Horrible communication from the management staff. The maintenance never actually shows up but they say the order has been completed. The community is not well taken care of, street lights are out, trash all over, lots of crime. There was a break in and a shooting here and I found out on Facebook and the complex never told the residents which feels like a safety concern. Things are run down and dangerous. I will never recommend this as an option for anything to move into.

It has been horrible it's extremely ------ here I pull in after work and we have people plundering through the trash at night and my roommate has had his car broke in twice and people ding dong ditching us with no help from the office and the maintenance people will come in your house not fix the issue that your having and then just pop up randomly and unannounced to your place of living very unprofessional behavior from the apartment complex

My experience has been great for ten years. I am elderly and needed to move from home, into a smaller space, when my wife needed memory care. The management team and employees from 10 years ago were responsive and efficient at getting me moved in and set up. Over the years, while the ownership appears to have changed, the great customer service has continued. I feel grateful for a their commitment to customer service, excellence and fortunate to live in a peaceful neighborhood. The apartment was recently updated, and the LVP flooring is easy to maintain. My visitors like the modern design and grey trim. The resident portal is also thoughtfully designed and has been a godsend, because it allows my daughter to manage paying my rent and submitting maintenance request, which have always been completed timely and completely.

The move in itself was a nightmare because the apartment was not properly cleaned. However, although it was a very challenging time, the staff stayed in communication while it was being resolved. It's not luxury, but most of the staff makes up for that.

Nice quiet place to live, I get along great with my neighbors in my building. I am still waiting (since September/ October) for the apartment complex to get a contractor out to fix the dryer vent in my wall; which is disconnected inside the wall.

I've had a great experience with this community. The office is very friendly and considerate of all circumstances. The amenities are always clean and if there are any issues I always know in advanced, even in my home maintenance is quick to step in when requested. The neighbors are very respectful and when any issue does arise it's managed swiftly. The pricing of the apartments vary so no matter what your budget is there is almost always an appropriate accommodation for your needs. Over all when any of my friends or family are looking for a place to live this is the first place I recommend every time.

Overall the community is nice comfy and quiet only complaint I would have is the the roach and spider infestation I have seen that bugs are able to come through from under the front door which is concerning.

Horrible place

My ac was out most of summer, my heat in winter, apartment always smelled like weed from neighbors and the noise was all hours of the night. I moved out due to family issues and the unsaftey of the conditions for my children 2 months prior to lease ending. Signed for them to rent out the apartment early and then get hit with collection of 3800 after trying to call and email no reply from manager or anyone. Disgusting place and unprofessional management. I have also had many missing packages that were delivered to office as well that no staff could explain. Now looking to hire attorney

For the most part it's good. I don't understand why they don't remove all the multiple couches, mattresses etc by the dumpsters near building 1010-12. It's disgusting. You can barely put the trash in the dumpster. people leave trash as well. It's disgusting. They can put new roofs on but can't clean up messy old couches and mattresses.

While I love my apartment, the yearly rent increases are a lot. While an apartment may be going for $1200 on the website, when you go to renew your lease it will go up by at least $100/mo even though the price on the website stays the same. Other than that and people not picking up their dogs poop when they walk them I have enjoyed living here. It is quiet and safe and close to everything. I just wish the company would take better care of the people who already live here instead of jacking their rent prices up and causing them to leave. If i'm going to pay as much as a luxury apartment or a house for rent I'm not going to continue living somewhere that is neither of those things. The front office staff is lovely and helpful and so is maintenance. The amenities are nice but I wish they would host community events.

It takes a while for repairs. It is overall most of the time quiet. Occasional smell of cannabis freshens the air some days. In the summer the occasional visits of wildlife (alligators) is a delight to watch sunbathing. BCSO will visit on an occasion to help keep the peace. Management is quite friendly most days and down to earth. As long as you follow guidelines and go with the flow it's an all over enjoyable place to reside.

The complex is very nice, well maintained. The staff are great and friendly, ready to help you with anything you need. It's very close to shopping centers, but also kinda tucked back so you don't feel right in the middle of town.

