Renter Beware! I have lived all over the East Coast and I must say, this is the WORST place I have ever had the non-pleasure of living. When we moved in, the place was filthy and had to have it clean a second time (don't think it was ever cleaned). We left it cleaner than we received it and was still charged to have it cleaned! Somebody had thrown up on the stairs and wall and MGMT said "We cannot touch any human bodily fluids". So it stayed there till the rain could touch it and the elements could wash it away. The walkways were filthy and never cleaned. Some tenant poured their cooking grease out on the grass spilling it all the way down the stairs. Told management and was never cleaned. Be careful folks!

Office staff weren't super polite, made things more difficult. Once the wasp nest was removed, it made the apartment better? the grounds crew was very nice and friendly. It's nice to be close to many places.

You staff was very accommodating. We are in between homes and they understood our situation. They went that little extra then other places did not go to assist use in finding a place to stay. When completing the lease agreement, they were extremely helpful, too.

This place is an awesome place to live. Staffing is great. Everyone waves smiles and ask how you are doing. They also maintain the property very well. We had an issue with our bathtub and they came out that day. Great place to live.

Everyone I've met has been extremely nice and helpful. There is never any litter or dog poop on the grass/sidewalk. Access to the gym 24 hours is also convent since I work nights. My little brother loves going to the park and playing with the other kids when he stays with me.

A great place to live stores are close by and the area is quite and safe. The staff has always been friendly and informative. The only problem I ever had was when my car was towed when the parking lot was being fixed and it cost me 175.00 bucks. But I guess that's my fault I got the date wrong

The people above me are very loud. I sent one email about it being loud and I never got any sort of resolution. Never saw a email telling me something would be done, they recieved any sort of complaint, or a community wide email so it wasnt singling anyone out.

The office staff and maintenance staff are friendly. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. This community is in walking distance of Walmart, several retail stores and restaurants. I would recommend Brunswick Pointe Apartment to friends and coworkers.

I have lived here 6 yrs. Always paid my rent on time. Never missed a payment. Management is horrible. Rude. They act like they are doing you a favor. Had the audacity to try to get the tenants to pick up trash and have a pizza party afterwards. Can not wait to move out. Stay away.

As for renting my first apt., I wish I could post a positive comment. The apt. Was suppose to be updated when we moved in, .they Just threw some paint over older paint and cleaned the carpets ..the paint on the cabinets chipped and worn away with regular cleaning... ..the neighboring apts. Were loud and horrific smells from them we reported several times. This apt. Community is too small to allow for the pets they do . The ones here are loud and bark way too much. Better management of who is allowed to rent needs to be in place. I highly recommend *Assessments every quarter of the renters that should take place..if there are multiple complaints and problems on a renter's record, their lease should should be terminated in 90 days.

The office staff is very friendly and always greet you by name. My only real issue is that after having been here five years my rent continues to go up with every lease renewal without any value added.
