It's ridiculous to kick people out when they pay on time for 3 years. I have not been the only one that has complained about the elevator. I had to call the fire department to help me up 3 flights of stairs because of a botched total knee replacement. This isn't a gated community. Gate breaks constantly! Elevator breaks constantly! The only redeeming quality to this complex is maintenance. Neal and Michael are spectacular and very hard working honest guys. Terra should be fired and NOT PROMOTED!

Nice apartments, keyless entry, love the location the only problem is the gates are almost always broken or messed up. Other than that they have a great staff, nice amenities and pool. Overall my favorite complex I've lived in.

Its been great. The staff are always helpful and willing to answer questions. They're super understanding if you have a special circumstance as well. The amenities are great. The neighbors are nice and value the quiet hours well. Everyone typically follows the rules which is nice. Staff are prompt when answering questions.

I love how friendly the staff is and makes my family feel apart of theirs! My request get don't fast and correct. all my neighbors are polite and welcoming. I enjoy all the events that they put on and see other residents participate. I absolutely love it here!

Very clean and new apartment complex. It's also very quiet and safe. Only downfall is that it is a bit pricy. Apartments have updated features. Full gym...very clean. Pool is amazing. Hours are a bit longer then most so you have more time to enjoy it.

I have been living at Crown Village for a couple of months now and I am very much enjoying my living space. The community is very well kept and the staff are very respectful and take your concerns seriously.

I love living here at Crown Village. The atmosphere is fun, but quiet, and the staff and maintenance crew are great! I have never had an issue at all. Maintenance is very responsive, and the staff goes above and beyond to help you and answer any questions you might have. The community is very clean and well maintained. My home is beautiful and I truly love where I live!

Have just lived there a couple of days. So far we love that it is around trees. They are having problems with their entry gates a lot, hopefully that gets better. We love it so far, may check into renting one of the garages.

Great place to live. Friendly staff, no problem with the parking, near the airport, and a lot of stores nearby. Would recommend to anybody moving from Outside of Oklahoma. Locate in. Broken Arrow, few minutes from TUL.

Positvies: Pretty solid community, everyone that works for them is nice & helpful. Clean & quality apartments. Maintenance is clean and timely with repairs. Negatives: Parking is a disaster & trash compactor is inconvenient

Great apartments. We are very happy so far with the community. Dog friendly and clean and lots of nice trees to feel like you're In the woods. The staff is so nice and answer any questions. Great workout facility

This community has been great since the beginning. They make each resident feel respected and right at home. You couldn't ask for a more professional office and maintenance staff. They go above and beyond in everything they do!

We are seniors who have downsized from house to apartment. We enjoy the country-like setting, but very close to all our shopping needs. It also feels safe. And, last but not least, Drs. offices and hospital is literally 2 minutes from our front door.

Madison is amazing! She was extremely responsive and tailored the leading experience to our needs. When we discovered the air conditioning didn't work she had someone there the next day. When the garbage disposal didn't work, someone was there the next day.

I love this place!!! Staff is kind. They are always eager to help. Everything is done in a timely matter. Maintenance is on it!! No bugs! A very nice place to live. Very peaceful and quiet. I live on the third floor and the view is incredible! You can hear the kids laughing and playing! A great place to build community.

Very happy with the community, and we looked for apts for awhile. Loved that there is a security gate and that they allowed our 2 dogs in, at the best price we could find. Plus the dog yard is alot larger than most places that we found.

It's a great community with friendly people. Maintenance requests are done very quickly and efficiently. There are a lot of ants on our bottom floor apartment but overall, it is clean and nice. We enjoy living here.

We moved from the big city to Broken Arrow Oklahoma. It was a long trip and we knew we would be looking for a place to live eventually. We stayed at the in-laws for sometime and looked at a whole bunch of places. Didn't like any... Till we came here. The apartment complex was gorgeous, clean and in a nice location. Upon meeting the staff the experience got greater. They took us on a tour to see the grounds and it was kept up well. Once we walked into the first apartment w.e knew it was home. We will be here for a while and would definitely recommend this place to friends or family. Thank you.

Community is very neat and clean. Office staff is always professional and very quick to solve any issues you may have. The biggest perk is the apartments are so quiet compared to other apartments. The residents are very nice too.

Very nice modern and well maintained community has lots of amenities like tennis court pool and a nice gym. Our 1 bed room is really spacious and me and my wife love it. Been here over a year now and me and my wife definitely plan on renewing our lease.

Every day I am grateful that I decided to choose The Village in Broken Arrow as my new home! As a pet owner, I can honestly say the building and grounds are pet-friendly, clean, and have a feel of being in a natural setting! GREAT green spaceS!

This is my first time living in an apartment and I have loved it so far. It is very clean, quiet and near so many things in Broken Arrow. The staff is great and respond very quickly. I love the pool, dog parks and the community garden.

Everyone is very friendly and I love living in this community. I feel safe and we have not had any issues with anyone. My daughter loves the pool. I like that it is a smaller community and there is not tons of buildings.

The Crown Village at Elm Ridge are a great option in the Broken Arrow area. They've by far been the best apartment complex I have lived in. They really try to go above and beyond to make it feel like a community and have always been very kind and helpful in all interactions. The staff is fun and kind! I would definitely recommend.
