This is a great community with great staff. They are always swilling to help. They have great amenities including the gym and pool. The pool is closed a lot but great when it's open. The gym can get packed at times.

We have had an amazing experience at Crown Village. The apartment was in spectacular shape when we first moved in. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. Every issue we have had was taken care of within a timely manner. We are thinking about buying a house in the future and it is going to be hard to find a house in our price range that is just as nice and big as our apartment! The location is great too! Right off the interstate, which gives you easy access to anywhere you need to go.

Great community but the Gates and fire pit go down from time to time. Pool, fitness center and dog park are all great. Great location far enough away from busy parts of town but close enough to get where you need to go quickly.

We have lived here less than a year. The community is very quiet, and I feel safe here. In the summer we enjoyed the pool several times. Sometimes at night parking can be an issue but overall we are happy with our apartment!

Staff and residents are extremely friendly. We love the apartment complex. It is always clean, well kept, quiet, and staff is always there when you need them. We love the dog park for our husky to run around. The unit itself is amazing. It is very homey! I have always dreamed of living here.

My experience has be good this community is a great place to live. The staffs are very nice and very professional and know what they are doing. I really love being here and love the workout room so clean in there. A nice place to live

It has been very good so far. No issues have come up. Parking can be a hassle at times but that is common with any apartment complex, and I've certainly seen worse. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Love the community overall! With a few minor improvements/additions it could be absolutely wonderful!! Most staff are great and grounds are well kept throughout the year. Fire pit is an awesome community amenity for colder months!

The entier process of moving into this property was so smooth, after the hassle of selling my home and coordinating a cross country move, The staff here is the absolute best. They kept in contact with us, taking alot of stress off of my mind in the middle of a very hectic time. Our unit is perfect, the grounds are wonderful, everything is clean and well taken care of.

I'm a current resident and I love how serene, beautiful and clean the environment is. I also like the fact that the office staff members are respectful and responsive. I will definitely be renewing my lease when the current one expires.

It has been wonderful. All residents have been great. Maintenance and office staff have been amazing, They are very prompt and courteous. The maintenance staff is really good at fixing issues quickly.

It's a nice community, with great commendations. I enjoy the gym, and the firepit. The pool is a bit overwhelming because there's a lot of people in it always. My cats love the windows, and they would rate the apartments a 10/10. That's a pawfect score !!

Spacious apartments with good appliances and structure. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly. The individual doors to the apartments are heavy and secure, which makes me feel safe. The pool, landscape, and upkeep are very nice. Would recommend.

Moving into this community was exactly what I needed at the right time. The quality of what you invest makes big difference. I looked for a long time before settling here and it has been worth it. The office staff and maintenance crew are wonderful people and have always been above and beyond taking care of the unit I am in. They also have been great to just talk to when stopping by the office!

Great place to live. Beautiful place and a great community. Kid friendly. Close to the expressway and schools. Staff and maintenance are friendly. Floor plans are spacious and up to date. Love my wood burning fireplace and ceiling fans in living rooms and bedrooms

Great location, friendly staff, nice pool, mediocre updates / lighting fixtures. Definitely larger units which is a plus. As far as price for value, I definitely could not recommend to friends or family unless you can split rent with someone, even if you have a great job & can afford this place. It is starting to get dated yet the price is remaining the same as newer apartment complex's. Its a good community to live in but not forever. 7/10 in my book.

This community has been home to our family for a couple of years. We love the community garden, pool, full size gym, and overall feel of the community. Nicole is a wonderful manager and handles things exceptionally.

Great community. Clean, quiet, well-maintained, friendly staff. Great experience living here. We honestly feel so at home here. We love the community grills, pool, garden area, pet area, etc. We don't have noise issues, which is a huge bonus!

I love this complex. The community is safe, quiet and the staff are always friendly. The repair I needed done was completed the same day and they cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend!

Great staff and willing to help whatever the situation is. Car drivers drive entirely too fast through to the gates. Concern with individuals waiting for the gates to open to gain access. Also seems the gates are open permentatly during the morning hours

I love the staff and maintenance team. The office staff are professional and take care of any issues that you may have. The grounds are lovely, including the pool area. Your neighbors are quiet and friendly.
