Wonderful place to leave. I love the club room and the idea of having a computer room and a printer.The only issue they have to work on is the fire alarm which goes on often. Overall I am satisfied with everything this community has to Offer.

It is fine. I have no objections. Generally clean, friendly staff. Rent is reasonable for the area, which still makes it too expensive but that characteristic is shared by all area apartment complexes. Near the grocery store and the metro, which is nice.

It is terrible. I wish we went somewhere else. This has not been a good experience. I hate it here, and I can not wait to leave. Nothing works, things are regularly broken, staff is poor quality, and it is expensive.

It's an ok Apartment but the price increases is way too much. If you leave here for one or two you cannot make this a home. I would love for them to consider the people they are serving and listen for a change

The staff are courteous at Blair Plaza. Maintenance requests are completed quickly within a reasonable amount of time. There are many events hosted by the building and there is a sense of community. I would recommend living at The Blairs to anyone.

The Blairs is an overall great place to live. It's in a great location. The amenities are very good, when they're fully working. The maintenance department is very quick to respond, though some repairs take a little longer to complete all the way through. I would definitely recommend this community.

I love its surroundings the silver Spring station is very close, the area is very safe and there are restaurants and shops very close to the Blair plaza apartments. It also has place to go for a walk and the transport is very good.

Able to find the right apartment and setup a lease all on-line. Was perfect for me since I was coming from out-of-state. The view is incredible since there are no high-rises are next to us so I can see for miles from our bedroom window.

I love living at the blairs. There are so many events and ways to connect with the community. I actually was able to suggest the blairs to one of my friends and they moved in right across from my building. I highly recommend this apartment complex. The ammenities are great and I feel valued as a resident.

The Blairs is a friendly environment that constantly seeks to improve the residential experience. I particularly appreciate the company's focus on the environment. Would like it even more if it were more family friendly and had a pool and outdoor playground for children. The cabinetry in the apartment was rather haphazardly put into place -- perhaps the one pet peeve I have (e.g.., crooked cabinets and outlets, which are rather unsightly).

My experience so far has been quite outstanding. The staff are very friendly and are always willing to help as needed. The apartment complex has lots of activities you can participate in as well as 3 great gyms. Safety seems to be their #1 priority.

We've loved living at the Blairs. The community is great and well taken care of. Great location. Unfortunately, the size of our studio compared to its cost per month and the cost of upgrading to a one bedroom are very high.

As a tenant of the Blairs I am blessed to be within minutes of rail, bus and my own or rental auto transportation, at my whim. I can dine-in,getting my provisions from the Giant Market located right within the complex or I can walk to anyone of the several restaurants within yards of my apartment. I am within walking distance of a major theatre and a short walk to a lively movie and entertainment center. But don't forget that the Blairs does a masterful job of proving entertainment, just check with the friendly concierge. The Blairs prides itself on maintaining its properties. No sign of "deferred maintenance" here. A good maintenance staff is always available to correct anything that goes amiss. Simply, my experience with the Blairs over the near 19 years is that they aim to please and truly make your time with them a likeable one.

Living here has been okay. They have events for the tenants, but if you have a maintenance request, you will get the run around from management and will be lied to several times. Management demands you pay rent on time, but when you need them to make a repair to your apartment, you will be getting the run around.

The BLAIRS is a nice place to live. It is not perfection but one of the most comfortable and convenient places to live in Silver Spring. Maintenance staff are on point. Social activities for residents are provided. Pool was removed to rebuild, which is a real bummer because It was probably the best pool in the area and we pay for it in amenities. I hope they build us a new pool. A decent place.

Great community, but not a luxury living. People are nice. Maintenance could be better in fixing issues the first time. Air conditioning is not uncontrolled central air. But other than those minor issues, staff is attentive.

Safe ,friendly and accessible place .Easy to move around DMV since it's close to the metro station. You don't need to travel outside since most of the normal day to day activities are accessible. Malls, movie theaters, restaurants and medical facilities.

My experience with the Blairs has been nothing but positive. I moved in a couple weeks ago and never felt safer in any community. The convenience of having a supermarket and the metro right next to my apartment is priceless. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Erika, Karen and Patrick made my leasing process smooth and timely. I definitely recommend the Blairs for anyone who's looking for convenience, safety and comfort.

My move-in was decent except for the fact that I requested a feature wall to be painted and it still has not yet been painted. That has been my biggest issue so far but besides that I am enjoying the apartment and the community.

I have been living at the Blairs for two weeks now, and so far I have no complaints. The pricing is reasonable, the grounds are clean, and the location is great. There are also many fun community events (I have yet to attend one but I plan to!) I love how pet friendly the community is, which is one of the reasons I chose this apartment in the first place. I also appreciate how Giant and CVS are about a 2 minute walk from my apartment.
