Having grown up in the Northfield/Holiday Manor part of town, I knew I could not imagine living any where else other than The Overlook when it came time to get my own place. Karen, one of the leasing associates, was extremely helpful in showing me around the property and answering my very detailed questions when it came to utilities in the apartment. The location could not be more convenient, great school system, and the grounds are gorgeous! They also have fun resident events such as food trucks, delivering sweet treats right to your door, and bingo! I can promise that you will not regret living at The Overlook!

I had a friend who lived here that I would visit frequently. I was always amazed by how well the grounds were kept! The grass, bushes, trees and flowers were always nicely maintained giving it such an inviting experience. The pool and rental though was my favorite experience by far!

I love this place with the exception of VANDALISM! Cars have been broken into 3 times in the last 6 months. Don't feel safe parking in front of apartment. They need security and security cameras. Damage done to car. The staff is great. Maintenance great. Bushes and weeds could be trimmed more.

The Overlook is hands down, the best apartment complex we have experienced. From the intial showing and all the 1way up to today, the staff have been super freindly, responsive and very reliable. The apartment itself is beautiful and was completely immaculate and in perfect shape on move in day. Suffice it to say that we want to change our lease from month-to-month..to annual! You owe it to yourself to see for yourself...

I absolutely LOVE this community because it feels like a home. The walls are thick the landscaping is immaculate and most importantly the STAFF is amazing and efficient with any requests. I would absolutely recommend Overlook at St. Thomas to ANY of my friends or family. Feels like a home every time I come home!

A word of WARNING.....make sure, absolutely sure you know 100% that you won't be moving when you resign your lease! Our son, who is in medical school at U of L has lived here for THREE years! His rent is automatically taken out of his checking account' he has NEVER been late on a SINGLE month's rent! He just resigned for another year! The Army is paying for medical school. He found out after signing his final year lease that he will be gone for extended periods of time for Army away rotations! They would NOT let him out of his lease, even if someone else would rent it! Oh wait.......they will let him out w/ a 60-day advanced notice and a $2,000 lease termination fee. I am appalled that someone who serves their country would not be able to early terminate based on military obligations! I understand the 60-day notice. But, the $2,000 lease termination fee is insane, outrageous and unbelievable! After THREE years of paying over $39,000 to The Overlooks, they find it necessary to charge a $2,000 lease termination fee and two months rent! I'm speechless!

I've had a wonderful experience at this complex. I spent a lot of time searching around Louisville for the perfect apartment and this is it! The staff is friendly, maintenance requests are responded to within the day, and the property is very quiet!

I moved into the Overlook in August 2018 and have no complaints. It is a great location and close to everything. Top notch clubhouse with several amenities, workout gym, pool and tennis courts. The grounds are always well groomed and the staff (Kudos to Karen) responds to any problems you have within that day or the next day. All around friendly and approachable staff. The location is close to restaurants, groceries and the interstate. The few minor problems I have had since living here have been addressed that day or within the next day when I call the office.

This is a great place to live. The grounds are kept immaculate. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They pick up trash from your doorstep twice a week, so no smelly dumpsters. The location is perfect. Very nice area of Louisville and within 5 minutes from grocery, restaurants, dry cleaners, etc. Just a few minutes from either the inner loop expressway I-264 or the outer loop expressway I-265. Plenty of parking options, free or covered, or garages. Great tennis courts, fabulous pool, and clubhouse with games and workout facility. They even have a pet wash station. They have thought of all the little things that make apartment living so convenient. Layouts of apartment are spacious with high ceilings, patio or balcony and fireplaces in some. Overall a great place to call home!!

I love this community because the office and maintenance staff are very nice and helpful. Earlier this week I drove to the compacter with my son's dog in the car and left the car running as it would only take seconds to throw out the trash. The dog spotted a couple dogs and jumped from the from the back seat to driver's seat and hit the lock all doors button. My car was running, dog was inside and I was standing out in the rain. What next?? A nearby neighbor asked if I needed help and called the front office and explained the situation to Karen. He was told maintenance would be there to help. Kyle showed up and so did two other maintenance staff. I got a key to my car and was able to drive home. Not only did the staff help but the neighbor saved the day by calling for help and he insisted I take his umbrella. My neighbors are just as nice as the staff! We are very lucky to live here,

I absolutely loved living at the Overlook at St. Thomas. The only reason I am no longer there is I bought a place. However, I return frequently to visit with the wonderful staff including Kyle, Katie, Carolyn, Allison, Hannah, Karen and the rest who always "show me the love". One could not ask for a more professional, accommodating, attentive, nicer and kinder staff. The location is perfect, the property superb and the facilities fantastic. When looking for an apartment HOME in Louisville, look no further than the Overlook at St. Thomas.

