Awful!!! I was put in a handicap accessible that I didn't want or ask for and I'm totally healthy. I was put there because the leasing agent states that on her sheet the apartment was listed as a regular 2 bedroom apartment and I guess she was too lazy to go check it out before advertising it as a regular apartment. Then I was told I would have to pay a $400 transfer fee to move to the correct apartment even though it was totally their fault I got the wrong apartment. The manager wanted me to sign a lease release with missing information that I drove 4 hours from Charlotte to sign. Again it seems they were too lazy to do their job... Make sure that all the information is included. Then the manager couldn't understand why I wouldn't want to drive another 8 hour round trip to sign this document that couldn't leave the office, so no faxing or emailing. I couldn't even have anyone look over it. Finally when I refused to drive back down and sign this secret document or pay another month's rent on this apartment, they evicted me for non payment of rent and called and told me the court date was September 2nd, then emailed me and told me it was moved to September 8th. The court date was always September 8th. I guess they were hoping I couldn't get off work if I had to change the date but the court changed the date to September 2nd after I showed them the communication from the rent office . This was truly 2 of the worst months of my life, yes 2months because I could not take anymore!

I was in a very tight situation. I didn't know really, where I was gonna stay. I was calling around apartment complex to apart complex and I couldn't find anything. Since I couldn't find anything I became hopeless. I said all that to say, Mrs.Amber the leasing agent was a tremendous help for me. She called and checked on me so, I couldn't help but give it a shot and see if I would get approved. She walked me through the ENTIRE process! For this to be my first apartment, I wouldn't wanna be anywhere else! Thank you for welcoming me :)

My experience is ok. Sometimes the tenants leave their animal poop in the breezeway for a week and then it starts to smell. Wish their was an elevator or something helpful for the 3rd floor. Wish the pool can stay open a little longer for those who get off around 6ish.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with the complex. Front desk, maintenance crews. Apartment is tiny but for what we needed it was great. Pool was down a lot but we also were in lockdown majority of the time during Our stay.

Brunswick Pointe is a wonderful place for family. The community is quiet and the grounds are well kept. The administrative staff are very friendly and always willing to be of service. We are always made aware of changes and upcoming events.

I live in an older apartment, that has not been updated. That's was explained to me before I moved in. I would still say its pretty rough for the rent that I'm paying. The carpeting is very old, brown shag carpeting. It it wasn't brown, it would be very stained. Numerous repairs have been done, not very professionally. The painting is sloppy. The trash dumpster area is really bad. Always over flowing. The pool is nice. The grounds are nice. The staff s friendly and helpful.

July 20 was my 3rd full year. I've stayed out of convenience but can't wait to move somewhere else. Complex is run down somewhat and some unsavory tenants are now moving in. They won't upgrade my apartment until after i move out. I feel like I'm living in a second rate apt but paying premium rent.

Other than rules such as the trash and discarded furniture not being enforced my stay had been okay!!!! I can't forsee me staying here after my current lease expires because even though my rent has increased yearly there have been no improvements on my apartment!!!!

We pay to much rent for the dumpsters to always be filled up, also it seems with in 2020 management just let's anyone move out here to fill the quota and it has become very noisy, loud, and the cops are always being dispatched to this complex

When I moved in the apartment there was a smell like a hundred people had smoked cigarettes in the apartment and when I reported it they had someone come over and sprayed the apartment. It did help for a couple of days but it's back again. I do hope they can come back and treat it again because it's not a pleasant smell.

The only thing good about this experience are the friendly staff. Happy to be moving out soon. Loud, dark parking lot, you have to go to dumpster, domestic issues near me. Dumpster is always over packed, laundry room disgusting the few times I used it.

Everything about the move in went smoothly. Only struggle I faced was moving everything to the third floor. I'm sure I will get used to the stairs at some point but I'm much happier here than where I was.

Poor experience. Please review comments submitted through maintenance survey. Pool pass should not have a $25 replacement fee. It is lamented paper and can easily be lost/damaged through normal everyday use. Also, mail or notices from head office should never be placed outside of resident's door or wedged in door. Very easy for theft or damage/loss from weather. Further, consider providing/selling vehicle decals or passes. This will help prevent to ongoing towing of vehicles due to verification of resident ownership. Refrain from posting paper notices/warnings on vehicle windshields because of the high likelihood of loss from weather or other circumstances. Create an online communication option (hence vehicle passes) to better inform residents of any impending tows or penalty.

Smaller then what I recommend but I was talked into a 3 bedroom. Super excited to move in! Overall it is pretty quiet and staff members are like family they recognize my voice when I call. I'm happy I renewed my lease.

Quiet clean apartment that allows pets. Its close to shopping and restsurants. The community has a good mix of ages from families with young children to retirees. There is a pool and playground plus laundry facilities and a gym on site. The staff in the office are friendly and helpful.

I moved there, Bldg. 1001, Apt. 205, in May of 2012. I moved out in October of 2016. I thoroughly enjoyed living there, but had to move back with my family for health reasons. Whenever I had a maintenance issue, it was always resolved quickly & professionally. And living right across from Walmart was a plus as well. There was so much within reach, with just about every need met. I miss my apartment.

We had a good experience until new management came in this year (2019). Customer service is non existent and the staff is quite rude. No one cares about your concerns. No sense of community due to everyone wanting to leave after they raise your rent a substantial amount and offer no upgrades to your apartment.

A quiet community, diverse! But overall stairwells are disgusting and a newly renovated apartment infested with roaches and not enough done to fix the issue despite numerous calls to front office. Upkeep is a complete disappointed based off price of units.

I been warming welcome by staffs that are very friendly and accommodating. They do listen and make sure my questions and needs was taken care of at all times . I also like how informative they are about letting the community knows what is going on and when .

Move in went great. Apartment was in good condition on move in and they had a short term lease that worked for us. Havent had any issues with the aparement so far, few water stains on the ceiling from a previous leak but nothing still currently leaking.

I have only lived here for 2 and 1/2 months, but I really do enjoy it here. The staff in the office and maintenance are extremely friendly and efficient. Any concerns I've had has been taken care of very quickly. It's a very quiet and friendly community. The units have been remodeled very nicely. A very nice place to call home.

Terrible. The apartment was filthy when I arrived. None of toilets worked. The sink was leaking and there was a terrible roach problem. The tiles were broken. The rent tripled and my apartment was not even renovated.

Beautiful apartments with high ceilings, so there isn't much noise from neighboring apartments. Appliances are beautiful and clean. There is ample cabinet space. Bathroom is spacious with curved shower rod.
