Love the place

This review is for Gabby Sanzica at the Overlook at St. Thomas. We first met Gabby when she brought our renewal contract and she was delightful. She has a wonderful personality as all the ladies do at the Overlook. We are really happy that Gabby is apart of this team and know that she will make others feel right at home with her professional skills, as well. We have lived here since 2020 and appreciate everything NTS has done to make our community so beautiful and maintained. We love it here!

Soo good!

I’ve enjoyed my year at the Overlook St Thomas. Wonderful facilities, spacious apartment, fantastic staff - in the office and the maintenance crew. The fitness center and pool are a big plus, great equipment, well-maintained. Highly recommended!

A lovely place to live!

I found the most friendly quiet beautiful place to call home! The location is perfection, the units updated, landscaping gorgeous, and the leasing staff superb! My favorite thing is all the activities. I love the yoga classes, water aerobics, book group, not to mention the pool and pickleball! I have also enjoyed the food trucks, parties, and treats! Thank you management for all you do for us! So happy to have landed here at Overlook.

Friendly and attentive staff and maintenance team!

I’m going on my third year here at the Overlook and feel very lucky to have found such a great place to live! The property is beautiful, the pool offers a great place to relax and recharge, and the staff and maintenance team are exceptional. I toured quite a few places in Louisville and from the moment I went on a tour with Hannah and saw the apartment layout, amenities, etc. I knew that I didn’t need to look any further. She has been one of the many friendly faces that I’ve met here and is always who I call when I have questions - like when the next wine night or pickleball lesson will be! Along with this, the turnaround time for the maintenance team fulfilling requests is always very reasonable. The entire team does a great job communicating when it comes to work orders, etc. I’m thankful they have made this situation so easy for me when it comes to renewing my lease each year. Could not recommend living here enough!

Live Here Long Time

Long time resident, first time reviewer. I love the layout, landscaping and amenities here. The current office staff are attentive and kind - especially Hannah. Even if I'm just coming in for coffee, she always says Hello and asks how I am. During my most recent lease renewal, she was kind and patient and answered my questions promptly.

Love the events!

I absolutely loved Overlook Live last year! If I could mark that in my calendar a year in advance I would. Their resident events are like no other.. just like their staff is. Beautiful property with amazing staff

The overlook apartments are Louisville hidden gem! It is a beautiful property with an amazing staff. There floorplans are spacious, amenities are fantastic. I would highly recommend going this place. I took a tour recently. The clubhouse was beautiful I spoke with Jennifer and she was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The model floor plan was a great layout. I liked the fact that the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the living space.

I look forward to a happy time here

Overlook apartment with nice grass and scenery. Above all, the staff are all so kind. Gabrielle, who guided us, was so grateful for his kindness and detail, even though we didn't speak the language. Shawn from the repair team worked really hard to fix the problem quickly. Thank you all. My whole family loves it here.

Great Place to Live

Amazing Experience Overlook

Beautiful Property

The Overlook of St. Thomas is a beautiful community to live in. The property is gorgeous, close to highway, shopping, and restaurants. You have everything you need right in the closeness of your home. The staff are great and offer different activities each month and has star bucks in the clubhouse.
