My experience living in this community is satisfactory other than dog urine in the breezeway and garbage left out neighbors doors. Other than, it's OK for ann apartment complex. I guess I'm not used to apartments since I was aim my twenties. Also, I've never been late for my rent, therefore, please do not go up again on the rent. I have to work two jobs just to pay my bills now. Thank you, take care.

Great experience. Management are friendly, patient and very helpful. The grounds are clean, pool is clean and the gym is maintained very well. I have found that the renters are personable and friendly as well. I feel safe leaving my motorcycle over night in the parking lot as well.

Would not recommend staying here, rent price is way too high for what you get! You put in a complaint and nothing is done by front office, they just look past it. Units is infested with gnats! The only good thing is the convenience of the location.

My neighbors leave trash in the yard. Groceries carts tipped over. The don't watch their kids so they're always yelling in the hallway. Over all this place has been terrible. The apartment above me is home to 17 elephants. No one is considerate. When one dumpster is full, they just throw trash on the ground instead of using the other one? and the other one is only 10 feet away from the full one. Ive never lived in a community where it's ok to leave trash all over the hallway and let your kids yell and scream and stomp right outside the neighbors door. I will be moving far away when my lease is up.

When I moved in I had bugs in the apartment I clean all the time cause they still be coming out. I don't invite people over due to them coming out. Overall it is okay apartment. I have some things that need to be fix but I have put work orders in and they come apartment still but I am just dealing with this

We moved in and based on the model apartment shown to us and what we got was not like the model. Our neighbor smokes inside and we smell it. There is dog feces all over the grass. The dog poop bags will be empty for weeks even after letting the office know. The worst has to the the gym. Disgusting. No paper towels and no cleaning spray. The machines are absolutely disgusting.

Management is nice and easy to work with. My only issue is cost for age of building and size of units. If they keep raising cost as much as did last year we will be forced to move when the location is ideal for us and we really would like to stay if possible.

I love the place. People honestly don't care and its Brunswick AF there. Trash all over the place and people empty out fast food trash from their cars right into the parking lot. All that means I am literally the best tenant in my neighborhood. Im quiet. I pay my rent on time. I never complain. I'm hoping they drop my rent by 25% this next time around and make me Mayor.

We personally haven't had issues but the neighbors all around us smoke weed and it smells like it outside and there is hardly any parking available near our building which makes things difficult when having multiple children.

My experience in the community has been great. Quiet, laid back, and friendly community. Brunswick Point is near shopping areas, which makes it convenient to go shopping.It's also near Wilmington, so it's a good place to live if you work in Wilmington. The greatest feature of Brunswick Point is the ability to move in quickly. Their efficient moving in process is great if you need to move into an apartment in a short period of time.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this complex. Everyone in the office is so helpful. I have not had a single problem since I've moved in. When you send in a maintenance request, they are there within 24 hours if not before.

This community is a nice place to live but there is quite the array of folks living here. Most are good people but the lack of rule enforcement allows the trash to thrive. Dog poop is literally everywhere, I've almost been ran over twice by people speeding through the parking lot, my neighbor literally cleaned his car by throwing trash and cans on the ground next to his car and even though I'm brand new here I've already seen roaches. For the price(overpriced) of the place I would expect less of this. The staff is kind and always willing to help.

I have been in this community since August 1, 2014. I was on the 2nd floor and moved to a lower level in 2019. In this particular unit I have issues with a upstairs apartment with unbearable noise. Prior to that I had no issues with neighbors

When first moving in my experience was much more enjoyable. More recently with being at the pool adults are smoking and bringing alcohol into the pool area daily! The noice ordinance isn't being honored and neighbors are noisier than ever. It's been reported and instead of getting better it's only gotten worse. I'm thinking of relocating to a quieter and more respectable apartment complex.

Office staff are very rude and disrespectful. I think a 1 star rating is too good actually. They are very disrespectful and I would recommend against staying here. The grounds are disgusting with beer bottles and trash of all sorts

The staff is very friendly and very professional. They take care of our community as if it were their own, and makes sure all the needs of their residents are met- to the best of their ability. This community is a great place to live. The price is reasonable and everything you need is in a minute drive. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately it has changed drastically the last few years. When I first moved in was a nice family oriented place to live. Alot of partying, cops being called, and the place smells like Marijuana almost 24/7. Now the front office staff is 5 star, fantastic group. The maintenance crew definitely needs an upgrade. They cut alot of corners and are duct tape type repairmen. Pool is broken most of the year.

It's a nice place, I guess. The apartments themselves are nice to be in. I don't interact very much with the neighbors, but I hear and experience some bizzare stuff. I know there's at least one guy in the neighborhood who exposes himself in like, the parking lots and at the pool. I pick up trash behind my apartment building sometimes because other neighbors throw their beer bottles out of their balcony indescriminately. People are imperfect everywhere you go. It's convenient to be so close to many of the commercial spaces nearby this location, but it also is claustrophobic as there isn't anywhere you can go that you aren't expected to spend money. I might start using the gym here at the complex as I haven't worked up the nerve to yet, but I'm sure that once I do, that will change my current perspective.

My experience has been on the most part very good. My biggest thing is my rent going up every year and no improvements done to the apartment. I don't like that certain tenants get to park more than one vehicle per resident.

The apartment is really nice for a one bedroom although it is a lot smaller than what I anticipated! The appliances are really nice too very modern and up to date. But overall it's a nice and quite neighborhood!

Staff was friendly and very helpful. They expedited all our paperwork and we were able to move in within 3 days. The apartment is nice and neihbors are quiet. We rarely notice them. The veiws are great. We are close to stores, food, and entertainment. Perfect location. I love that there is a lot of grassy areas. Its nice to have a yard to enjoy and the bushes make it feel more at home too.

Overpriced for mediocre apartments. The power keeps going out in my apartment as well as both toilets continuously get clogged. No ceiling fans so it gets stuffy quickly inside the rooms. The designated trash cans get full fast leaving no room to put your trash. You pay 10$ A month for trash pick up but you has to drive your trash across the complex to get to the dumpsters. The walls of the apartment are super thin, you can hear people talking from the next apartment.
