Over the course of 17 years we have lived in 2 Apartment Homes: the first, a 3 bedroom with our 2 sons, and then, downsizing to a 2 bedroom after both sons matured and left on their own.. Our Time been well spent!

Living here has been mostly positive. The office staff is helpful and friendly. The maintenance personnel are quick and efficient. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Shopping areas are only a short drive away.

Great experience, quiet community , nice clubhouse and pool area. Everyone is very friendly and the staff is great . We love the area. A lot to do, shopping, finning, movies and entertainment. The complex is clean and very safe. Parking is great and we love it here

The apartment is comfortable, the grounds are nice, and the amenities are great (especially the newly renovated pool). Given the location, I expected I'd hear highway or train noise, but it's actually fairly quiet too. We've lived here a few months now and it certainly suits our needs.

Highlands Nanuet is a lovely place to live. It's the best rental community in Rockland County. Anything you want, is here; minutes away from grocery stores, two shopping malls, car dealerships, restaurants, and much more. The grounds are very well kept, always neat and trimmed. It's a very safe area too!!

So far so good but only been here 1 1/2 weeks. The floors in the apartment were horrible. They said they cleaned them but look as if they just put something one them and never clean the surface washed floors 3 times to get clean

Parking is terrible in my area of the complex. Too many apartments and not enough spaces. There are questions as to cars being in the parking lot that are not registered, but are taking up valuable parking spots.

the complex is very quiet, safe, and clean. The office and maintenance staff are responsive and courteous. The overnight hours are especially peaceful, allowing for restful sleep. The neighbors are friendly.

There's nice people and they are friendly The area is great, you are very close to highways, stores, parks and schools.. It's a quite area, that is great.. I recently recommended the complex to my wife's friend and she is now considering moving here..

So far all is going well. Tenants are friendly and caring. Management office is quick to respond and when service is needed, it is done on a timely matter. Maintenance does a great job in keeping the grounds clean and security does great with constant surveillance.

I've had a wonderful experience in this community. I've lived here for quite a while, first living with my parents, then with roommates, and now in a one bedroom. We've been here since 2012. Jennifer the community manager is great! Maintenance issues however continue to not get resolved. Several follow up attempts on our part to get maintenance issues resolved.
