I have nothing but great things to say about this complex. I am very happy to have a quiet community and attentive maintenance staff that is very prompt. I am grateful as well for being able to obtain a unit that has a garage and it feels like a little treehouse. The front office staff are great. I am leaving this year and will miss this whole community and my apartment that has given me so much shelter, in many ways.

Apartment is very roomy. Maintenance does a great job in fixing whatever needs fixing. Pets are allowed and we have great places to walk our dogs and have a dog. Park. Office staff is friendly. The grounds look so nice

Management was quick and accommodating when helping me into a unit. They took my concerns and preferences to place me into a unit that would be best for me and my pets. Maintenance is very quick and great with my cat who is generally loose in the apartment when they arrive.

Awesome complex, lived here over 10 years! Maintenance ordered a new microwave for my apartment. The maintenance manager seen me taking my dog out, and flagged me down to ask about install. He knew I worked nights, so he didn't immediately call me, out of respect since it was early. This is the kind of service and customer service you get here. Apartment team builds relationships with their tenants.

I was looking for a place to move into that is closer to Broken Arrow and out of many apartments that I talked to, Crown Village were the quickest and kindest to get in touch with. Office staff in general have been pleasant. Neighbors below and surrounding have been rude, loud, and in the time we have lived here only 2 neighbors have ever smiled at us and been kind. Watch out when driving around complex, ppl speed and don't usually pay much attention.

Crown Village is a very quiet, clean, and safe community. We have lived here for a few years now and it truly has felt like home. Most tenants stay for several years and that really shows how much the staff cares about taking care of their tenants!

The complex is quiet and relaxing. No drama and gate always works well. Community events are safe and fun. There's a dog park so no dog crap all over the place. Its clean out here. Im not fond of the thin upstairs ceiling as I hear every step my neigherbors take. I also don't like the sprinklers spraying our cars especially if we've washed them that day.

We just moved in so still early days, but so far from the touring apartments before we applied to getting some light maintenance items taken care of after move in I can say that this is the best property management experience I've ever had! Very friendly and professional staff, prompt service for maintenance, and the community is just so much nicer than where I've lived previously! When we were signing our paperwork on move in day, the sweetest little kid welcomed us to the community as he realized we were new residents! It was the cutest thing and let us see that the other residents are also so friendly already. When we were moving in furniture late into the evening, other neighbors offered to help and actually moved our couch in for us too.

My experience living here has been amazing so far! Everyone in the office is so nice and helpful, they have great amenities, and it's a beautiful community to live in. The only downside I would say is that there is only one trash compactor that is located at the front of the complex, but that's about it. It'd be nice to have another one towards the back of the complex where my apartment is located. Thank you all for everything you do!