I recently moved into The Overlook at St Thomas and was not 100% sure how I would enjoy it being that this was the first apartment I would be living in. I was pleasantly surprised how great the community is. Clean streets and common areas, barely any noise, new appliances. When searching within my price range this was by far the best interior and location of any other apartment/townhomes.

First and foremost, cannot compliment the staff at the Overlook enough. From the top notch maintenance team to the office staff, everyone at this property brings their best every day and it shows. The maintenance team is highly dedicated and skilled and above all, very polite and friendly. The office team is always upbeat and eager to be helpful. I've also never lived in an apartment complex that puts so much work into coming up with creative social events for the residents. Highly recommend living here!

I LOVE living at The Overlook! I've lived on the property for a little over two years and love it! Karen and all the office staff are super friendly and are always willing to help. Maintenance is very quick to respond to issues. Parking is plentiful and the amenities are great too! The staff here are so wonderful and always make us feel like we're really part of a family here at the Overlook!! There are always fun events in our community which make it so much fun to live here. I love the Overlook at St. Thomas. The office staff is so friendly. The clubhouse is clean and full of amenities for the residents. The maintenance staff is responsive and courteous. The landscaping is kept up. There is free pest control. I can't imagine renting anywhere else.

Apartment living is new to me and I could not be happier. Having owned a home for too many years the convenience of stopping at the Rental Office with an issue and having the maintenance staff practically beat me to my apartment is a breath of fresh air. The Overlook does not feel like an apartment complex. The grounds are spacious and well maintained. The Clubhouse and sports facilities are top of the line. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I would recommend The Overlook at St. Thomas to anyone who is looking for a beautiful, well maintained apartment in an established neighborhood surrounded by shopping, restaurants with easy access to the interstate highways.

This is a great place to live! The apartments are regularly updated and maintained. Since I have been here, all of the blinds, light fixtures, apartment/garage numbers, and door/cabinet hardware have been replaced. In addition appliances more than 5 years old have been replaced. Within the last year, a new outdoor fire pit and grilling area has been added. Currently, they are in the middle of a huge project to replace all of the exterior stairways. The new ones are really stunning. The landscaping/grounds are well-maintained. Multiple flower beds are planted seasonally; with the exception of mid-winter, flowers are blooming through out the year. Side walks, streets, and parking areas are neat and litter-free; snow is removed promptly. Valet trash service seems to be popular with many of the residents; however, many residents still personally deposit trash in one of the two trash compactors. I have always found the office staff to be professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. Maintenance needs are resolved very quickly - typically within one or two days. Emergency service is available on the weekends, as needed. This is a very safe, quiet, upscale, beautiful neighborhood. When I moved in, I automatically began saving hundreds of dollars per year on my automobile insurance - just because of the zip code.

My husband and I lived at The Overlook at St. Thomas apartments for ten years. We were very happy with our apartment, we never heard the neighbors, the maintenance was the best and it was in the best location in Louisville. Fast forward six months I now live in North Carolina. I placed an order for Christmas and inadvertently shipped two packages to my old apartment. When I discovered what had happened I called the office at The Overlook at St. Thomas and found them to be so caring and understanding about my dilemma. They went out of their way to retrieve my packages from the current tenant and even took them to the post office to have them mailed to my door. When I offered to pay for the shipping Hannah told me not to worry about it that they just wanted to get my Christmas packages back to me. I wish I would have lived in the apartment while these wonderful people were there. If I moved back to Louisville and were going to rent an apartment I would definitely move to The Overlook at St. Thomas. I hope NTS knows how lucky they are to have people like this representing them, especially Hannah.
