Nice community. Close to supermarket and metro red line. Mantainent requests are handled promptly and professionally. Large rooms. Good outdoor environment. Free yoga, Zumba classes and outdoor movies.

Very helpful, every time I went in for help someone was able to help me within 20 minutes even without an appointment they showed me multiple apartments and help me find the one I really liked it fit my needs the best

Really friendly, all smoke free environment, Pet firendly, Spacious and nice furnitured club room, Access to all 3 buildings will give you variety of choices on Fitness room Club room and stuff, Only thing that might can be a bad side of it is that Whole building's exterior which cools kind of not good and old

Convenient location close to the Silver Spring Metro, shopping, grocery store, and a restaurants. Leasing staff is welcoming and fun. I recommend a more robust welcome packet with maps on parking, tips on move-in, and an overview of services and amenities (i.e. booking hospitality suites, etc.).

I moved in a week ago so I have very limited experience. So far I am pleased with the amenities & location. Basically everything except for maintenance not being able to kill the same bug that got in through a window I didn't open.

This is a great apartment complex. Very good location in downtown Silver Spring near the metro, the grocery store, restaurants, and shops. The gyms in the building are recently renovated and great. There are also lots of events like ice cream socials and movies.

The community is beautiful and full of amenities. The staff was slow to respond to emails and very rarely responded to phone calls. The move in process was smooth since most things can be done online, which was the most convenient part of moving from long distances.

The staff has been very welcoming. There was some miscommunication with my move in process and much disorganization, but that was remedied on the day of my actual move-in. The community is quiet and clean.

Great community. Just some things need to be fixed within the apartment, such as cabinets and painting inside the cabinets to get rid of the yellow. But the building itself is great, and the staff are very nice.

Great community with great people and close to everything. Impressive staff and amazing places to choose from to live. Highly recommend living here if you like getting what you're paying for and a little something extra. I love living here.

I recently moved in, but I really love the community. The leasing staff did everything right. It's so nice being within such a close proximity to everything I want/need. It's a bit pricey, but once you calculate everything the lifestyle program and the community include, it's definitely worth it. I'm very pleased with my choice to live here.

Being in this area is so convenience because there is metro, downtown mall, shopping center, restaurants and other activities that is around the neighborhood. It's also walking distance to the metro too. Literally like a a min or 2 walk.

Good overall value for the price at the time of rental. Waiting to see how rent increases to make a final decision on this place but overall I recommend at this time. Good amenities and close to metro. No security issues to date.

Tammy has been super helpful and really friendly in the Leasing Center but other people have been pretty incompetent. The concierge staff are absolutely amazing and friendly but some do not know answers to simple questions like "what is the code that I press to have guests come into the building?"

So far it has been great. There is much more of a sense of community at the Blairs than at my previous apartment building. The accessibility is also fantastic. Some more moving equipment available to borrow would have been more helpful during our move.

Very clean building, well cared for and courteous management staff . Amenities and lifestyle events provided are enjoyable at the community. Very close to transportation and shopping as well as access to highways

Experience has been great so far. Friendly staff, convenient location and fairly nice residents. The apartment is affordable and I've had no major issue with the apartments itself. Blairs was the best option

The community is fairly decent and generally well maintained. The staff is cordial and professional. They are not very responsive by email (it can take many weeks to get an email response sometimes 8-12!) so take the time to call or visit the office in person.

When I first moved in it was a great community. If you are looking to move to the Pearl you might get a great deal. Just be prepared to handle any experiences, except for emergencies, yourself. Parking problems, basic maintenance problems, drugs, or issues outside your apartment will be met with a "it's not my problem" attitude. Pets are definitely not welcome, although your monthly pet fee certainly is. They went from a "pet of the month" program and dog meet and greet to every bit of grass has a "no pets" sign and security, maintenance, and some office staff that do not like pets. Also be prepared for some weird lobby decor that is straight out of 1970s - including hanging metal seat cages and shag carpet.

Convenient location near to Metro, Rent is high but average for the area, good selection of different size apartments, good maintenance and service, Safe neighborhood, utilities included in rent, lifestyles program includes happy hours and dog grooming

The move in experience was not good. Our leasing agent lost our lease and paperwork so everything had to be done from scratch cutting into our moving time. Lamont has been trying very hard to rectify this so my fianc? and I appreciate his efforts. Everything after the move in has been ok.

Great community with lots of social activities. The quality of apartment appliances as well as pest control for common spaces could be strengthened but overall, it is a great choice. Would recommend to others.

We really enjoy living at The Blairs. It is a pleasant, quiet community, with nice neighbours. We have beautiful views across Rock Creek Park & can see the Capitol Dome & the Washington Monument from our lounge windows. We love the big windows that let in lots of light. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. The staff are very courteous. Its super convenient having a supermarket right out back, a great Peet's coffee on the corner & the Metro just across the street. Love that they have recycling facilities and composting! The main improvement we'd like to see is double glazing of the windows for better thermal efficiency. Overall we've had a very happy stay here in Blair Plaza & would happily recommend it to our friends.

Though some slight wear and tear exist because of the age of the building, we are very happy with our experience at the Blairs. Everyone is polite and professional and the location cannot be beat. Thanks!
