Having been a resident here such a short time, I can say I should have kept searching for another place. The neighbors upstairs are extremely loud, the dumpsters are constantly overflowing with trash which spills onto the grown. The trash catches wind and blows towards the woods causing litter to pile up. There is also a beer can on the ground next my building that has been there for weeks now. Haven't seen groundskeepers since living here. The breezeway is dirty and full of spider webs, speed bumps are cracked and broken, and dog waste is not being picked up by the dog owners. This place appears to be a ------, and I suggest continue looking elsewhere.

Looks fairly nice on the outside, office normally tried to immediately fix minor things. Parking isn't great due to limited parking spots. Dog owners are careless and allow dogs to poop any and everywhere on property even when provided with bags at every building. If you ever put refundable deposits down it takes forever to receive them back. New appliances are nice. Hardwood floors are nice but the carpet is a waste of money because it's so light you can easily get it dirty but it's not so easy to get it clean.

So far, I have really enjoyed living at the Brunswick Point Apartments. The people in the community are excellent which makes the atmosphere very fun and inclusive for people of all ages. The staff have been EXCELLENT. Just incredibly nice and quick to help with any problems or questions I have had. I would highly recommend anyone looking in the area to check out Brunswick Point.

There has been quite a few changes with maintenance. The environment does not seem as safe and family oriented as it was when I first moved here. Personally I think that there should be better guidelines for residents. Residents should be a to park in front of their building. Visitors should have a designated area. Also, persons with large company vehicles should not park in front of residential building.

It has been largely unpleasant. It seemed our rental for washer and dryer was forgotten or lost, our clothes were stolen from dryers multiple times.. we have been told very short notice that we have to move our 3 year old and the rest of our family out for entire days when two of us really don't leave the apartment or have a vehicle to get around with

Nice staff and amenities. Haven't ever had any issues with them or neighbors. Only had one maintenance issue so far and it was resolved very quickly he was professional and quick and educational as well! Love it here!

The dumpster areas are horrible here. Not enough containers to accommodate the amount of units. The trash areas need to be gated and not dump bulk trash in the same area. A longer dumpster needs to be provided for bulk trash.

Very friendly neighbors and the people that work at the apartment complex are very nice and when the appliances start to malfunction they arrive within 24-48 hrs to fix them. So happy to be here. I highly recommended this place.

This community has been great to us, the only issue we had involved the amount of trash on the ground, and the over flowing dumpsters. But we loved the staff, and the area the complex is around. Nice community

It has been fairly good. I have seen a change in the type of people moving. They seem younger and there have been a couple of incidents involving these new people that required law enforcement. Also the recent debacle with the stairs caused serious concern and the office did not handle it well.

This complex is merely fine. The people in the office are friendly enough and maintenance requests are always answered promptly. But rent is pretty high for the quality of the apartment itself. Low quality paint job, outdated/old bathroom, building appearance, etc. Also, the amenities are 'eh'. Dirty laundry room, not well cleaned pool bathroom, rarely emptied dumpsters/dog poop bins, litter. Overall, it's just okay.

So far the community is good. It's decently quiet. Maintenance is great, although low point is I've had to use them quite a few times since moving in. Office staff has its good days and bad days. Package receiving is probably the worst I've ever seen. No real system or organization. My items have been misplaced many times and have had to go to the office and hunt it down myself.

Roach infested and Lady in the bottom floor constantly calls cops because we walk around don't blast music or tv or yell just for walking. All I was told to do was put carpet down to minimize sound while she keeps calling the cops because we walk around.

Noisy neighbors, messy on the outside, pool is nice, the playground has bad chips, everytime my kids play they get these sharp wooden things that cut through their shoes and hurt their feet. Animal poop is all over. Dirty pool bathrooms, trash overflowing everywhere

I have loved here for 3 years. Every time I have a question or concerned it is address. The maintenance people have been polite and professional. The office employees are pleasant and friendly. The manager makes sure my needs have been addressed. I would recommend living here based off my personal experience.

Price was cheap when I first got here, but now they're trying to keep up with the newer apartments and going up every year. I'm not getting anything new or anything. Also they keep getting brought out and changing the rules. Also you pay for special parking spaces which is not fair. Neighbors have roaches and bed bugs which they say YOU have to pay.

This community used to be a well established community and was very friendly. Now, I would not rent here anymore and tell everyone to stay away from here. This community went thru three management companies til now and this is the worst! The rent used to be affordable when I first moved in but now the rent is ridiculously high. Not worth the amount they are asking for. I would rather be homeless than stay here much longer.

I was happy because this was my first place with my family. But I was saddened when I came to a living room full of carpet . Besides that everything is beautiful, paint is cheap but it's appealing. Its pretty quiet for the most part, friendly staff, and neighborhood. Walking distance to shopping. nice and well kept amenities

The community does not Respect parking rules. taking up multiple parking spots with one vehicle. People not Respecting other peoples vehicles by hitting them with their car doors.yelling at night. Animal poop everywhere and food on the steps

This is the worst place I have ever lived! They rent to anyone I believe and there are so many drugs through out this complex. Pam is nice in the office but April has an attitude problem and is not very professional. They start a new parking program so a horrible job explaining the parking situation then tows your vehicle making me pay 300 to get it back. I have had people break in to my house and put a restraining order out and they allowed him to be bonded out to the apartment next door on house arrest. Just today my car was hit by another car in the parking lot but I can not do anything about it because there are no cameras out here! I am so being hit with late charges even though with the cdc no eviction there is not suppose to be any late charges occurring now! They made up charges and added them to my account. I had such high expectations for this place but it has been the worst place I have ever lived and I have lived all over the east coast!

It has been a pleasant experience. Upon moving in, the manager was so helpful. I was having a hard time finding a place that I could call home and she worked with me and helped me find a home for me and my son.

The apartment itself is not horrible but the grounds, office, and maintenance not 100%. There is one lady in the office who is always rude, put in maintenance requests online and they are completed online without actually being done. When they are completed it is subpar.

The property is well maintained , the grounds are the pride of Brunswick Point , any maintenance call gets taken care of quickly, I enjoyed the surrounding areas specially the back side adjacent streets quiet and no traffic it was wonderful for riding my bike. The shopping plaza next door made it easy to get your groceries and the abundance of restaurants made it easier if you didn't want to cook. Overall the place was nice to live in I will recommend it to anyone trying to relax outside the Wilmington area.

Very convenient locally for shopping. Quiet friendly community. Rented for one year while our house was being built and would recommend this apartment complex. We met very nice people. Pet friendly and sidewalks to walk the pups.
