan, large windows with tons of natural light, and the high-quality finishes throughout. The soundproofing is excellent too—I hardly ever hear my neighbors. The amenities are a major plus. The gym is clean and well-equipped, the pool area feels like a resort, and the community spaces (like the lounge and co-working area) are perfect for both relaxing and getting work done. Plus, everything is kept spotless. Would recommend to anyone in the Louisville area

What a Great Tour Experience!

I came to The Overlook looking for a two bedroom with my roommate. Emma immediately welcomed me to the office and made me feel right at home. She showed me around the clubhouse and model. She highlighted the property grounds, the maintenance team, and the overall experience at The Overlook. Such a great experience and beautiful property!
