Very expensive apartment so I expect high standards. There are kids and adults who don't live in the apartment complex that will knock on the gym door until someone responds. We had security during the summer but for some reason they stopped showing up

Love where I live. Community is like family. I enjoy all the amenities and long walks around the community ground. And the summer time is more awesome. The gym is great and the fire pit is awaeome when it's working.

This is a wonderfully managed property! As a senior citizen I appreciate how responsive the staff is when something needs attention. The exterior of the buildings need repair, but the interior units are in excellent condition.

It's is truly like living in a resort. The amenities are always well kept. Maintenance responds quickly. I appreciate this as that being my main reason for renting and not owning a home. I wish to remain as a tenant. As long as I am able to upgrade soon.

This is a safe and pleasant place to live.The rent is reasonable considering the amenities offered. It is very pet friendly. I have a dog and many of the other residents do as well. The management hosts parties for the residents. I have already attended the Holiday Party. It was a fun time. I just moved in early this month but feel that I made a good choice moving here.

Good apartment good community everyone is very nice and super friendly and the gym and pool is very nice there is a lot of things for the community to use and parking is great as well there is plent of speed bumps to keep everyone safe

I feel like the management team is very knowledgeable and seek to do the best for us tenants. They are professional and courteous. The community is safe and secure. It is surprisingly clean and quiet given the larger size of the community.

Great place to live

Been here for about 8 years. Love it neighbors are great apartment is beautiful safe place clean and well maintained. Recently needed maintenance from Yaz in the office to Danny who fixed my problem in record time professional and helpful service. Everyone is respectful.

Great community and amenities and everyone is friendly and nice. The prices of living here are not cheap and don't love carpet on the steps or bedroom but overall it is a nice place to live and everyone is great here

Completely dissatisfied. Our first night in the apartment, we started to get bit by fleas. They brought in the exterminator or pest control and issue still persisted. We asked for a transfer to another apartment on the grounds, even one smaller than the one we are renting out, but their response was " thank you for sharing your experience with us. I escalated your request, and we unfortunately are unable to grant a transfer at this time. Although the technician did not detect any presence of pests today ? I am still happy to move forward with additional rug steaming should you want to move forward with steaming the carpets a second time." Pictures of the bites all over my leg was not enough it looks like. Have to take care of this issue on my own.
