It's is very clean and updated. Only problem I have had is the new parking spaces, unless you pay you can't park in front and I work late and get up early so it's annoying when you. Ant park on certain spots.

We moved to Brunswick Point after being displaced from our townhome due to the Hurricane in 2018. The apartment itself is ok, most of the neighbors are nice. I do not understand why there is not carpet on the 3rd floor because the people who live below them can hear everything. The office staff is ok, never any major issues with anyone in the office and maintenance is pretty good.

Average apartment living experience. Amenities included a small dog play area, pool, laundery room and gym. Maintenance staff are responsive and hard-working. We were hopeful for a community feels, but instead find that people are primarily temporary. The office has limited hours and the management team is underwhelming and not visible.

Great interaction with community members and staff. My concern was the lack of recycling. Garbage areas need more attention from community members and staff. Hallways could be maintained a lot better.

I love living here. It's located right off the main highway and 5 minutes from grocery stores and shopping and eating restaurants. I can get everything delivered to me living here which is a plus for me. And it's literally only 10 minutes from Wilmington

I have not had a great experience with the community thus far. There have been several occasions where the waste management people are here before 4 a.m. in the morning. I thought that this was just the case during the weeks of the most recent holidays, however over the past couple of weeks it has happened twice. I have been woken up around3:45-4 a.m. on Tuesdays and/or Fridays when the dumpsters are being emptied to the sound of glass bottles crashing down everywhere. I have a hard time going back to sleep once I have been startled out of my sleep, and my boys have been completely scared out of their own beds to come tell me what is going on and that they are scared. I went to the office with full confidence that it would be taken care of, however it doesn't seem that it was. I am sure that the office management team is doing *all* that they can do at this point, however this would most likely be a problem that would need to be handled by the corporate office, or the shareholders of this company since they are the one's paying waste management in the first place? If it is not resolved, then I would have no other choice but to leave, with the expectation that you, the company would hold it against me for a problem that you would not be able to handle and it would go against my credit. I completely understand that while this is an apartment community and the walls are very thinly, and cheaply made while charging people ridiculous prices for rent, therefore I am going to hear all kinds of things that I don't want to hear and have to deal with it because I chose to live here, however waste management garbage pickup is the company's problem. As someone who is an advocate of the environment I would actually suggest finding another company to do trash pickup here. The guys who empty the dumpsters if they drop trash all over the ground, they leave it there and then the maintenance men have to end up picking it up, although it wasn't a resisdent who did it in the first place. There are a ton of people here who don't care and choose to throw their trash beside the actual dumpsters and not *inside* the dumpsters and maintenence has to pick it up, but the dumpster guys are just sloppy. I have no other choice but to get out of bed at 3:45 in the morning and stand at my window watching them, being angry that once again I have been woken up.

The community has been alright. We have had issues with neighbors being less than neighborly and management is usually on the ball for some things but not so much for others. The pool is barely open and the mailboxes are trashed.

The apartment manager was very professional, and moving into the apartment was a breeze. We do have frequent maintenance needs; but those are also met within a reasonable time frame. If I had to state a negative; it would be that the other residents leave their trash/ dog mess on the grounds. My kids are the last of a dying breed who love to play outside. I worry about them.

I love my apartment but I have not been happy with the upkeep of the grounds. The mailboxes are in poor shape including the parcels so we have to go to the post office to pick up packages that do not fit in our mailbox. The buildings are dirty on the outside. There's trash and cigarette butts throughout the property at least that is the case for my building. Dumpsters overflow with trash even to the extent that furniture gets dumped outside the dumpsters. I've been very disappointed.

Apartment s fine. When I first moved in there were some issues with the folks above me being to loud. Now I have someone above me that drops things all the time or stomps very loud. Other than that it is OK.

Management has no follow up with resident issues, also I have had monthly problems with a/c unit because Management will not fix properly. Would not recommend. Noise complaints are not addressed in a reasonable or sympathetic manner.

It's very relaxing, everyone is very nice and welcoming. No one brothers you. If you need anything you just call down to the main office and the ladies are always willing to help. Over all the Community is very nice

Garbage can areas n laundry room r disgusting. Not enough garbage cans per residents Garbage cans r emptied n r put back in a way u can't toss ur trash in because there is no getting between the cans to open the door

I've only lived here a few months, but I love it. Everyone is so nice, including those in the office, the complex is kept looking so neat and clean, and the apartments are in great condition at move-in. Well worth the rent.

So many new apartment are available updated stuff. I feel with all the new apartment around us we should have more updated things.. gym not open pool closed alot laundry room is dirty. Wasted alot of money on broken michinence

It's been a very rewarding experience. Closets could be a little bigger but overall great! First floor has hardwood floors and it makes the place feel like a coastal cottage without the ocean view. A great starter home.

When we moved into this apartment, the carpets had not been properly cleaned... after a few days we noticed that the apartment was swarming with fleas, and our 2 year old had bites all over his feet and legs. You could see the flies jumping off the rug onto your feet. When we told the front office, they sent a guy with a can to kill glad to spray apartment. There was still fleas e everywhere.... by the way we don't own pets. After me taking matters into my own hands and Shampoo and vacuuming the floors....3 weeks later they were mostly gone.

The place is just ok. The location is great. A lot of shopping and food are in walking/biking distance. Plenty of areas to walk/jog. There is just some minute things that drive me crazy here. Like we pay monthly for pest control I regularly see them in our home and we keep everything clean we tell the office our issue the pest company comes out and says the see nothing. I don't care what you see I'm telling you what happens on a day to day basis.

We like it here very much, every day, its great, walmart and aldi an harries teater are around the corner, a phamarcy and good restaurants we have, good to drive to wilmington, our doctor is not far away, we like it

So far so good! The staff is pleasant and accommodating while being fair and safe. Our unit is bright, inviting, comfortable and about the same price as the last place but in MUCH better shape! We are very happy to be here.
