So far, the Arbor View Community is quiet (which is relaxing after a long day of work) and the residents seem very friendly. Although the design of the apartment complex is outdated, it is spacious for the price paid and security of the neighborhood.

Nice professional staff. Area is kept clean and up to date. Rent is a to high. Maintenance issues take a long time to get fixed or repaired. Amenities are great. Pool access, fire pit, outdoor grill large screen outdoor tv makes the experience worth it .

The apartments here aren't great at blocking noise, whether across the hallway or from units above. Maintenance requests in the summer take weeks to get done for simple things and they still haven't fixed my external buzzer switch issue.

It's an okay community. Rent is a bit high for what we get, but I guess you can blame the area for that, not necessarily the apartment complex ownership. They're price is dictated by the market value in the greater Portsmouth area.

Although I was unable to view the apartment before I moved in, it was clean and fresh when I arrived. The only problem was that the stove drawer came off its rails, and the maintenance staff (Dave) responded quickly to my request to fix it. In general, the management staff, mainly Megan Flood, were more than patient and helpful with my requests, including when I locked myself out of the building twice!

Move in was very quick and easy. The apartment was clean and ready to go. The space is perfect for what I was looking for and I love the location. The apartments and grounds are pet friendly and the staff is very helpful.

I love the Beechstone community because it is so easy accessible to downtown Portsmouth and Rye beaches. I also love the fact that pets are allowed in the complex for a reasonable amount of money per month. The leasing office is very nice to work with and maintenance prompt with most issues. Would gladly recommend Arborview

Great so far. Have only been here 3 weeks. We like how close we are to everything . And how nice our unit looked when we moved in . It's much better than the model unit that we toured . The pool area is also very nice

Great office staff, grounds a very well kept, nice pool and other amenities. Maintenance crew responds swiftly to any needs. They do a great job prepping the units before move in. And the greatest things is they allow DOGS!

So far it has been pleasurable. I am happy money is being put into the community - I enjoy the pool and am looking forward to the gym. I am little upset it is taking the gym so long to open. We were promised it would be open a few months back. I think at times it can be a bit noisy. The front door of the apartment building does slam when people exit and enter and I can hear it from the third floor. I am not pleased with the trash and cigarette butts seen on the grounds. I also think the parking lot could use a fresh paving. Every winter the patches put down are torn up by plows.

The office staff is great and very friendly. But there are a lot of constant problems with property and needing attention. At least in our apartment we had a lot of challenges and still continued finding more and more issues that we basically gave up. A lot of the problems maintenance would be notified and do their best to fix but basically were like that's the best we can do so you'll have to live with it.

Clean apartments. Maintenance good, office staff great. Centrally located to the beaches and trips to the mountains. Arbor view has just installed a pool and a new fitness center. Shopping centers close buy also 5 miles from the historic city of Portsmouth, nh.

My family really enjoys Arbor View; it is a very pet- and child-friendly community, which we love. Not having lived in a complex in years, we were a little concerned that there might be excessive noise and/or issues with neighbors, but we have been pleasantly surprised to find the complex very quiet and friendly.

So far everyone has been very friendly. I enjoy being close to everything in Portsmouth. My neighbors are helpful. Sometimes the noise outside of the apartment is annoying but most people are responsible and respectful. I hope to enjoy events to come at the Pines

Apartment itself is ok. Pool is decent. Playground needs a major overhaul to include mulch. Laundry facility is dark and dirty. Gym has been unavailable for months due to pending upgrade...opening has been postponed 3 times. Office staff is nice and helpful.

Great place to live and a very helpful and friendly staff. I have had several issues for maintenance and all were addressed in a prompt and efficient manner. The only complaint I have with the apartment is that the laundry is a little too expensive.

The staff here has been nothing but helpful, Erica in particular. The complex is pretty nice, and I feel safe enough to talk my daughter for walks here by myself. The laundry situation leaves something to be desired though, we were told when we moved in that they were working on getting permits to allow us to get one in unit, which is basically the reason we moved in here, but two years later and nothing has changed. Trying to find time to take the laundry across the lot to the laundry room with a small child is just a nightmare, especially when you go and it's all full. Other than that, I would recommend getting a top floor unit otherwise the lack of natural light might drive you crazy as it did with me on a bottom corner unit. I would definitely recommend it though if you can get a washer and dryer in a top floor unit, then it would be really nice.

It has always been great - until recently. I see management trying to improve things, and they have, but as mentioned earlier, some of the contractors that are hired seem to need a good kick in the --- every now and again. I've got a wall with a dead electrical outlet, and a front set of stairs with no rails.

The office and maintenance staff are typically quick to address your needs. They are very dog friendly. The apartments are regularly updated, even while you're there (so you don't have an outdated apartment that doesn't get new things until you move out). The grounds are kept very clean and there is plenty of additional/guest parking outside of your one assigned space.

This place is a temporary place to live in downsizing our lives on our plan to move out of New England. The area and apartment have been been good for us during this time. The buildings are in an on going transformation to keep them looking good and attracting renters to this area. We moved here because it was the only place in Portsmouth that would allow dogs.
