Absolutely love for the price / location
Absolutely love the Overlook. The pool and gym are kept up so well as well as the grounds and apartment units. Maintenance is always there when you need them. Fun events and workout classes all year round. I lived here when I was single and now that I am married, my husband and I got a bigger unit!

Really enjoyed our time at The Overlook!
My wife, toddler, and I lived at the Overlook for three years prior to purchasing a house in Louisville. We really enjoyed our stay there. The units are nice, the staff friendly & helpful, and the maintenance is timely and successful. The pool area, gym, and the building is top notch. They also have enjoyable events and tasty food trucks.

You HAVE to check out this place! Hannah met with me and introduced me to the best property! The quality, amenities, resident events, and customer service is next level. Their pool area is my favorite - surrounded by beautiful landscaping, luxury pool chairs, and games for everyone! I feel like I’m on vacation every time I’m there!

Great ace
The location is great and so is the staff. After seeing a bunch of other places I can say the amenities are awesome and probably second to none. Huge pool, ping pong table, clubhouse, fire pit, tennis, you name it.

It has been a great experience so far! Lots of nice neighbors and friendly staff. They put together great events and can always answer my questions! Love the high ceilings in the living room and maintenance has been on top of everything.

Love the Overlook!
I have nothing but good things to say about the Overlook. Jenna did a great job explaining everything to do with the amenities, application and move in process. The property is absolutely beautiful - a great place to walk your furry friends. Maintenance requests are quick and the community is friendly and welcoming!

Best complex ever
The Overlook is the best apartment complex I have or ever will live in. If you’re in Louisville you must live here. The amenities are superb and the staff make it feel like home. I love it here and wouldn’t pick anywhere else

Best complex I’ve lived in
I’ve lived in several complexes in the area over the years and the Overlook is by far the best! Great amenities (best pool, tennis, two room gym, office space with printer, fire pit, grills, pickle ball, fitness classes) and very friendly and helpful staff. Never had a bad experience in the office! Maintenance is also great and special shout-out to Mark who has helped us out several times with crucial fixes. It is going to be hard to convince myself to buy a house because that’s how good living at the overlook is!

I love it here
I’ve had a great experience at the Overlook. The staff is super helpful, the maintenance team is very responsive to any issues that pop up, the price is reasonable, and there are a ton of community events/amenities for residents. Would definitely recommend.

I LOVE HEREIT
Have lived here almost 3 years. Great community, great staff! A lot of effort Is put into events and keeping everyone included and engaged! Photo is of ‘Overlook Live’ by the pool, included a raffle - free food and drinks - charcuterie from ‘Board and You’ - was amazing!

It’s just great!!
Wonderful place to live! Safe community, great amenities, friendly staff, fast maintenance response, I really have so many good things to say about this place!! They do all kinds of events for residents, food trucks, giveaways, just a great place to call home!!

i've never had a better experience than my experience at the overlook; kicks germantown mill lofts clear out of the water. if i had friends, i'd recommend this spot to them...but i'm a lone wolf...one man wolf pack, if you will. (howls at the moon)

Friendly place
Place is really nice. When coming into the parking lot I was amazed by the beauty of the place. The staff was super friendly and inviting. I will definitely be considering this place for potential living. I will come back in the future.

Great place to live
Great community everyone is so friendly including the staff. The pool is great in the some and is so convenient. Located close to the waterson so it’s convenient to get anywhere in Louisville. Would highly recommend.

Safe and sound!!
My daughter has lived here for over a year and she loves it. It is a safe space and I am so happy she founds the overlook to be her home. As a father, safety and maintenance are my top concerns in an apartment and the overlook exceeds them. I am thankful it is in a good area of town, but am happy that the staff is knowledgeable in the office and maintenance takes care of any issues that arise!

Love it here!
Great place to live!! They have all kinds of events and things for residents, i.e food trucks, holiday giveaways, concerts, it’s really a nice touch. The maintenance and grounds keeping is on it, making sure for fast and effective response of an issue and maintaining a beautiful landscape. Everyone is the office has always been so friendly, Hannah has been especially helpful to my husband and I, answering any questions or concerns we had. I would definitely recommend living here!!

Spacious
I picked to live to atI’ve picked to live at the overlook because of how spacious and pretty the apartments are! But I continue to stay because of all the friendly staff at the office and on maintenance. I love her to stop up at the leasing office to grab a free coffee or hot chocolate before I start my day off I never realized how great of a perk that would be!
