My situation is exactly what I need at this time. My building is occupied by mature professional individuals. In general it is a quiet space. It is a pet friendly complex. But, hoping for an improved dog park. And, patiently waiting for some exterior improvements to my building.

With this community, it really depends on where you are coming from and what you need. You definitely can't base moving here as a want, it definitely has to be a need. Do your due diligence when shopping for an apartment

Nice community, with park, gym and pool. Available at location from where everything is near by. Apartment rent is getting very expensive though. Park needs maintenacne though Internal roads also need little bit of maintenance, work was done but still roads are not smooth.

The worst community I have ever lived in. Had no refrigerator for 4 days. No reimbursement or apology for all the spoiled and rotten food. The office staff is lackadaisical and could care less about any concerns that you have. Make sure to email them so that you have a paper trail because they "forget" conversations or claim they never happen.

Overall, the community and apartment complex are okay. Recommend purchasing a dehumidifier, especially if you plan to live on the ground floor, as the apartments feel awful damp due to the humidity. My only suggestion is that they would offer individual washer/dryer hookups for the apartments, as the community laundry facilities are rather expensive.

The staff and residents are great, the building itself is old and needs a lot of work. The pool is amazing, as is the club house, but the actual apartments need to be redone. The bathroom needs to be completely remodeled.

My roommate and I just graduated from a local university and have found jobs in the area. We chose to live at The Pines due to the convenient location, this is close to our employers, the beach, and numerous favored retail locations. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and affordable. The community is very active with people walking around through the complex, and there is no shortage of dogs here either. Despite the activity, the community is very quiet, and I feel safe and secure in this neighborhood.

I did not use I did use several other apartment search websites which were very helpful. Great information was listed about these apartments on those sites but the available move-in dates were not always accurate.

Great community in a good spot for commuters. The apartment staff are friendly, and management keeps the property well maintained. This is a good place to.consider when looking inside of Portsmouth. Its a great place to live.

Apartments are nice on the inside, but the complex needs to upgrade. The whole complex desperately needs to be repaved. Outside lighting is sporadic. There needs to be better trash management. The office people need to be more upfront and follow-up much better when issues do occur.

Love the community and apartment, very good relation with neighbors but hesitate to renew contract due to high increase in rental fee. New pool gives a great look to the community and playground seems clean.

1. Overall it a good place to leave. 2. But higher utility bill and higher rent always worry. 3. Please add balcony 4. sometimes office management answer are ruff. Looks like less knowledge when we want to answer for somting. Like sometimes back when I have questions that why my water bill comes higher then office staff give me answer like "Someone taking more bath in your building'. So we are customer over here and we follow each rule of comminity and behalf of this we also want valuable answer from office staff.

Very nice neighbors. Very responsive staff. Quiet. Liked the pool a lot. Plenty of parking. Love the proximity of shopping and entertainment, and the beach. Would live here again if I didn't buy a house.

VERY POOR IN TERMS OF RENT AND VERY HIGH UTILITY BILLS. SEPARATE BILL FOR EACH UTILITY LIKE GAS,WATER. THE BILL IS GENERATED BASED ON THE NUMBER OF PERSONS LIVING.SO EVEN IF A CHILD LESS THAN 5 YEARS IS THERE THE BILL IS GENERATED BASED ON THAT WHICH IS VERY UNFAIR.

I just moved in several days ago, so it is too early to tell. My son enjoys the playground, however, and seems a fair chance we will find some community here. Thus far the grounds seem well kept, people amiable, and the area generally quiet.

Arbor View has done a great job at making our community an awesome experience. The staff is friendly and courteous. The grounds have had recent updates such as pools and a new gym in the works. They have taken care of an awful trash situation and we now rarely ever see any issues such as trash overflowing all around the dumpsters. They have DNA tested all pets here and will fine if the fecal is not picked up, great fix! I always give all of my friends this property when they are searching for new residence. The worst thing I can say is that there are lots of pot holes and hopefully they fix them soon. Winter in NE...lol

Apartment is very big and spacious. Ventilation is good. Kitchen space is really big. Parking facility easy accessible and design of the apartment is good. The bed room, Hall and kitchen are really organized. It would be better if we get any storage space.

In the two years I've lived here I have no complaints, office staff are great, willing to help, maintenance is there the same day to fix things. I had a great experience at Arbor View and cannot express my gratitude for the great service I've received, both, from Office staff and Maintenance.

Too expensive for type of apartment you receive. No washer dryer hookups. Apartment issues are "patched" not completely fixed. Outside grounds are not kept up to standards. Neighbors are fine. Close to shopping

The heat hasn't worked properly the two winters we have been here. Last year we were told to deal with it this year we didn't bother asking. I have repeatedly been refused to schedule appointments for maintaince and even when times have been established by the office I have had maintance men walk in on the wrong day with out knocking, aweful considering I worked 2nd shift and was sound asleep. We have barely had hot water for months, but because it is such a hassle to get help why bother, but even without using heat or having hot water we still get charged a flat rate for gas. The horrid wall that was put up between the communities has cause me to almost be hit either in a car or as a pedestrian repeatedly because of theimpossible blind spots it creates. The lack of aduquate waste management is a joke. With dumpsters overflowing twice a week it is beyond unsanitary, not to mention the trash shrewn around the entire complex. As a dog owner I was thrilled to have a dog park on sight only to have it torn down without notice so a pool could be installed. Which I am sure is to just give validation to already grossly inflated rates. Almost all of the office staff is pleasant however Brittany has been so horrible to deal with it taints any experience we have. She acts like we are an inconvenience to her whenever we try to do such simple things as pay our rent and is typically downright rude whenever we need any assistance. The exterior door to our building has never worked properly. Originally it would not lock and the bottom was so jagged and rusted I was afraid to come in contact with it. Now the lock plate has been Jerry rigged with washers to avoid replacing the whole frame as should been for safety and the lock regularly does not unlock properly. Which apparently is over looked because it hardly ever actually locks. On the one occasion I did call regarding my concern over the chances of being locked out at night, I am not sure if anyone responded to even look at it. The single pain windows and lack of adiquate sealing around the windows and sliding door forced us to hang blankets over then to prevent a freezing draft throughout our home. Currently the stench of whatever our neighbor downstairs is cooking permeates into the master bath making the room practically unusable. We also have a problem with those smells entering our living room due to gaps around the entrance door. I am appalled that there are no deadbolts on the interior doors especially because fixing the exterior door is so low a priority. There is no way we would have continued living here if there was anywhere we could rent with our dogs. It is very upsetting that this one convience would allow a complex to overcharge and underserv their community. I understand that not communicating these issues does not allow for your office to attempt to fix them, but the service and then general feeling that I am an inconvience to your staff has made it easier to deal with the subpar living standards and desperately seek out new accommodations before being stuck here another year.

I would NEVER recommend Beechstone Apartments to anyone, especially women. We were broken into during the day and had all of our underwear taken (bras and panties) as well as other intimate property, laptop, and camera. This was just the final straw. Previously, on more than one occasion the maintenance men came into the apartment without permission. Once early in the morning while we were still in bed they opened and entered our apartment and came to our bedroom door and knocked. Completely inappropriate. At this point there is no "proof" that members of management or the maintenance crew are responsible. However, I full heartedly believe they are.

Office staff was very friendly and informative. Everytime I called they picked up immediately to answer any questions. After moving in maintenance was very quick to resolve any issues or damages by previous residents.
