Office staff is fantastic, maint is swift and professional, The only flaw is the parking. It is limited and the commercial vehicles that ark here regularly are a little big for the spaces. Some vehicles never move - even for painting services.

This complex is quiet and clean. The location is great as you can get into Tulsa quickly and is in a nice part of Broken Arrow. The staff is great to work with and they respond quickly to concerns. The maintenance team is quick and completes projects well.

I have loved living here. It's nice and quiet. We love the pool in the summer and the gym is nice. It's conveniently close to my kids school and close but not too close to shopping. I like how these apartments are secluded also,

It's been great. The front office is awesome and very quick to respond. The pool was well maintained all summer. I haven't had any issues other than the gate is always broken, and since I live there for the gates for my safety, I'd like that to improve

Excellent appearance on the grounds and in the apartment as well as the pool and fitness center. Friendly staff that quickly meets any needs of the residents. Highly recommend. I've only had one maintenance request that was handled immediately.

The quality of the apartments are amazing. The amenities that were offered are fantastic. You have a tennis court. A fire pit with a beautiful pool sitting right outside next to it. Everyone who lives here is absolutely amazing.

Community is very laid back and friendly. The units are spacious and includes all the amenities you could ask for. The location right off the BA Expressway is great for commuting to and from work. Also your favorite restaurants are right around the corner.

Nice office staff willing to help-maintenance responds pretty fast to request most of our maintenance requests are done the same day or the next day. I love how we can pay, request maintenance online.

I love our apartment complex. The amnenities are really the best in the area. Our apartment is also very clean and just the right size for our family of 3. The staff are always so helpful, and maintenance is so fast! The location is perfect too, close to everywhere you need to be in Broken Arrow. We love our neighbors also. They are considerate and, we hardly ever hear them. Our only complaint would be that people with dogs sometimes don't clean up after them. Some are really great at cleaning up, but others, not so much. I wish there was a dedicated area for dogs to do their business. Other than that, we love our community. It has been a great place for us to call home for the last three years. We just hope we can stay longer, but rent prices might force us to look elsewhere.

I like living here..friendly staff. Pet friendly. Apartments are nice. Good workout area. Location close to all activities. Pool is beautiful. Quiet ..non smoking . Grounds are kept clean. Highly recommend. Deposit fee is reasonable.

Great staff, clean environment, overall calm vibe. FOB given at signing gives entry through gates, the clubhouse, and into your apartment. When the clubhouse is open, there are bikes for rent. Pet friendly - couple of parks for your furry family members to run. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the grounds.

Amazing community with welcoming, informative staff. First time apartment buyer friendly and the staff was awesome with helping me walk through the process. All of the facilities are clean and well put together. The apartments themselves are very clean and the buildings look spectacular. New appliances and modern design, great value for what you're paying for.

I have lived at Crown Village at Elm Ridge since 2019. When I first found these apartments I was excited and thankful because they were beautiful, spacious and worth the money. Most importantly and still true to this day, the staff and maintenance here are amazing and have been the entire time I have lived here. However, I am now paying what it cost to rent a 3 bedroom house and it just isn't worth that kind of money. Walls are extremely thin, the parking lot striping is dumb (color can't be seen in the dark and only a quarter of a line shows the outline of the parking spots), gate on north side is always broke, limited handicap parking, they don't have a pond like they say or nature area, not family friendly at all (meaning nothing for kids to do and if they use chalk on sidewalks which washes away neighbors complain apparently). At $990 my apartment was worth that kind of money but now it's increased significantly and it is way overpriced. They claim the price hike was due to building materials and people wanting to rent but that's not a justified reason to raise rent almost 300 dollars. These apartments are completed (so what building materials are needed) and if more people want to rent why not keep it at a price where people will rent them? Just a thought. Again, the people here (office staff and maintenance) are simply amazing, friendly, courteous, and some of the best people I have met!

I chose this community because of the safety it provided. As a single female, it was important to me to feel safe, and this property does that! The pool is an amazing amenity. The maintenance staff takes wonderful care when cleaning and maintaining it. There is a community vegetable garden that many of the residents enjoy. This property is very pet friendly! Every time I leave my apartment, I see at least one dog being walked. Many of the neighbors I've spoken to also have cats, including myself! Even with so many animals, I rarely hear barking from inside my home. The pet rent is so affordable that I've been considering a second pet!

It has been great. The community is very nice and helpful. The location is very convenient and is located in a good part of city. It is relatively quiet and clean around the apartment complex as well.

Crownvillage at Elm Ridge is an amazing place to live. Apartments are well maintained, grounds are kept perfectly cleaned, location is absolutely perfect, staff are great people and extremely helpful.

I have had an awesome experience at this apartment complex so far. I love the outside gas fireplace and pool. The gym is a lot larger than any complex I've seen. Office staff is amazing! The building that I am in also has an elevator which is nice

The Staff care deeply for their residence and community here. The grounds are beautiful and we instantly felt like we found a sanctuary from the world. Dog Friendly and Warm. Plenty of Parking and Pet Trash Stations through the propertyy

Haven't been here long enough to experience a wide range of things, but everything thus far has been positive. The office staff, Peyton in particular, were very helpful and informative when I initially made contact. The unit was ready when promised, clean and in move-in condition. Being able to handle forms and provide needed documentation electronically was very convenient. I only have one negative. These surveys won't let me skip over a question that does not apply, ie the question below about maintenance and the minimum number of characters in the essay fields. At any rate, I've completed my minimum number of characters and answered the maintenance question, please excuse the rating of (1) for that one, but I can't give a (5) for something I don't know about. Perhaps having an (N/A) choice would look better for you.

My experience coming from out of state and living here has been great thus far. Staff is awesome apartments are large,Most in the community are nice. I think the only gripe I have is people need to clean up after their pets. Staff are always having to clean up on their behalf (which is ridiculous). Overall very quiet and happy here.

To start, the pricing is always fair or even low in terms of the market rate. The property managers and service team are always attentive and responsive. Whether you've lost your pet or need a small repair they're always quick to send aid. The apartments are roomy and clean for your move in date. Paying rent is always easy with their resident portal. I have no complaints. I have and would recommend to any friend searching for a new apartment.
