I wanted to make future prospectives aware of the experience I had with the property manager at Alister Nanuet. I was told one price for an apt and when I asked them to honor the pricing they had on their website, the manager refused. What made it even worse was her unprofessional and the way she yelled at me like I was a child. I let Georgina know that she was a pleasure to work with but her manager Romanie made me cry and I can't believe the way I was treated by her

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I love my apartment however, I wish someone other then -------- assisted me from the very beginning. She lacks common courtesies, there was many things wrong with my apartment when I moved in and she said there is nothing we can do about it. I was reaching out to her for weeks and I never heard back from her. I had heard great things about the complex, in fact I used to live here 20 years ago. I couldn’t understand her unwillingness to assist my husband and I. Let’s talk about customer service, poorly trained individual, body language is always off for some reason, unwelcoming, I feel like I am a bother towards her.

I like my community but, it is not your forever home it is getting too expensive. Now you have to come up with the cost of moving in the future.Theres a lot that goes on that management doesnt know like people that dont belong on the property, and a lot of other things.

Pay for common repairs in the apartment and not cleaning carpets for 4 years together is unheard of. The office staff is not courteous. Maintenance staff is good. Appliances are over 10 years old. If I had choice I won't live here.

I love living here! Its super convenient to major highways, shopping centers. Alister Nanuet is AMAZING! The maintenance staff and leasing team is absolutely wonderful. I would absolutely recommend living here!

We have good neighbors, nice amenities, friendly staff, and roomy comfortable apartment that's been well-maintained. The community is well-laid out off and off of the main streets, providing plenty of opportunity for walking, bike riding, etc. Our only real complaint is that noise deadening between floors could have been done better when it was built.

I was very impressed with how fast the work was done after I put my request in. The maintenance team was very nice and helpful, and completed the work fast. I had two different jobs in less then a week and both times were the same, very fast and very helpful. The team was able to address my concerns and answer any questions I had.

I loved living here! Super close to all the major highways, shopping centers and much more! The leasing staff is great, always with a positive attitude. Maintenance always came to fix my repairs fast, they are very pleasant and they actually care. I'm happy to say I made Alister Nanuet me HOME.

Can we paint the walls, put down flooring, and change fixtures like cabinet doors, knobs, and lights? I want to paint or wall paper the walls in the living room and dinning area, and I want to change knobs and cabinet doors... everything is off-white (leaning towards beige), and there's no "pop".

Overall, I am very happy living here. The community is quiet and the environment is peaceful. The office staff is always very helpful and eager to resolve issues. Maintenance is always available and most often repairs issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Alisters rental and move in process was easy and painless. The office staff were fantastic and accommodating. Everything was turnkey when moving in and the maintenance staff has been incredibly helpful with any request I have. I love that this is a dog friendly community and it very quiet and feels incredibly safe. The built in security features throughout the space (window and door latches, alarm system, multiple deadbolts on doors, etc.) make you feel secure in your new space. Its mid-winter and mid-covid right now so I havent been able to enjoy most of the amenities but everything looks spectacular and I cant wait to get into the gym, dog park, and pool as soon as everything opens up again!

I have lived here almost six years and obviously am happy here. I think the location is hard to beat, the upkeep of the property is excellent and the maintenance staff is outstanding. I think the apartments could use some upgrading though, especially the kitchens.

The staff is great but you can only do so much with an aging structure. The grounds need better attention as such so do the roofs and gutters. The heating systems are inefficient and the lighting is old or non existent.

Great experience considering move in was amidst COVID pandemic. Lucky to have some beautiful neighbors. Staff is aces from maintenance to office .. just great people! Dog friendly which is a major bonus. Poop bags and waste containers all over!

Staff and maintenance are friendly and professional at all times. I particularly enjoy the location, amenities including the swimming pool and gym. I hope they add pickle ball to the tennis courts. Staff are always professional and friendly and parking is great.

Beautiful community. My apartment is well appointed. Staff is responsive. I love the location. Neighbors are respectful and friendly. I feel very safe here. I am happy to be living here. Easy access to everything which makes living here very nice. The clubhouse is beautiful. The pool area is beautiful as well maintained. I love the dog washing station.

Great place to live. Its in the center of Rockland. Close to shops and more. Great amenities and community for families. Most of all, the best school district in the county. We love Nanuet school district!

The community is fine, most people are friendly enough and are for the most part quiet and non intrusive. Attempts are made at have events though most people don't seem to be too interested in them but are enjoyable
