The process was quick and easy for me. I switched my move in date twice and the management of the complex was willing to work with me. Olivia is so kind and helpful! Quiet community and well maintained. It has been a wonderful place to live. Always friendly staff and if any maintenance issue comes up it is very quickly responded too and repaired. You can't go wrong living at Crown Village at Elm Ridge.

Love living here. I have lived here for 3 years and the staff has always been amazing and courteous It's usually pretty quiet here and have only had a few issues. Would recommend this property to friends.

Overall we have had a pleasant experience in this community. We feel safe here and the neighbors are overall friendly. Office staff is helpful. Maintenance is really the only issue we have has. When we have submitted issues with our unit they haven't been solved in a timely manner.

It's been great. I appreciate the attitudes and sincere helpfulness of the staff at Elm Ridge. The facility is kept clean and well maintained. I really feel safe when I'm on the grounds. Lots to do on the grounds also.

The apartment complex is great. Everyone who lives here are polite and friendly. Lots of people have pets also and go for walks. The gym is great for a apartment complex. The pool is very clean and well kept.

The complex is very quiet, clean and everyone is very kind and respectful of each other. The pool is well maintained and there is a lot of space to walk my dogs. The only improvement I see is better gates that open side to side as they may break less, and a playground for children could be nice for the kids to have s safe place to play

This has been an absolutely amazing place to live. I am older and just wanted a nice quiet community that was still full of life and things to do. From the walking trails to relaxing pool side or simply sitting on my patio overlooking the land scaping, I can always find ways to enjoy my day.
