Very friendly and helpful easy move in process. They reach out to me very quickly after me emailing them of my interest of living here. The process is very easy and painless and if you need any help they are always there to help you.

I've been here 7 Years with no real issues. Staff and maintenance team do a good job, generally. Building itself is fairly well maintained, landscaping needs work. Some needed updates are not scheduled until tenant leaves the apartment, such as new carpet and shower/tub enclosure.

For the most part it has been great. The area is great. Most of the neighbors are fine. You get some of the disrespectful stuff like loud music and treating common areas like their own dumping ground. And neighbors not controlling their dog's continued barking. But overall a above average place to live.

Nice apartments. Good location to grocery stores/Walmart and highways for commuting. Pet friendly, and many pets for friendly interaction. Very good value for nice apartments within a short drive/Uber to downtown Portsmouth.

We have had a pleasant experience in Arbor view. While the apartment building is not new and the rent is high, we do like the well-spaced buildings, constructed among a beautiful forest, a nice patio, friendly office & maintenance staff, etc. So, overall, we are satisfied with Arbor View!

Everyone in the leasing staff was more than helpful and accommodating. They reply quickly and answer any and all questions with proper friendly service. The maintenance team takes care of the property and building well. The overall apartment is perfect for our needs. The unit is spacious and well designed with up to date appliances. The community is huge with a lot to offer.

Overall nice apartments. Good two bedroom, two bath homes with carpet, large open rooms. A big kitchen and patio/balcony. Pretty good deal for the price. There's been a couple issues with getting things fixed when problems come up. But overall there hasn't been many issues.

The office staff was amazing and courteous and as well as understanding .Some of the things that where not completed ? But when paperwork was handed to them as what was wrong , it was done in a very timely manner and clean after work was completed . Thank you

I enjoy living in this community and feel like this is a nice and safe place. Dogs are welcome here and the apartments are clean. I've been happy here for a year and a half. They have great communication for concerns. Their repair request are very easy to put in!

The Pines is a wonderful community full of very nice neighbors and a very helpful staff. Being all moved in and living here for less than a month now, I can firmly say I'll be staying here for the years to come.

The Leasing Office/Staff are very attentive to your needs. I usually get a response within the same day. My living experience has been almost all positive-they are quick to assist in resolving any pressing matters. Our unit was a bit dated, the bathroom fan is super loud but it's minor in comparison -I've been lucky to have have great neighbors. The convenience of its location is great...my commute to work is effortless.

The apts are very nice and well maintained. Maintenance responds quickly. Grounds are well maintained. Rent is a bit high and should be lowered with the cost of living and pandemic we are trying to live with.

The apartments are older, but they are being renovated. They are under new management since I was last here 15 years ago and seem to be much better at managing the complex and alleviating issues. The office staff and maintenance team are outstanding.

I am still new but the community has been great. Very welcoming and friendly. I have had no issues with anyone in my building or near it. The staff is very friendly/helpful. This is my first apartment and the process has been very smooth and easy to follow

Very good condition apartment, Office staff is very polite and understand tenants concerns and sometime they may have limitation sometime in resolving issues on time but they make sure all raised apartment concerns get resolved and with quality work.

Arbour view is a great place to call home. The staff are friendly and the community is too! All the staff are professional and courteous and helpful! Moving here was made super simple by Shawna. It has also been a weird time with transitioning to a new place during COVID and everything has been made so simple!

Community is great and location/amenities are excellent. Apartments themselves are clean and well maintained, minus the outside porch (some of the porches need new wood to replace rotting boards, along with a fresh coat of paint). Parking is also excellent. In terms of maintenance, for the most part service is okay, but in our experience, they are lackluster when it comes to pest control. We have a yellow jacket nest built in our porch. One of our three family members was stung twice (there is also one child living here). We put a call into Maintenance TWICE for them to take care of it, one of those times was via the emergency line after the bee sting incident. No one followed up with us, or even came to our door to ask more questions or evaluate the porch. We received a random email about a week and a half later saying that maintenance was complete, though we did not see anyone outside during the supposed time work was being done. Advice to management: please follow up with your tenants about work orders of this nature, especially considering someone was hurt in this situation.

Haven't had a good experience yet. The apartment was dirty on move in day and I was told there is no cleaning crew. I had to deep clean the entire apartment. The shower has hair and gross things from past tenants that I had to unclog. The kitchen sink is leaking, even after it was apparently repaired, my screen is popping out of my kitchen window and still hasn't been repaired after I asked. There are stains on the carpet and the balcony is rusted and chipped and needs to be painted. The air conditioner cools one room but you aren't able to install any others because of the windows so every other room is hot. The door to the building is always open so I don't feel safe. My freezer tray is now missing because i said it was rusted so now I just don't have one. Overall not a good experience.

Very nice staff and community. Am quite new, but am very pleased with overall condition and friendliness of folks. I love the way people interact while they have their dogs out for walks. Physical facility appears to be well taken care of.

Pines dislocated in a great location. The community is friendly and quiet. Erica, Ketti and Kyle are all great. They're all so friendly and have helped us with any issues we've had. Great little team they have!

The community is fine. The grounds are well kept for the most part. The maintenance team and staff are very responsive. It is close to downtown and ubers are cheap from here. It is also nice to be only 3 miles from the beach.

The staff is friendly and offered videos of their apartments since I was relocating from out of state. The location is great - close to the ocean on one side and stores and restaurants on the other. The price is reasonable for this area.

I have no complaints that myself and my roommate Ryan have not expressed through the community website already. We had a few problems, but they were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Other problems are just human errors in the apartments around us.
