The Blairs is an amazing place to live! Very close to the metro, the grocery store, and countless food and entertainment options. The community is active and the lifestyle program provides many opportunities to get to know your neighbors and engage in fun activities. The apartments are clean, beautiful, and in great condition.

Positive stay so far. Staff is kind and available. Communal areas are kept functioning and clean. Noisiness depends mainly on neighbours, and the turn over is quite fast. Overall the apartment complex is rather quiet.

My experience at the Blairs has been pretty exceptional. I am very pleased with my apartment, maintenance staff, & community activities. I was a little upset when the community started to allow pets in the building without notice to the residents, but I can appreciate the on going efforts to make sure that pet-owners manage their pets appropriately.

Very safe, quiet, and excellent location. The staff (front desk, managers, maintenance) are always attentive. It's easy to pay and there is an application for bulletin boards items for the community. The summer time movies, concerts, food trucks are really nice. Highly recommend.

This community has gone dramatically downhill since moving in. Pest issues, maintenance not as responsive, communication non-existent. Many issues around the building still aren't fixed. Too many problems.

The apartments are attractive and well-maintained, and there is a satisfying range of common areas and activities. The location is excellent for both living and commuting needs. The grounds are safe, with security frequently driving around the area. The maintenance backlog can take time to clear, but the underlying issue is always resolved. Staff are friendly.

The apartment was in great condition when we arrived about 2.5 weeks ago, and we have really been enjoying it! Great location, courteous concierges, good amenities and a very spacious apartment with a lot of storage. I'm also impressed with how soundproof it's been. I never hear noise above or below me or through the walls. The only time I ever hear anything is when I'm in the living room and people are in the hallway because the front door is the least soundproof area. I've never had such a well insulated apartment before! Our dog has been very happy here, too. We feel we've made a very good choice in selecting this apartment!

I enjoy living at the Blairs. Been a resident fir 20 plus years. Community growing with diversity of cultures and family, as well as pets. Great access to transportation centers, and the beltway. Great community.

Very clean and spacious. Close to transportation and shopping. The maintenance staff is prompt, helpful and friendly. I like the washing machine and dryer in the apartment which is very convenient to use. The heating and air conditioning are reliable and the apartment is comfortable.

I love the Blair house I like how it's convenient for shops and groceries I like how it's convenient for the metro station I like how the building is set up I if there something that I have to change is the Granites and countertops are too old model other than that I love living here

It's great living where everything is within easy reach, and where your neighbors are actually great people. The staff are also very great in terms of response, and almost every amenity you could think of is within close reach :-)

Living at the blairs is an affordable, family centered place to live. It's a great start to living an in new place. There is plenty of leg room. All of the things you need are just 5-10 minute walk away.

It was really good the staff were nice to me but only one time one of the stuff at the lobby are disrespectful of how to talk to resident and it is really frustrating and I don't want it to happen again

Very convenient. Close to metro, grocery and downtown Silver Spring. Very courteous concierge. Quick response to service requests. Overall clean community, but common areas were pets are allowed could be maintained a little more.

Blairs is a very nice community to live in. It has a very vibrant community with full of activities for the residents and their family. They provide many occasions to meet other residents and give a family feeling while residing here. The apartment maintenance is very prompt to service requests. The concierge is very couteous and helpful. The place is very close to metro station and bus terminal that connects you DC and several other cities in Maryland. The giant grocery store is a minute walk from Blairs and it is surrounded by multiple restaurants and coffee shops to hangout. Downtown Silver Spring is 5 to 10 min walk from Blairs which hosts seasonal musical events, Saturday farmers market and other festivals from time to time. I love this place and it will always be my choice when I come back to Maryland or DMV area.

The amenities are incredible, apartments are very close to grocery markets, public transportation and the local mall, and the complex is very nicely renovated inside! We are so happy with our new home.

Good Experience. Good amenities. Close to Metrorail and Downtown Silver Spring. Close to shopping and restaurants/movie theater. Building has a good recycling program and has a good non-smoking policy.

The availability of various floor plans and rent prices dependent on level of upgrades was appreciated. Having all utilities included is also a good budgetary guide. All the apartments I viewed were well maintained. The amount of green space for my dog is also well appreciated.

Great. awesome staff, that makes you feel welcome. I really appreciate the community engagements too. Happy hours, movies, fitness classes. You don't get that at most places. Plus the remodeled apartments look amazing. You really get the most bang for your buck here.

I have enjoyed my experience in this community and will likely renew my lease when it is up. Everything I need is conveniently available within walking distance, the apartment staff are friendly and responsive and the building is generally kept in good condition. The one item that could be addressed to better the community is the addition of a pool.

We love it. Before moving in, management was a top priority, and they have exceeded our expectations. They address any issue/problem within 24 hours. They are responsive to my questions and concerns. And, on top of everything, they constanly organize events (breakfasts, concerts, movies, actuvities for kids, etc)

So far it had been a great experience. It's a great place with everything nearby but yet still quiet for downtown. The apartment has a good layout and very easy to mind into. This was definitely the best choice.

Been here for one week so far and for the most part we like it. The workout facility could use a little work and we have some neighbors above us that play music very loudly, especially late at night on the weekends.