It was one of the most affordable rentals around Leland and I like that it's close enough to some stores that if something happened to your vehicle you would be in walking distance. I just wish some of the other guests would clean up after themselves more around. The trucks at walmart/ garbage trucks can get a little loud super early.

Myself and my partner are very easy going and keep to ourselves. We were very excited to move into these apartments for the location and it being close to our jobs however when we were moving in the apartment was extremely dirty and and we notified the office, sent pictures as requested and nothing was done about it. Absolutely nothing. Thankfully we clean for a living so we had to clean it ourselves while moving our things into a dirty apartment as if moving wasnt stressful enough. We were also disappointed that both toilets were running like crazy and the apartment smelled. We notified them about the toilets and a maintenance guy came and didnt even fix them and they continue to ran until we called AGAIN. Now living here for a while has been great besides all of that and when we just came home and were met with a sassy maintenance man trying to put a towing sticker on our vehicle we barely drive because our registration was out and were told we have until tomorrow or its getting towed. We called the office only for Amber to answer with an attitude right off the bat when all we wanted was some more time because we work every day. She was extremely sassy, had an attitude with me that was unwarranted and talked down to me. Very Very unprofessional and mean. I had also told her about the other incidents such as our lock being so hard to turn we had to use so much force that wasnt fixed upon request which she didnt care and told me that its our job to call and remind them if something isnt fixed properly because theyre too busy helping other residents as if we're not important too. She also said that if something isnt relayed to her by another staff member that theres nothing she can do and they probably forgot basically saying they're unreliable unless we call over and over. Im extremely fustrated because we dont even like to have to argue with anyone but she talks to you like youre trash and its wrong. Im open to talking to a regional manager at this point. I want to enjoy living here, this is my home. I dont work here.

My apartment still smells like second-hand smoke. The woman who used to work the front desk was honestly cruel and rude to everyone. The portal to pay rent is impossible to work with. There are hidden fees and rent is actually a couple hundred times hire than advertised. The dumpsters are a hike away and always full. The walls are paper thin.

Been in apt for a month and have had maintenance come to my apartment 3 times because of leaks in ceiling turning parts of ceiling brown. Stairwells in bldg 1234 are full of trash, cigarette butts, spider webs on in every stairwell leading up to 3rd floor.

Overall nice community, caters to a lot of young college kids, Fridays which seems to always be a party you find no parking near your apartment because it's packed with random cars. Hallways need to be kept up due to major spiders everywhere. Great with handling main

I have enjoyed my time in my apartment. I love the fact that I'm not far from work, Wilmington, Wrightsville, and being close to my parents house is also a plus. Also being right behind Walmart is nice. The only real complaint I have is that 17 can be a pain from time to time, but overall it's not too bad.

Not a great living experience. We have had things stolen from us. Never any place to park infront of our building . The dumpsters and the amount of things piled outside of them are atrocious. Unfortunately, everywhere else is too expensive. But I dont like it here

Unfortunately, the paint used on interior doors is so thick it resulted in edge of hinged side being ripped off both the door and the frame. It also resulted in some of the doors making loud noises when being opened. I am older and I can't open some doors. Even my grown son has difficulty opening them and it sounds like the door is being broken in the process. They fixed the porch door, but when they pressure washed the outside, it resulted in a 5-foot stream of water entering the apartment. When they came to fix the water problem, the door is now back to the original state which I can't open. I haven't lived in an apt. in a long time and haven't had a bug problem until now. There are so many intentional openings they have easy access to escape being caught. I have started to plug some of the openings in a temporary manner so not to change anything permanently. With the exception of my upstairs neighbor, I don't generally hear much noise despite dogs being allowed. She has a very heavy walk. Her dog is usually quiet, but if he is barking when she leaves, he usually continues for another 30 minutes after she is gone.

Nothing is confidential. The office staff will harass you if they don't like you. Rents go up each year for some people but not all. Trash is always overflowing. Doggie bags always run out if anything is said you are told it's a courtesy. Mail is put in wrong boxes. I've had 3 packages go missing.
