The Bad: Multiple issues over the years. Called with broken/no AC on a friday and told that since it wasn't 80 degrees outside they wouldn't fix it until Monday. However temps were due to hit 80+ on Saturday. They told me to wait until that happened then to call back. Drug use and theft are common in the parking lot and office staff said since it happens at night it's not something they'll address even though it's been reported by multiple residence which unit is causing the issues. Large trucks with modified exhaust loud enough to be a violation of county ordinance aren't addressed. Again office staff is very hands off, informed to call the police since they can't verify which resident owns the vehicle. However if your tags are expired you'll get a 3 day notice on your vehicle and it'll be towed. Was told by the towing company the community gets a cut which is why no notices were posted in breezeways or community wide email sent out when 20 vehicles were towed for expired tags. But you'll get a community wide email telling you to remove grills from your porch, not that your car might be on the list to be towed for $200. They hired a 3rd party contractor who they gave a key to my apartment who then walked into my apartment without knocking and entered the master bedroom while my fiance was asleep naked. The gym equipment is old and frequently doesn't work. The pool is poorly maintained. Park benches by the grills were broken due to old age and never replaced. It's normal to see commercial vehicles and trucks with trailers taking up 4-5 parking spaces. We were told by staff that we were under mandatory evacuation for a hurricane and had to leave immediately... when there was no evacuation order, lol. The Good: The pictures I see of the renovated apartments look nice. So that's cool I guess. No bug issues in 5 years. No parking stickers or assigned parking which is nice for me, but in other parts of the community a real nightmare. We had an alligator in the back pond. Walking distance to Walmart and a bunch of other stuff.

This place was a great place to live. I dunno what happened if it was the IRT buyout or what but its almost new years eve and I'm still sitting here with storm related damage from hurricane florence...two days before 1/1/2019. This is the only complaint I have. like seriously?

Overall, not too bad a place to live in but the prices are increasing but no new fixtures or upgrades in current living spaces...only after one moves out. Neighbors moving in and out constantly, complaining of noise, and just petty stuff.

for the most part it has been good I keep to myself I live on the 3rd floor my neighbor that lives on the 2nd floors complains that I and walking to heavy on the floor with is disturbing to them . I have been complained on and unhappy that I received a notice of disturbing my neighbors. NO one from the office every investigated the complaint they just took the word of the person filling the complaint. The trucks driving threw or the people living here with loud mufflers is disturbing but I do not complain I live in an apartment building and expect to hear noise.

In the time I have lived at Brunswick Point I have thoroughly enjoyed it. Everyone in the office is terrific, and I have very little issues with my neighbors. I am moving soon only because I am leaving the area. If I was not, I would live here for years more!

Residents seem friendly. There are lots of dogs around. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly! Every time I've had an issue, they've responded within 24 hours, usually much sooner. Every issue has been fixed quickly and the maintenance staff is very respectful.

Love the community, very quite, clean and taken care of. The landscape is always done in timely manner. When having issues about anything they do their very best to find a solution, which I love not that I've had any outrageous. Great place to live!

The staff is great and I'm pleased with the community but because of the rent rate too many college students are moving in and I have a family so loud music on weekends from party's are not ideal for families now.

I have a neighbor above me in 308 who had no regard for others.i can hear every step they take because of the squeaking floor.They are up at 11pm vacuuming and I can hear everything they do. I have to get up at 4am for work and they make my night sleepless. I wish I had never moved here.

We would & have recommended friends, family, & coworkers to these apartments. We are glad to be living here, we had to move from our home due to it being severely damaged by hurricane Florence. The location is ideal for our family.

The first year we lived here, we loved it. Now it's going on our second year and I wish we didnt renew our lease. Dont get me wrong it's a heat apartment complex, but the went up on rent and also our cable is going up because our "discount" ended because our first year is up. If you dont mind those things, you will love it here. We did.

The staff is friendly. The apartments are overpriced. Noise is an issue. Apartments are conveniently located to grocery stores and activities in the area. The grounds are kept clean. They are very responsive to maintenance concerns.

I have only been here for two weeks but my overall opinion now just isn't favorable. A very big issue for me is the cleanliness of the common area of my building. It's hard to feel at home when you have to rush inside because of an over abundance of spiders and webs and just the feeling of dirty common areas.

The staff, especially Amber, is extremely efficient and knowledgeable. We were displaced because of the Hurricane and had to have a place by a certain date. She helped us get the process completed in time and we moved in with no issues. Very Grateful!!

Nice place to restart my independence However the rent has gone up and the quality of residents have gone down hill. Too many abandoned vehicles on grounds. Many episodes of vandalism also in parking lots.

So far all is great, it was an easy move in while the staff was well prepared. Grounds look good and the pool is inviting. Easy access in and out of area, great shopping and stores around in area. Good to have the laundry close by too.

I wouldnt recommended anyone to stay here. The staff is very rude. The mataneace staff is the only respectful ones. The amount they want for rent each month isn't worth it. They are now increasing rent and it's definitely not worth it. They don't take residents concerns or issues serious. This place doesn't make you feel like home. I am so unhappy with this place

I have only been here about a week so far. But the apartment was clean when I moved in. I feel safe and secure in the area. The community has a pool and playground for my daughters, and a nice laundry area for clothes washing.

Only been here since December of 2017 but found everyone to be very friendly snd helpful. Close to many businesses and highways is a plus as well as beaches. Couldn't ask for a better location. Love it

There isn't much to say. It was a place to lay my head but not a community. A member of the office staff is rude as she can be. There are bugs within the apartment. Not home feeling at all. I only stayed as long as I did because I couldn't decide where I wanted to settle down. I wouldn't recommend.

Very clean and well kept. Dog park and several pet stations with bags and a trash can. Nice landscaping. Great place to live whether short term or long term. Next to medical buildings, gas stations, Walmart, Aldi's and lots of eateries.

Very Nice complex Also the office employees are very nice and professional. Also the maintenance employees are also great people. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay while our house was getting built
