Beautiful building with access to the different ammenities available in the rest of the buildings complex. High quality facilities and green friendly. Very well located with metro and other public transportation access

The apartment is great, plus the view. I was impressed by how nice the staff is and how quick they attend to your needs. All the events that are scheduled sounds nice and gives people things to do instead of being bored in your apartment.

Well the location is awesome and the buildings and grounds are well Maintained. Lived in Blair East before back in 2011 and moved out when my attempt to move into a studio wasn't treated properly. Other than that, my experience with the Blairs is always excellent.

Really enjoy it! Good place to live for sure! Close to everything in SS and very safe well maintained community. I wish some of the appliances were a little newer but overall the first few weeks of living here have been great!

The staff and residents are all extremely polite and friendly. We enjoy this apartment complex as it is in our opinion the best we have lived in out of five different $1400-$2000 a month rent Apartments.

Overall it's been quite pleasant. I don't have complaints. I appreciate the complex in including the dog run, it's a great initiative building a real sense of community among the residents. I appreciate the effort the Blairs has made.

It use to be better but inspite some so so things, still far superior to other places. I would recommend it as long as you're okay with pets. There's a lot of large animals in the apt complex. There is also a lot of noises with kids running around the apt.

Eco friendly community, friendly and helpful staff, nice amenities, convenient location right next to giant grocery store, and walking distance to metro station and bus lines. Apartment is spacious with lots of closet room.

The building is older, and needs some updates in the individual units re light fixtures, blinds, cabinets, flooring. But the common areas are kept clean and are more updated than the apartments themselves. Overall, a decent place to live. Close to the metro station. Has a decent gym - when the air conditioning isn't broken.

The Blairs is a great community with an awesome lifestyles program and great amenities. Additionally it is affordable for the DMV area. They could improve on the appearance of the building hallways. The walls need to be repainted and some air fresheners would help with the pet smells, but overall it's been a good experience.

The Blairs thus far has been a great place to call home. It is conveniently located near the metro and interstates, has a great staff and facilities and offers beautiful, clean living. I have seen roaches on the bottom floor tho...

I've lived in the Blairs for 15 years. Very convenient without a car. I love having a garden plot on site, very important to me. Also, made many friends here over the years. The apartment is old, and has many problems, but much bigger than you would find anywhere else in the area.

I initially came to the community in 1996 with my Mother. We lived in Blair East - 524. The community was highly recommended. I have watched it change over the years. I am happy but may move in the near future.

The Blairs is a great community. They have Ben very responsive to all issues. Our leasing consultant Tammy was also very helpful! I definitely recommend the Blairs, the location to all amenities are key to living in an urban environment!

The move in process here is a nightmare. The staff was completely unresponsive and didn't seem to care about my needs which was very off putting considering I hadn't even moved in yet. I received my welcome letter which told me to schedule a move-in time. When I tried, I was told I couldn't move-in because all the slots were booked. This was the day my lease began. Why in the hell would you authorize a lease start date if you are also going to deny that person access to moving their things in on that day. Really poor planning. When I asked what could be done, I was given the run around for weeks and nobody really seemed to care. Ultimately the leasing office caved and let me move my stuff in when I arrived, but by that point I had already canceled the movers so I had to unload everything by myself. Horrible experience. The apartment is nice, but the staff here really needs to get it together

It was a good overall experience. The grocery is nearby and so is the train station. CVS on campus is open 24 hours. The staff is friendly and concierge is available 24 hours. Sonny Green is good for kids to play. I love the events that they organize for residents.

Antonio, Marsha, and the manager John are great. Rupsi is rude and should consider customer service training before she makes future residents decide to live elsewhere because they think the staff is rude.

The best community in silver spring. Awesome staff , awesome maintenance and pet friendly apartments . The apartments are very close to downtown and other grocery stores and food centres. I will definitely recommend blairs as community

It was great the first year because I had a responsive and knowledgeable leasing agent who quickly guided me through the leasing process. I transferred to a cheaper unit now in my second year and the process was stressful due to incompetent and unresponsive staff. I would not recommend living here for the amount of money they charge in rent.

It has been a wonderful experience so far. I have enjoyed living in the Blairs. There is convenient places for food, entertainment, and fun all in proximity. I'm glad I decided to move to the Blairs. There is a lot they offer.

I first moved here in 2012 and I prefer the old management company and I miss the old amenities like the community pool and the old dog park conveniently placed behind the Blair Plaza garage. Since the Blair Plaza apartments has fewer amenities than any of the other apartments, we only lost out in the new construction. I won't make any further comments about the apartments until I officially move out.

I just moved in and have already felt very welcomed. It's in a very safe and convenient area. I am very happy with my move. I loved the price, pet policy, and ammenities. My apartment has a great view and the parking is great.

It has been a pleasant eight months and I have enjoyed the buildings and grounds very much. However, my interaction with my fellow residents has been extremely limited - I would say we rather keep ourselves to ourselves, save for brief greetings spoken in the elevator. This is not necessarily a bad thing, and I'm not certain it needs to be remedied. That said, I don't necessarily feel as though the apartment complex is part of my identity other than being the place where I live.

The unit itself is great - nice space, clean carpets, great storage. The garage attached to my unit was the deciding factor. I am also excited about all of the green space around the community and the dog parks.

We have only just moved into Blair Plaza but we love it already! The building itself is nice looking, and the apartment is very spacious. It is quiet and we don't hear our neighbors at all, which is ideal for us. Tami at the leasing office did an excellent job of communicating with us during the application process. She kept us up to date with everything we needed and worked quickly to make sure we had an apartment ready within a short period of time. It was such a relief to work with someone so warm, kind, and efficient after our previous negative experiences with other apartment communities. When we came to move in, she greeted us like old friends. We really appreciate the care and consideration the staff have shown so far and are looking forward to living here for a long time.
