We have lived at crown village for 3 years. We absolutely love it here. The office staff goes above and beyond for every resident. Maintenance is always quick to repsond and fixes everything right the first time.

Gates never work. Parking sucks. People do not pick up after their pets. Most of the pets here are large dogs, loud and aggressive to other dogs and people. The property is nice though, people keep to themselves mostly. The walls are thin, and it is VERY LOUD when people walk up and down stars and around the decks outside.

One of the reasons I chose Crown Village at Elm Ridge was because I felt safe there. The keyless locks on the door that automatically lock when the door closes was a huge factor. I also appreciate how well lit the parking lot is. The apartments are beautiful inside. The little details such as a nook off the living room, the lights in the kitchen and the curved shower curtain pole put Crown Village over the top!

Love my apartment home! Staff is great! The maintenance quickly responds to my calls. My daughter and I feel safe and love the pool. Sometimes the neighbors are noisy which is a drawback. Planned social events are fun way to meet the neighbors.

This community has been great. We really appreciate the security, the availability of parking, and the great location. I also really liked how quickly we were able to find an apartment and get moved in especially with the rent promotions for new residents. Maintenance has always been fast although we really have not had to call excluding a couple of routine maintenance visits. Overall I would recommend this community to any of my family and friends.

My experience has been quite favorable. The complex is clean, and the staff is professional. I have yet to have a maintenance issue. The only thing that needs more consistency is the security gate maintenance, since the gates are occasionally disabled for repairs.

It was challenging when we first got here. The apartment we are in (I cant vouch for all of them) has what seems like no insulation or sound barriers. We had a lot of problems with noise from neighbors and at first it seemed like the apartment staff was really trying but things kept getting worse and it made us hate living here. On a positive note, we got a new upstairs neighbor and they are slightly better and the neighbor behind us is still an issue but not QUITE as bad. Even though the noise is bad and the insulation is not great things are better between us and staff and the most recent work order we had was taken care of very quickly and the manager even got involved to make sure it was done quick and done right. Although I would not prefer to live here, I will not be the person to say stay away. Each apartment is different and each neighbor is different, you may get lucky and have a great experience.

It's very quiet and pet friendly. The apartments are nice and having a garage is amazing! I love where I live. The gated community is a definite plus. The office staff is courteous. Maintenance is typically done in a timely manner.

Very upscale and affordable living! I live in the 2 bed 2 bath penthouse with a garage and it is one of the best apartments in the Broken Arrow area. The staff here is INCREDIBLE. They are extremely friendly and very helpful with whatever you need. All the neighbors are very nice and couteous also. The apartments are also very sound proof, I don't think I've ever heard my neighbors. If you're looking for an affordable and upscale environment then this is the apartment complex for you!

Crown Village at Elm Ridge is hands down the best apartment community I've lived in. I lived in 2 other apartment communities prior to moving to Crown Village in June and the difference is night and day. This apartment really feels like home. They host monthly resident events and the staff is super friendly and understanding. The maintenance crew is great too. I bought a new shower head and they came and installed it for me the next day. The grounds are very well kept. They seem to start mowing very early and sometimes it interrupts my sleep but I can't complain, it has to be done. The amenities at the apartment are great too. They have one of the biggest and most well kept apartment gyms I've seen. The pool is big and always clean although I really wish they'd add a hot tub! They also offer several unique amenities like a pickle ball court, vegetable garden and mountain bike rentals which I still need to try out. I got one of the town-home style apartments with the attached garage so there's no one above or below me so that helps with noise a bunch. Really the only noise I hear is when the garage below me opens and when they are mowing. Storms can be a little loud too but compared to other apartments I've lived in these are by far the least noisy. The other residence I've ran into seem very friendly too. My only complaint would be that my fellow residence are horrible about picking up after their dogs. I live by a big wooded area of the apartments where everyone takes their dogs out. I look out my window and no on ever picks up after them and the smell can get rancid. To the staff's credit, any time I've complained about the smell from people not picking up after their dogs they've had someone come clean it up usually by the next day. Also, since I live by the "nature preserve" I see a lot of bugs. Also to the staff's credit, they promptly send the exterminator any time I need them. The location is hard to beat as well. You are less than a mile away from the highway. It takes me less than 20 minutes to get to my work in midtown. The roads are all paved so you can even take a quick stroll up to Bass Pro or any of the restaurants by there. I would highly recommend Crown Village at Elm Ridge to anyone!

Pros: One of the best management I've ever seen! Great property to live in. Cons: Children playing in the parking lot is a definitely a con. The parking lot here is a typical road with parking spaces. Children riding bikes and scooters raises a concern for both children and the parked cars...

I love it here. I have lived here for roughly 4 months and it's been amazing. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and beyond helpful. They never look or act annoyed to help or answer questions. The staff also keeps residents in the know about things. It's a non-smoking property (in its entirety) and it's awesome. It keeps the grounds looking clean and when the grounds are clean it shows the amount of care and dedication this property has. I haven't had many maintenance requests, but the few that I had were taken care of within a day or two. And it was done right. (I feel that's important!). The neighborhood is excellent. You feel secluded while being near so many different places to shop. The highway is about a mile away which has been great. The people who live here are friendly. My only complaint is sometimes parking gets full. When people have their guests over, parking goes fast, and I end up parking a couple buildings over. There's also a couple of people who have yet to master how to park properly but thats not the property's fault. I truly love living here. They offer great activities for everyone, like the pickle ball court, the spectacular pool, the community garden, the HUGE gym, and the bikes you can rent out (for free!). The apartment itself is just as nice as everything else, and if you're a kitchen person you'll love the kitchen. The pantry is basically a walk in food closet! I believe that there's more to just how "pretty" an apartment is- it's the people who take care of it and work there. The staff has made this place better than it could be. A++

I have been extremely pleased so far with my time living at CVER. The staff is very professional and courteous. Also the complex has a community atmosphere. They have monthly get togethers, pool parties, and holiday celebrations. It's a very safe and secure place to call home.

Living here at Crown Village has been a very pleasant experience. My family and I moved in back in Jan 2015 and we plan to stay here for years. Compared to most rental companies, the staff here are very professional, understanding and geniunely helpful. The amenities are great, the pool & grounds are always well maintained and clean. We've only had one maintenance issue right when we moved in, but otherwise the apartment has been great. The appliances and overall quality of the apartments are great. We've had some issues with neighbors and noise but the office handles it immediately. If your neighbors are very loud people you will hear it, but that's with any type of apartment building. Parking could be better as far as maybe assigned spaces or something - if you don't claim a space by 8 or 9 at night you will be parking a distance away most likely. Also, I don't know what it is around here but people are generally very bad at parking, sometimes taking up multiple spaces or extremely crooked but that is no fault to Leinbach. The complex is gated so the added security is nice. They also provide a lot of bright lights for nighttime all around the complex. We would definitely recommend to anyone to move here!

Crown Village at Elm Ridge has met all of our expectations and more! The staff is very friendly as are the other residents. The pool is always clean and the gym has great equipment. We enjoy the monthly resident activities. We sold our house, moved to Crown Village and have not been disappointed!
