Has been bad since the first day. The apartment was not ready we started moving in. The maintenance team was working on fixing the bathtub faucet and it was finished two weeks later. When we completed our inspection list, we found a lot of problems (see the images attached), we had to repair and clean many problems by ourselves. Moreover, half of the initial complaints have not been repaired yet. We have been living here for more than one month. We have found many spiders inside the apartment and I had to repair the windows by myself for the spider to not be able to enter.

I have had know problems it's been a nice place for me to live, close to work, shopping, beaches, lakes, mountains, love that I can have my dog, people very friendly, and I feel safe here, beautiful grounds

The builders for the new build are very loud durning that day. But staff is very kind snd great with updates and neighbors are very kind. Parking is convenient and location is great. Maintenance staff is very helpful when needed. Spacious apartment, large outside area.

Everything has improved a great deal over the past couple of years. The staff, especially Alex has been amazing and very patient especially through the pandemic. She has always offered help and done all she can. Nick is also great, he follows up and always has a smile on his face.

Very comfortable and friendly environment. Plenty of extras in The area. Pool, spa, workout room, play ground for the kids, laundry room. Close to restaurants and shopping. Easy access to the hoghway.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I want to start by saying I absolutely think the office staff is wonderful folks. They respond effectively & care about needs. They were considerate of our financial issues during the pandemic, and even had us pay what we could for a while! When we moved in 2019, it was very awesome. Maintenance was super responsive the week we moved in. But as soon as the pandemic hit, we had to struggle a lot with the upkeep. I wanted to be empathetic with this since we all are struggling. But I live here & pay for this place. All places deal with wear & tear. Ours was no different. We had issues with the faucet, submitted a work order that was not resolved for THREE MONTHS! My family came over and installed a new faucet ourselves, and when they did respond we told them to not even bother. We have asked for the AC to be fixed and it took them three weeks recently, and it's been well over 100 degrees some days. Lastly, we have asked them to help with our smoke detector as it kept beeping. We didn't have the batteries and they showed up and told us to do it ourselves & gave us batteries. Now, our bathroom toilet is acting up & does not flush properly, and who knows how long it'll take for them to even fix this. I have no faith in them & worry these issues are going to affect us financially upon move-out. The pandemic affected us badly, and we are struggling to afford this place, especially since electricity is shared. If you're being conservative, it doesn't even matter because if a neighbor is using a ton, you're paying that price too. I will say we were warned of this before moving in, so it wasn't entirely a shock. But still, I can't. I just feel maintenance has ruined this place for us and has created anxiety upon us for how moving out will be. Lastly, the dump is a literal dump now. Use to be cleaner, but now people just leave trash outside all the time.

quiet, pool, nice environment! Staff is awesome. Quick service if something breaks! We love it here! I lived in a house for 20 years and now love living in this community. It is close to everything! There is every kind of store you can imagine, all within 5 miles. The highway to Maine or Boston is about 5 minutes away!

The complex has become a loud, unattractive construction site. This was a very nice, quiet place to live, but I strongly recommend not moving in while the construction is happening. Trees are being cut down, a large amount of visitor parking and the playground were removed, and construction vehicles loudly start up at 7am.

It's a great community within the amazing town of Portsmouth! Portsmouth is foodie Heaven! Staff is friendly and professional. Grounds are clean and well maintained. Easy access to US-1. Very short drive to Kittery, ME Outlets!

Overall the feeling of community has changed drastically as all of the neighbors have changed. What use to be quit and perfect has become loud and smells like a some from cigarettes. The community is as good as your neighbors and being that the turnover rate is so high you never know what it is going to look like month you month or year to year.

So far hasn't been that great. Maintenance issues are not completed to satisfactory results. The parking kind of sucks. Neighbors are all really friendly but there is dog poop everywhere. Also, really make sure you look for black mold on bathroom ceilings.

So far everything is nice and people have been friendly and courteous. My one issue is the amount of random trash throughout the grounds. Little pieces of trash everywhere. Cigarette butts in piles, floating trash from the dumpster, dog poop bags that were not thrown away after picking up, etc.

Just moved in and enjoying it so far. The neighbors are nice and quiet so far. The moving in procedure was efficient and the office staff are friendly. We had to contact maintenance for some plumbing issues and they are very timely and friendly as well.

Great value for the price. Love all of the amenities. The location is perfect. There are a lot of dogs and children here if that's a factor in your decision. Otherwise my experience here has been great.

I see lot of Maintenance issues with the Heating system and Hot Water. Had to call multiple times in a row. There were days where I had to call 10 times in a month. Experienced Maintenance team needed.

The handiwork of whoever trimmed, painted, or otherwise maintained the apartment was more or less a hack. Paying 1600+ I expected a bare minimum of clean carpentry and reasonable fixtures. But I got neither of those things. However the overall apartment is cozy and functional.

Be aware of the basement units. They are cold the heating system is quite old. The house gets colder very fast and might put a dent in your over all saving as you will pay more for electricity bills. Other than than no mice or any bug infestation. In summer you might see ants and small bug that come from the treets behind the apartment. The gas is coil and unbalanced after completing about it there were not fixed. The maintenance staff generally is quite quick in responding to issue but there are only some things they can fix.

Lots of insects. Doors to buildings do not shut or lock and are poorly maintained. Moved into a dirty apartment. New carpets were a positive. Windows are new, but they were covered in dirt on move in day.

Walls and ceilings seem to be hollow. Basement apartment is cold. Heavy footed neighbors and door slamming shakes the apartment. Easy move in process, centrally located. Good trash system, poor laundry

In a great area near the school and businesses. Safe and quiet place for kids. There is a community feel with the amount of kids playing together in the park. Mostly clean, but could use a little work from the people who live here to put their trash in the correct spot.
