We love living here. We feel safe. Great year round activities and exercise classes. Location is convenient with transportation, shops and restaurants. However, Can be more considerate with the rent increases so tennants can live here longer. I don't usually move often, but sadly, due to rent increase, will most likely be living here for only two years, shortest time for me.

great place to live. apartments are a nice size and tami is fantastic and attentive to your needs and concerns. the fitness center is 24 hours and there is a dog bath area as well as a bike storage place.

The move in process was so easy and fast. Everyone is so pleasant that works here. I went in on a Wednesday to apply and take a tour. I felt like I was right at home right away. I put in an applications right away and I was moved in by Friday.

We have only lived in another apartment complex before here but in that previous complex we had lived in two separate apartments. Our experience at the blairs compared to our experience there is night and day. It is a completely dog friendly community which was a major point for us moving across the country with our two dogs. In our previous apartment complex we had an issue with theft of our packages and unreliable/untrustworhty office staff and here we have none of those issues. The concierge staff always try to help even if they are not exactly sure how to attack the issue and the maintenance staff are always friendly. There are no immediate flaws that I can cite off the top of my head. There will always be way to nit pick a community down to the bone but for what we want we get it. I do wish in Blair Plaza that we had the app that tells you if the washers/dryers are being used like Blair East has. Overall, we are more than content.

The thing they won't tell you is that you cannot control your own AC unit. If it's below 60? they kick on the heat, even if it's 100? the next day. That being said the apts themselves are not bad. The complex isn't as secure as it seems with people that are non residents being able to walk right through. The maintenance staff is courteous and are good at what they do, the office staff on the other hand is hand to get in touch with and most the time are rude. I regret signing a lease here, the only reason I've stayed this long is the close proximity to my work and downtown Silver Spring. I would not recommend signing a lease here. Be warned.

The amenities in the building are very good and there is rarely any competition for the buildings washer/dryers, which are located on every floor. Parking is available at an additional cost and you can get parking passes for guests at a rate of $5 a day. The maintenance staff is friendly and there is a quick response time.

I've had no major issues in this community. The building is very pet friendly which I appreciate and you can't beat the walkability of the community. I work almost directly across the street and my commute is less than 10 minutes door to desk.

The community is very close to anything you may need. The staff is warm and helpful. The ammenities offered are a wonderful thing to explore during downtime. The giant is right in walking distant (5mins) and it is very accessible to other stores, and resturants in the area

Expensive place There are amenities for dogs and children, which is good for families and for people who has dogs. Bad for others because you have to pay for these things even you don't use them Expensive parking which is unfair

The Blairs are great for their location to Downtown Silver Spring, grocery stores, and the metro. Otherwise, the apartments are overpriced for inconsistent service. The maintenance team is excellent and the buildings are clean. Otherwise, the cost for parking ($90 a month) is too high for uncovered. Visitor parking is frustrating. Elevators are constantly out of service and front desk employees are constantly changing and poorly trained.

Acceptable price for room space, location and concierge are the only reasons I've stayed so long. Slowly losing amenities, laundry is always broken and business office is not great to deal with. You can't really hear much of your neighbors on the sides of you but hear everything from the people above.

Great attentive staff, clean and well maintained building, amazing location. It's so great being by the metro, walking to the grocery store, etc. The gym is a great asset and the building puts on wonderful community events.

I have only been here a short time, but the move-in process was smooth. The apartment itself (2 bed/2 bath) is very spacious and the price is great. Especially considering the convenience of the location, near a metro stop and Giant, as well as my place of work.

Very convenient location next to grocery store, restaurants, farmer's market and downtown. Quiet, good parking, and responsive maintenance. Attentive and helpful concierge, good gym and computing facilities. Lots of scheduled events too.

Living at the Blairs has been overall a good experience. How else would you explain living at the Blairs for 38 years. Would like to see more activities tailored to the elderly Desk staff and Maintenance staff usually helpful

I love everything about Blair, the spacious space, the mentanacie, the life style program, the convinces for everying and my view from my unite. I always recommend for family and friends becuease I got equivalent service for what I paid.

We love the value and quality of the Blairs. It's very family friendly and the convenience to the grocery store and metro can't be beat. Large living with spaces and huge closets! The extra events they put on are so fun for us and our son and the playground has been a great new addition!

I have enjoyed my time here at it is close to the train and bus station and just about everything including D.C. Blairs offers lifestyle programs that can suit anybody's lifestyle such as Zumba, Yoga, Thai Chi etc. The staff are pleasant and it is

Upon arriving I was greeted so nicely and the leasing office staff helped me find what I was looking for in the rent range. They didn't take much time at all with paperwork and acceptance. Made sure I was comfortable and and answered any questions I had. Any problems I had were fixed very quickly. I love it hear it's so friendly and awesome

The staff are friendly and helpful. They have a loading dock and will lock an elevator for your exclusive use to move in, however the loading dock is not very close to the elevators. My apartment was ready for me and extremely clean upon move-in.

Just moved in and I really like it! It is very convenient and very clean. Management staff have been very kind and helpful during my move in process. Also the fact that each floor has a trash chute and laundry room is amazing.

A lot of the activities appear to be geared to seniors, stay-at-home parents and grad students and those that work out of there home which is good for most but I come home after alot of your activities Also due to health reasons I would like to have a car but the parking fees are prohibitive
