Dog Poop and Dirty
Dirty place, the look of the apartments and sheets hanging off people's balconies make it look disgusting. There is dog poop EVERYWHERE while walking your dog. Kids run in the middle of the road like they want to get hit by a car and trash is left everywhere while the compactor is broken almost every month, yet we pay for trash. The washer and dryers in the "community" area are also broken half the time and when they aren't, your clothes still smell like pee after you "wash" them. More than half of the apartments don't have their own washer and dryers and still pay an absurd amount of money. Water/sewer isn't included in rent and "billed" to us from the office. RUN FAR AWAY FROM HERE.

Value of apartment does not equate to the monthly rent. Maintenance lacks in promptness or ability to complete tasks, the property is littered with trash, food and dog poop. Community members are inconsiderate of those around them.

The community has good hosing with a decent amount of space with respectful neighbors. The facilities such as the gym and pool have good hours and nice equipment that is kept clean and in good condition. I have enjoyed my time renting here.

The leasing staff is great ! Just the maintenance team is a little slow and unresponsive at a time. The community is great and the building are well maintained. Some of the roads needs some work but overall a good community.

Overall good experience, maintenance team has greatly improved since we moved in, community events always look popular, kid and pet friendly community with lots of walking areas. Communication from office staff is usually good.

It felt like coming home from the very first viewing of the apartment. The smiles from the residents and the personal decorative touches noticed while walking around the grounds,seeing how well kept everything was reinforced that feeling. The office staff made it easy and quick to finalize the details and move in

I have lived very happily in this community for 24 years. Maintenance requests are promptly met, and members of the maintenance staff are very capable and pleasant. And members of the office staff very pleasant and helpful.

I have enjoyed living in this community so far. I have nothing to complain about. I also really like the amenities on property. Staff is very helpful, especially the maintenance teams. I plan on living here for a good while.

Neighbors are decent, apartments are in rough condition always need someone to come fix something and maintenance closes tickets without fixing things. I have several times reported this. I have issues with my place often as it's old.

This community allows pets. One of the few in Portsmouth. Two pools onsite. Great fitness center which is a selling point. Plenty of pet refuse and bag dispensers. Plenty of extra parking. Snow removal is prompt.

It has been amazing! Everyone is incredibly friendly and the apartment is very nice! I love the fitness facilities and it is very conveniently located to downtown! I would definitely recommend arbor view apartments and I plan to release!

We are new to the apartment but so far the front desk staff are lovely, the community seems wholesome and friendly. The only complaint thus far is the quality of maintenance, some of the choices made in repairs or installations makes it seem like the maintenance crew have no experience in their field. I will say they are prompt in fulfilling the service requests, even if it is not resolved the first time.

In the time we have been here we have been very happy with all maintenance requests, the cleanliness of the outside and all common areas. Sadly I am often dismayed at the area near the trash containers in the back of the complex as to tenants that are too lazy to pick up their trash and just leave it on the ground.

I've lived here for 3 years now and it's been pretty good. Rent increases are relatively manageable. Maintenance is done quickly. A lot of dogs in the neighborhood but that comes with being one of the few dog friendly apartment communities. Convenient location.

The apartment itself is nice and so are the people, but it's so expensive. Rent keeps going up and it's getting to be not affordable anymore. Plus, there's only one space assigned per apartment which really isn't realistic.

Staff has been more than helpful and welcoming. The community is clean and well kept. The residents are polite. The on site facilities are very convenient. I have previously lived here and moved back because I loved it so much.

The leasing staff was very amicable and helpful during my move to the Portsmouth area. I relocated here due to a new job and for convenience as my partner drives over state lines for work. We are both new to this area, and I personally had some anxiety about moving to brand new place where I didn't know anybody. But, we could not have chosen a better place! This community is clean, safe, friendly, and it's quiet inside the apartment! I especially like the fact that I have a washer and dryer in unit which makes my least favorite chore so much easier!

The office staff is wonderful. Alex, Lily and Ellen always go above and beyond and are always so pleasant. Maintenance is quick to respond and friendly! Dog friendly community which is a plus. Love walking my pup by the office for his daily treat!

It is a nice place, very convenient. Close to walmart, restaurants, the beach, and district school. Also, they have nice maintenance guys and leasing officers that attend to your needs asap. The place is safe, quiet and clean. Also, they accept pets with a certain fee.

Great overall moving experience and very friendly staff . Was excited to move into new place and start new life! Apartment is beautiful and spacious but could use a facelift eventually. We would be willing to wait for newer renovated apartment in future

Decent for the price. Centrally located and close to shopping and downtown. Close to the beaches and the pool is nice to have for hot summer days. The gym on the property is actually nice and spacious. lots of equipment with little to no waiting times.

Overall good, a bit over-priced though. No Kids play area, slow maintenance of internal upgrades required to be done never done proactively due to unavailable staff monitoring facilities. Can improve
