My apartment flooded 4 times in 7 years, destroying my furniture. I had to take them to court to get reimbursed for the damages. Whatever you do, don't get a 1st floor apartment! The landlords are more like slumlords. They don't care about their residents at all. All they care about is raising the rent. In the 8 years I've been here, they have shown a history of negligence. They don't maintain heat, water, or sump pumps and/or evaluate what's necessary to make sure their residents don't have issues with those things. Their decisions are based on making money and not spending money, not on providing the residents a safe place to live.

It's a decent place to live, I've been here 15 yrs. It has its issues just like any other apt complex would, but the location is appealing. Side note....STOP raising the damn rent every year....I've been here 15 yrs.....so, please...stop it. Alright, I gotta go...see ya ??

When we moved in, it seemed like a really nice community, but I wouldn't call it luxury apartment living. It's more space compared to most of what's available around here. They got rid of playground to put more apartments in, which originally was a reason we chose to move here.

Nice. Lots of dogs. Very friendly staff. Some mud around but it's winter. Easy move-in. The apartments are spacious and clean. Very convenient location. Heating system is awkward and no thermostat to keep temp consistent.

Good and safe location of the community. Our apartment is roomy and comfortable. There is plenty of parking. Office staff and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. Our community is pet friendly.

This is a great place to live and the rent is reasonable. The management is friendly and responds promptly to any questions. The 2-bedroom apartments are roomy and always freshly painted with clean carpets and/or vinyl flooring. The amenities are amazing with a pool, 2-story gym, club house, playground, and dog park. The grounds are always kept up nicely, too.

awesome place, except they removed the washer and dryer and raised the rent. The is a problem with trash pickup. The residents have changed, and they seem not as concerned about the complex. A few other problems that we discuss between residents.

The Staff is amazing here and has done an awesome job establishing a safe community feel to the complex! The amenities are wonderful and unkept, which is half the battle. The apartments are a bit older but are attended to and updated frequently! Definitely would recommend!

Community is very good. Neighbors are great. I don't need the most luxurious place to live. The place is fine, but market demands are pushing me out of a place where I am content. Maintenance has responded to my satisfaction.

Noisy neighbors initially but the community itself is great. Really nice area and have great prople around. Staff has been accomadating and helpful in my time here as well. Even with the migration of Pines and Arbor view they have been very helpful to make sure everything has worked out. Another brief complaint I have is the laundry rooms. Wish there was either more to attend to or at least have their machines functiong. Half of them dont even work properly.

Very happy living here. The staff is very pleasant and courteous. Any issues with maintenance is always completed. All issues are resolved. Love that the complex is by the woods and has a swimming pool. My building, as the outside, is very quiet.

Apartments a in relatively good condition though the rent is a bit high for the age/condition of the building and lack of in unit laundry. Dog park can barely be considered a dog park. The fence is just chicken wire that is either broken or falling down. The park is also pretty small, not enough room for anything more than a small dog to "run" around in.

We had a very smooth move in process and are happy with our new apartment. The leasing office was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, answering all of my email questions very quickly to assist with relocating from another state. No complaints here!

I have enjoyed living here. The complex is fairly well maintained. This community is close to downtown, shopping and the beach. Everything I need is generally no more than 15 minutes away. It is also a wonderful dog friendly community.

Just moved in, but it's been a struggle thus far. Things were not prepared for us upon move-in and we didn't know that prior to getting here. Entire place could use some love as well as better outdoor lighting, more dumpsters, and more parking. Would not recommend overall, especially for the price.

I really like this place. When ? see the house when I came first I told my self I have to leave here . Area is quiet , team is very helpful. There is gym , bbq , pool area. And close to my workplace.

I recently moved in and there have been numerous maintenance issues right off the bat. There was flooding that has not remediated. The dumpsters are overflowing onto the ground. The office staff have been very kind but so far I am very disappointed with the move-in conditions and responsiveness to maintenance problems.

For what we pay this place is awful. The appearance and upkeep terrible. Where is the money going that we pay each month? The trash collection is unbelievably disgusting. No landscaping crew ever so the leaves in the fall don't get collected unless you complain about all the ticks on our poor dogs then in the spring when all the pine needles are everywhere, nothing. Maintenance, when prepping a unit, will throw all the debris off the balcony into the yard and not thoroughly clean it all up leaving leftover debris in the yard. I can go on but don't have the energy.

Just moved in but already I am impressed with the cleanliness of the grounds, the condition of the apartment, and the helpful office staff. We also like the accessibility of walking area, nearby food and shopping and recreational activities.

Very minimal but better than ever expected. I wish we did each get a parking spot but that's my only complaint! I also wish grass was ready but its a new building I understand! Im mostly filling up characters. Our neighbors new dogs never stop barking though lol

Arborview is full of dogs which is one reason I am living in tis complex. For the most part the other tenants are respectful and mindful of their animals and clean up after them. But there is always the few exceptions that don't care
