I've been there five years. The staff is helpful and quick to respond. The grounds are kept clean and maintenance is always around. Pool and gym area are well maintained. Neighbors ate quiet and respectful.

When I called the office I was very pleased how the helped me with the information for renting. I lived in another state, so I appreciate their help since I couldn't be here . I am glad that I chose this place . They are taking such a good care of apartments and people.

Great staff!!!

The Whole team at Bruswick point are awesome! I like to give the biggest shout to this company for having such an amazing staff. Amber, Tamatha, and Mrs. Pam are always friendly, very helpful, and always have a smile on their faces. The Maintenence crew I cannot say enough about this crew they are always efficient and perfessional.

Leasing staff is great and very helpful with everything. I've noticed a lot of trash around the property and constant shopping carts on the property. There are several people smoking marijuana on the property as well.

The property manager is amazing and helpful. The maintenance team responds to any needs in a timely and efficient manner. The staff does a great job of communicating with residents. The staff take a lot of pride in the property and are consistently trying to maintain or improve the grounds for the residents.

Bad lighting in parking lots and around the complex, poor upkeep dog poop on the sidewalks, laundry room is filled with other people's clothes for days and washers and dryers are broken.Bad crack and insulation around door frame. Hard to reach by phone and emails are replied to late if ever at all

I moved in September. I had tons of roaches climbing up walls . The apartment was loaded with them and very dirty. I had to purchase containers for all my belongings and till this date still have not used cabinets. I am very disappointed to say the least. Association has sent exterminator but I think roaches are in drains and wall. It is a terrible way to have to live.

Not good it's an alot of issues, you just have to see for yourself and make your own judgment, when you visit the apartment area and get an good look around ,if you know anyone that's stay out here talk to them

Staff has been very friendly and helpful . Communication is fast and quick when there's questions or concerns Community has been safe and clean. Everyone seems to stay in there own space no loud noise or disturbances thus far. Very pleased here

The units are fair for the price, the staff are nice and very helpful, and maintenance is quick to resolve issues. However, the residents don't seem to care much about the complex. Trash seems to pile up next to the dumpsters and around the buildings, and you have to be careful walking around the grass with all of the dog poop not picked up.

Brunswick Point Apartments is a nice place to live. In my experience the Office staff and maintaince department are knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The Apartments are updated and it's in a great location!

Staff quick to solve any problems. Easy access to businesses in the area. Fenced area for dogs to play and get needed exercise. Also a nice playground to be enjoyed by children that live here. Also provided a swimming pool, laundry room and a gym. Great place to live!!

Since I arrived at Brunswick Pointe, I have truly felt like I was at home. This is my first apartment that I can say was just mine & I could build a life off of. Thank you so much Amber, Tabitha, & Pam. Yall are the best. I hope I remembered the names right.

Dislike carpet in bedroom. Roach infestation Not enough ventilation especially in bathroom would remove carpet in bedroom. rent is little expensive for 1 bedroom. stairs no elevator. not being able to smoke

So far I have enjoyed living here. We have made some good friends and haven't had too many issues. Any time we send in a work request, the issue gets solved very quickly and with a great outcome. I don't have too many issues to note.

I have little to no complaints about Brunswick point. The only complaint I have is the breed restriction list. I see pet owners that live here with some of those breeds and it's not fair when I try to rescue one from a shelter.

This is a quiet community. I like that quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 7 am. Maintenance staff is prompt. Office staff is friendly, and went above and beyond to help me apply and get approved. Onsite laundry/ gym could be cleaned more frequently.

I have found all the management staff to be helpful anytime I have needed help.i find the complex to be quiet and peaceful . The price over all is comparable to other apartments in the area. The deposit is very reasonable for anyone looking for a lower deposit.

I'd like to thank ALL the employees of Brunswick point for being so kind, timely, patient and helpful. They have gone out of their way to be helpful to me. I appreciate them. I think more lighting would make me feel more comfortable if I wanted to walk in evenings. During the recent rare snow, I nearly slipped on ice and snow that was not cleared from sidewalks.

Well the first December we spent in the apartment we had a young boy probably 3 come knock on our door holding a knife when we found out what apartment he lived in we knocked and knocked at the door with no answer we called the cops who found out his dad was drunk at the another lady's apartment saying he was going to hurt somebody his mom was at work and there was a 1 year old inside when they got kicked out a group of -------- men took the apartment and threw loud parties that lasted until I called the cops around 2am or even later then when the office management took a week off we had people who let there dogs ---- on the side walk and didn't pick it up for weeks and this is still happening at the 1234 building prices are okay the first part of the summer we stayed here the pool was closed the gym is tiny and dosent include much and I had someone break into my car this year (2025)

1-doesn't feel safe bc of the shooting. 2-the people smoking weed and it smelling so bad I can't open windows or door when it's nice out bc of the smell. 3-the condoms and trash on the stairways 4-the front desk is very helpful and answers all questions when needed

A welcoming place to live

I love the pool life in the summer and the gym is a nice add on as well. The staff handles personal packages for you and I feel that maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. The staff at this location are friendly and are there to help you. A true class act in my opinion.
