Exceeded my expectations. Upon move in the apartment was extremely clean and had the appearance of a brand new apartment. Staff were friendly, answered all my questions and ensured a smooth process from application to move in. The complex is quiet and dog friendly for sure. As we enter the leasing office, we were not acknowledged at all. We left and called and finally got welcome to come take a tour. I felt like the community was super outdated and not a good place for a young couple.

Love it here

We love it here. Maintenance is very fast when responding to work orders and it gets fixed right the first time we love it . The grounds look so nice all the time and we like the pool it's always looking good

Best place I have lived in in my 12 years in Tulsa

Amazing place, I love it. Lived here a few years back and came back when I needed an apartment again because it's awesome. Great people solid maintenance wonderful location in amenities. Maintenance response is quick and efficient and with few exceptions neighbors are pretty great.

Quiet Modern Living

We moved in 9 years ago in 2015. This place was brand new and newly opened. Community offers gated security, quiet living, high ceilings, nice finishings. We have lived in 3 different floors plan and all offer adequate storage, generous patio size, great windows. Grounds are kept neat and clipped. Community has great amenities, such as pool, gym, pickle ball court, giant chess board, and internet room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Concerns reported are promptly dealt with, including maint. Most all maint concerns are handled the same day! This is a pet friendly community offering pet bathroom areas. Staff does a great job celebrating their residents, including pets, especially around the holidays.

Great apartments and even better staff!

This is my second time living in this complex and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live! The apartments are nice, great school district, the maintenance is quick when needed, the staff know who you are, the outside is well kept, and I love how safe it feels especially having small children. I’ll be renewing my lease again for another year for sure.

The people working at this apartment complex are so nice and friendly. They make you feel so at home already. Very open and big floor plans. Very clean at the clubhouse. It's quite nice and roomy compared to other paces we have lived. It's also quiet back here on the back side of the facilities, with very little road noise. The kids pushing their shot rods with loud engines don't gat back here where we are. Trucks with Jake Brakes also are not a problem here like the other apartments where we once lived. The people seem fairly nice here.

This community is quiet and safe. Everyone I have ran into has been courtesy and kept to themselves. I never have an issue with safety, and I have even had packages left on my porch for hours, untouched. This is my first apartment on my own and I have enjoyed every minute of it.

Friendly staff and a lot of longtime residents make this place feel like home! Rates are comparable to the area and the value for price is great for me. I live in one a 2BR unit with attached garage. Ideal for a family, busy couple, or some that needs a guest room and/or office. Closets are so large I could practically live in it!
