I love The Overlook!
I have been a resident for over a year and have no complaints. The grounds are always well kept and the staff is so easy to deal with. It was recently time to renew my lease, and I didn't have to think twice. I can't recommend The Overlook more.

AMAZING AND LUXURIOUS
Officially made a year living at Overlook and I’m so happy we resigned our lease for an even longer time cause Kentucky doesn’t get any better than living here. From the events to all the attention to the residents , my family and I feel completely at home here. The location is safe and beautiful, close to basically anything and everything you need and the joy my daughter gets seeing everyone that works here from the girls in the office to the maintenance team. 10/10

Great Apartments!
I was planning on moving to KY, but my job ended up keeping me in Michigan. But I just wanted everyone in the Louisville area to know how great The Overlook is. The amenities are so cool - the pool is huge for any apartment complex I’ve been to, they have events all the time, the apartments are use, and they have a car wash station with a vacuum and air compressor!! If I ever do decide to come to Louisville this is 100% where I’ll be

The Overlook has been the best home! The amenities are so amazing, my personal favorite is the fire pit at the gazebo. This complex also has the best staff. They make their residents feel heard and taken care of! Highly recommend this complex!!

Love it here!!!
I absolutely adore this property! The green space and the well kept grounds make it truly feel homey. The leasing staff are always so pleasant as well as the maintenance crew! I also loveee all of the resident events and how I get to really know my neighbors and be friends with them! I would highly recommend living here!

Best maintenance in town
I have lived in a lot of apartments and this is by far the best property I have lived at. The grounds are so well kept and the maintenance staff is always quick to respond...Shawn is especially courteous and efficient. I have nothing but positive things to say about this property. Well done!

Love This Property
Living here at The Overlook has been the absolute best. Shawn and Mark on maintenance staff are amazing and so extremely helpful. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. The pool ans grounds are so well kept. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to rent.

Gorgeous Property and Amazing Staff
I toured The Overlook last summer with Jennifer and immediately fell in love with the property. I grew up in the area and I knew this place would be the perfect place for me and my daughters. I have now been here a year and still am as in love. The leasing office staff is so friendly and personable. The maintenance is knowledgeable and timely. My daughters and i love the pool and already have been going almost daily. On cooler nights it’s nice to hang out at the fire pit to relax. I recommend this property 10x over!!

Beautiful property and friendly staff
I took a tour at The Overlook last week and fell in love. The whole property is bright and beautiful. The grounds look like they are kept up and managed very well by maintenance or landscaping. I saw the two bedroom model and was so excited to see the included washer and dryer - that was on the top of my list. The granite counter tops and walk in closets were just a great bonus. Thank you Hannah for showing me around!

Highly recommend!
I recently moved in with my partner. We love it so far! The green space and tranquility make the commute to work worth it. The pool is beautiful and events the clubhouse hosts are tons of fun. Jenna made the leasing and move in experience seamless.

Highly Recommend!
I recently moved into the Overlook with my husband and our new puppy, the landscaping is gorgeous and perfect for evening strolls. The office staff and maintenance team are AWESOME and always willing and eager to help out. Would not want to live at any other Louisville apartment community!

High praise for the Overlook
The overlook is extremely well maintained beautifully landscaped apartment complex. Apartments have just been externally repainted and freshly landscaped. Club house and pool are resort quality. I have a two bedroom 2 bath unit. Very efficiently designed with ample closet and room space. Maintenance requests promptly responded.

Stunning property
We are looking to move to Ky from out of state and we were incredibly surprised with all of the amenities and how beautiful the property has been taken care of. As avid outdoor people, we are impressed with the pool, pilates studio and also the pickleball courts (our favorite).

Great place to live
The Overlook is awesome. The property is clean and well-kept, the amenities are wonderful, maintenance guys are the best (and work so hard), and the staff is so friendly. We’ve been here for nearly two years with our two boys under 4 and it’s been a great residence to live during this time.

A Fun Community
The staff at the Overlook are truly incredible! They are so insightful and are always able to answer any questions relating to being a resident at the Overlook. Jenna gave me a very good tour and was able to provide a lot of information on living in the area and including in depth information about being an Overlook resident!

The Overlook is wonderful!
The Overlook has been nothing but amazing since we’ve moved in! The community is so welcoming, the amenities (especially the gym) are top-tier, the monthly food trucks are tasty, and the leasing office staff, specifically Jenna, has been incredible! Excited for another year here!

Love Where We Live
My daughter and I have lived at The Overlook at St. Thomas for over two (2) years now and love our home here. The amenities are incredible, the staff makes you feel like you're a part of the Overlook family, there are so many fantastic resident events that help us connect with our neighbors and we feel safe and comfortable. It doesn't hurt that the property is always beautifully manicured and we can enjoy the grills on property and dine al fresco. The location of this property is perfect, with everything we need within a mile radius, and the highway to get anywhere is about two (2) miles away. We can drive five (5) minutes to get to the river or eight (8) minutes to get to the bridge. The pool is gorgeous and a wonderful perk of being a resident. The Overlook has done the most incredible job making this community the best place to live.

Feels like home
Neighbors are very friendly, great amenities, office staff is always providing food, entertainment and a smiling face. We love the pickleball, tennis, firepit, pool, the list goes on...maintenance attendants are very quick to show-up and very friendly. NTS is a great company and they keep the entire grounds immaculately manicured. We visited all the surrounding apartments in the area, and The Overlook is definitely head and shoulders above the competition. We are very satisfied with our choice.

Perfect place to call home!
I loved living at the Overlook. Staff and management was always helpful. The maintenance team is consistent and amazing! I love this place. Always felt like home. They really encourage the sense of community and the property is alway immaculate.
