Best support staff at Arbor View ... always helpful , understands the requirement, polite and friendly. Community is well maintained. Best place to stay in Portsmouth. Schools , Walmart, grocery shopping etc .. happy to be here.

This apartment complex is spacious, clean, and offers many amenities such as being pet friendly, having a pool, and a great gym. It is quiet with friendly neighbors and you can't beat the location. Highly recommend.

The community is nice. The staff is friendly. Neighbors are friendly and nice. My apartment building is quiet. The office takes care of maintenance needs fairly quickly. There are plenty of kids around if you have a family. This is a safe and friendly community.

Nice apartment complex on the southern edge of Portsmouth. Has a large recently renovated gym, in-ground Pool, and a grill/bonfire area. Maintenance is responsive. The leasing office is not intrusive. Dogs and cats are allowed with relatively few restrictions?A handful of dog breeds are prohibited and there is a modest pet fee. All units have a patio or balcony. Have never had safety concerns. Lots of families with kids and dog-owners. You are not walking distance from downtown Portsmouth but it's easy to drive or get an uber. Downsides: All leases are one-year leases. Rent keeps going up.

We've had many issues with the apartment it self, maintenance does not know what speedy fix means. Have had dog attacks and many issues. Rent does not include absolutely anything you'll pay a lot more then expected.

Relatively cheap rent combined with a mostly pet friendly attitude, as well as a convenient location near to a large number of work, shopping, and recreational activities was the deciding factor for choosing to move in here.

I love the pool, fitness center and family showers provided, bravo! The laundry room (not the one near the office) needs to have the door repaired...it is always ajar, and leaves and debris are constantly entering, making it filthy. Also, it would be great if you would fill the children's playground with bark during the spring/summer...the raw dirt makes it incredibly dirty for the kids to play there...they bring it home and track it into the apartment. Thanks!

Love all of the new upgrades that are being offered. Especially the pool! I just wish old tenants had the opportunity to get a washer and dryer in our apartments. But I do love our apartment and I feel very safe living here.

So far I love my apartment and the community. There are lots of dog owners and It's a great place to walk around. I was impressed with the fitness facilities and range of machines available. The location is great as well. You still get a rural vibe but very close to anything you may need, including the city!

Arbor View is one of the only options if you have pets and want to rent in the Portsmouth area. It is pricey but having your pets with you is worth it. The apartments are just okay and certainly aren't anything special but for the location and benefit of having pets it can be worth it.

I was moved into an apartment that was lived in by a smoker for more than 15 years. The apartment has reeked of smoke since. Despite 2 attempts to clean air with ozone filter and now continuous running of air purifier. I am a professional person and have my work clothes smell of 2nd hand smoke as are my young children's clothes, and my children are congested from the allergens. This apartment should have never been rented in this state.

It's a pleasant community. I only have one neighbor who wasn't very quiet, and they helped right away without it becoming an issue. I have never rented anywhere else so I can't really compare this community to others. We are pleased.

Awesome so far. We have just moved in from Connecticut. This apartment has good layout, enough space. Bathrooms are pretty small though, i mean really small . community space is good, play ground certainly needs up keeping. but overall nice community

So far it's very pleasant. The staff could not have been nicer. The apartments are a little less conditioned for the price. The location of the apartments make up for it. We love that it is dog friendly which was hard to find!

We chose this apartment for it's location, price, availability and pet policy. We liked the amount of space, size of kitchen and bedroom, and the amount of natural light. I really liked how clean the apartment was on move in, including clearly new carpets and linoleum, paint and appliances. Staff is friendly and communicative, pool and gym are new and well maintained.

Safe and clean community. Friendly neighbors. Management attentive and responsive although building is outdated. Community pool is nice. And love the outdoor grill area with the fire pit. It's a great place to make new friends.

It's a wonderful place full of very friendly people. It is a very great family community with many children. The pool and fitness center are pristine. It's a great place to walk your dogs with great pick up stations with bags to help clean up after your furry friends.

The Pines is a wonderful community with amazing staff and great apartments! I love the facilities and the office staff here. My only complaint is sometimes it can take a while to get new utilities when the old ones are broken. The maintenance staff, however, responds to concerns quickly and they are very helpful.

Awesome floor plans and family neighborhood. Pet friendly and fairly clean. Unfortunately, it is a smoke-friendly, which is not ideal for those with allergies, asthma, or young children. Nothing is mentioned in the disclosures about hazards (lead paint, mold, etc) and nothing is mentioned in the leasing documents.

This far our experience has been incredible, the entire community is very clean, and everyone seems to be incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our only complaint is that the pool has been very dirty each time we've visited and that causes it to be offputting to swim in.

Arbor view is a nice place to live and extremely dog friendly. They offer numerous community activities, the pool and gym are nice and clean and ready to use. Everytime I have needed anything fixed the maintenance people are right on top of it.

Staff have been outstanding in resolving issues. We've a long way to go before it feels like home, but we are well on our way. Not without its issues, but with staff behind the property the way they have been for us, I'm sure we'll be comfortable here soon.

Lovely place for young professionals, military families, etc. Pool and fitness facilities are awesome. Lots of doggies walking around. Very quiet inside your own apartment- not much noise heard from neighbors.

Management has been very helpful both before and after the move. We had a couple of minor repair issues that were promptly addressed. Seems well maintained. Just checked out the fitness are and was very impressed.

The staff at Arbor View have been very responsive to any and all requests. Alex and Rachel in the office and Jim and Eric with maintenance have been fantastic. Everything has been great! We are very happy with our new home!
