Very friendly staff and if you need assistance they respond quickly and professionally. Neighbors are welcoming as well. The floor plans are wonderful. Easy to entertain. We also have a garage. It is oversized.

The best experience I had with searching for an apartment. This property has a very beautiful courtyard and gym. It's a very quiet and peaceful community. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding areas.

Not a bad place to live, decent community in a decent location, But now newer apartments for the same price are being built all around this area, the you might as well, go down the street to one of the newer luxury apartment communities and get a nicer place for nearly the same price as Crown Village apartments.

It was nice and updated! The community seemed clean and very quiet! The agent was great answered all questions and concerns we had. Loved the keyless entry and that keyless entry was on the same remote at the gate opener

The office was very pleasant I loved the friendliness of the staff and the knowledge of the schools and aspects of the community. The agent was very helpful and didn't rush us even though we walked in 30 mins before close I believe he went above and beyond to make sure we was taken care of with all of are questions even informed us we could do the deposit and have it transfered to a sister company if they have a better fit since we are looking to move till March. Very much pleased with are visit.

Safe affordable housing with all the amenities you want and much more! Garage parking along with a dog park and amazing gym with all the best gear. Security gates and well lit near schools and shopping.

My experience has been amazing! I've really enjoyed living at crown village at elm ridge! The community is very clean and the swimming pool is a must during the summer time season! I also enjoy the opportunity of the vegetable garden

Great office staff fast and easy process. And very friendly. The apartments are spacious and gorgeous inside and out. Community is nice and big and very clean. Neighbors are very friendly and helpful.

Great place to live a little on the pricey end but it is well maintained and clean, neighbours are quite and apartments are always taken care of. Never had to worry about anything breaking or pests very professional team.

I absolutely love this complex, the office and maintenance staff. They are very kind, efficient and knowledgeable! I live in a villa, so I don't have any neighbors, but the complex is very quiet and spacious! Have hosted a few parties at my apartment and everyone has had plenty of room to park and visit! 10/10 would recommend anyone move here!

The Village is a great location to be. With a staff that cares about their responsibilities and their residents, I've experienced an easy stay in 6 months through my 1-year lease. One of my favorites things is how thick the walls are in my building. We have neighbors with two dogs and I have no complaints. They bark often, but they sound further away than one room which I think would fulfill anyone's hope of quiet neighbors.

I really love crown village at elm ridge. The staff up front is so kind and helpful. It is a very quiet apartment complex and kept up well. I really have enjoyed our experience living here at crown village.

This is a beautiful, clean and super spacious neighborhood! We love it and we love living here. It's quiet and safe! We love the big the rooms and the kitchen is updated and spacious. Definitely check this out if you're looking for a beautiful place to live in!!

Do not move here, too expensive for what you do not receive and too many restrictions. Dog poop is not picked up, pool was without working fountains and misters all summer. Carpet in apartments is replaced case by case and not after a tenant moves out, even though animals are allowed.

Wonderful experience! The property is always in great condition. It's constantly being cleaned and taken care of. The gates properly work, which is a huge plus! The staff is very friendly and they always go out of their way to help you!

A great community. Manage team very helpful. I wish that the grounds were better kept. They used to be more manicured the first 2 years. They are better at keeping the dog poop down. It used to look more like a resort.

Had an issue where my door handle broke, and I couldn't open one of my doors. I called the staff the following day, and it was fixed by the time I got back from work. Every time I've asked for service to be completed, it is always done within the same day.

Nice quiet community. Office staff is always friendly and maintenance requests are handled immediately. The one thing I would like to see improved is the refrigerator. For the cost to live here, it feels like it should be of better quality. That aside, I'd recommend ppl to live here.

This is a great community with nice staff. The apartments are nice. Downsides are they give your upstairs neighbors laminate floor so it is very loud. You can here every footstep of the neighbor above.

I moved here because it is a non-smoking apartment complex. It is very peaceful and quiet and I have had great neighbors. I love that it is a pet friendly complex. When I have needed maintenance, they have responded promptly.

Place is perfect, Location is hard to beat and its quiet here. Over all community seems to be mature. Maintenance is quick on the rare occasion that I need then. The value is not the greatest as you can get bigger better apt for less but if you can afford it this property is great, Wouldn't be here for 2years if i didn't think it was

Grounds are well kept which is nice provided its pet friendly. The neighbors are also pet lovers and friendly. Maintenance is quick to reply and help (even if you're locked out). Just watch out for the front gates that don't slide open.

We have really enjoyed the amazing staff and maintenance crew. Everyone is always helpful and kind. We love having the nature reserve next door and access to walking trails as well. Would recommend Crown Village to anyone!
