Since I moved I'm the a/c has went out .. I'm not sure if it's truly getting fix or just a bandage on the issue .. Also I stayed home when the pest control guy came .. no staff member was with him .. he just had keys in his hand .. not safe at all they would trust him to walk in our homes if something would get missing ..

Good management and front office, good communication. Maintenance staff is knowledgeable and quick to respond to any problem. Well maintained property and units. Good school district with easy access to numerous locations.

The community is very nice and clean. The apartments are spacious and the office staff as well as the maintenance crew are very nice and professional. It's a very cozy neighborhood with lots of convenience.

I have been here 6 months & love it. I am a little upset that in the last months, you have been blocking the openings into the woods behind 1220 Maple Tree Drive, throwing discarded trees in them. I have a dog who enjoyed walking in there & am disappointed we can no longer do that.

My neighbors are nice and quiet so far. I have no problems living here. I do wish the pool wasn't closed so much this past summer. That's all I have to say at this time. I wish there was a dumpster closer to my building so I wouldn't have to walk so far.

It has been alright. My apartment was not very clean when I moved in. The carpet was dirty and not well cleaned/vacuumed. They raised the deposit on pets without any notice. There's tons of trash throughout the complex. Nobody picks up their dog poop, so there's tons of dog poop everywhere. Maintenance came into my apartment without notice.

Pretty nice place to live. Would recommend. Staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is punctual and efficient. I like living here. Being this close to shopping and dining is a real plus for many reasons.

Neighbors are not mindful of other residents when it comes to the noise. Also they do not clean up after their animals like they should. An email has been sent out several times about these issues. It needs to be fixed because I respect others in my community.

These apartments are overpriced. Renovation= paint everything grey but the walls. Upkeep could be better for price. Buildings are often dirty with Mildew.Office manager is quite brazen....in fact can be downright rude. I can't wait to move!

The community is nice. However, they do not clean the stairs and the spider webs can get in your apartment and the stairs look very dirty. Everything would be better if the stairways and stairs were cleaned.

Wonderful office staff, friendly and always willing to help. Lots of grass for dogs and beautiful wooded area. There is a pond on the property with lots of turtles and a baby gator. Quiet and lots of places to walk, relax and enjoy nature

We moved in January 2021, coming up on the end of our first year here. Our first few months were rocky: our rental dryer broke, our AC went out, our bathroom ceiling started leaking, and we had to stay out of our house for an entire day due to some issue with the stairs (this might seem minor but at the time I worked night shifts and my only chance to sleep that day was between 7a and 4p). The service guys have always been nice and responded quickly to our concerns, which was nice. Our kitchen appliances were also upgraded, and that's made a huge difference. It kind of sucks that the community has individuals who leave trash all over the dumpster area and don't pick up after their pets, and some of the people living in the community are just downright trashy, yelling in the parking lot with absolutely no awareness of their neighbors, leaving the gym a mess in the mornings, etc. That being said, we have settled into our apartment here and like our space, we plan on staying, and I believe that the apartment interiors are nice, but the trashy tenants living in this community really bring the experience of living here down a few notches.

Mostly satisfied with the experience. It's a great community with a price range lower than other apartments in the area. My two main complaints are communication and pest control. For communication, they often give updates AFTER something has happened or not at all. For instance, my building was "condemned" for over 2 weeks. I did not get notification until the signs had been posted for hours and there had already been 2 injuries. They did get it solved quickly. They rarely let us know when the pool is closed. My child and I always go check before getting our pool gear on because it's a 50/50 shot if it's closed. Overall okay experience.

All has been well, minor issues like folks not picking up their dog poop or walking their dog off a leash. This year I honestly felt that communication between tenant and staff has been poor but as soon as I mentioned it to the staff they went out of their way to correct it. All of my concerns are handled quickly and to my satisfaction.

During my time there was an issue with the stairs collapsing in one building. I do not feel that even when they "renovated" all stairs that they were done efficiently. I did not feel safe taking my child up 3 flights of stairs. There were spider webs all in the breeze ways and stair ways. I do not think that these apartments are worth the price. They are extremely small in size.

Horrible!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn't want a homeless animal to stay at this place. Amber Presley isn't a honest person and doesn't return calls. I still have bugs in my apartment and no working outlet outside!!!!! Sink still leaking.

Noisy neighbors , arguing in building 1220 . Never resolved . THINKS , my dog is a pit bull when he's a rot,boxer mix. Not aloud to have him for that reason . It's always a struggle to get a hold of the office

We were at the pool with our kids and the lady came out to do a pool pass check. Well the parents got out to get the pool pass and the kids were still and the pool and because the kids didn't get out the too she closed the pool. She gave the kids 5 seconds to get out and some didn't even hear her because it was loud do to the kids playing. I find that ridiculous. To make everyone get out just to show her the pool pass. I understand the adults but the kids. And then only giving the kids 5 seconds to get out when some were in floats.

My experience here is not so good. We have no peace because of upstairs tenants. I FEEL LIKE YOU GUYS MIGHT NEED TO NOT PUT FAMILY WITH KIDS OVER FAMILY THAT DONT HAVE KIDS THAT HAVE BEEN MY PROBLEM .

Management is slow to fix things. Office staff is not very friendly. Apartments are not handicap safe. Walls and ceilings are so thin you will hear everything. There are lots of cats outside. Don't move here
